2020.- С.932).A well-known drug is gibberellin, consisting of sodium salts of gibberellic acids, which is widely used on tomato crops in order to increase the yield and quality of fruits. Spraying is carried out at a dosage of 5-50 mg/l of the drug during the flowering period of the first, second and third clusters. Working fluid consumption 300 l/ha. (State catalog of pesticides and agrochemicals approved for use on the territory of the Russian Federation. Pesticides. - M.: Official publication. 2020.- P. 932).
Preparations from the rhizomes, roots and herbs of burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis L. fam.) are widely known and are used in medical practice. Rosaceae - Rosaceae.
Teas, infusions, and decoctions are prepared from burnet, which are used as broad-spectrum pharmaceuticals. The pharmacological properties of burnet are determined by its chemical composition. The high content of polyphenolic compounds determines the astringent, anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effect of herbal preparations of burnet. The plant has long been known as a remedy used for external and internal bleeding, menstrual cycle disorders, hemorrhoids and a number of other diseases.
2004.- 635 с).The main active ingredients of these drugs are a chromogenic polyphenolcarbon complex (14-16%) in combination with polysaccharides (6-8%), pyrogallic acids (ellagic and gallic acids). The tonic effect on the central nervous system and immunomodulatory properties increase the body's resistance to hypoxia and other adverse effects. The presence of copper, manganese, cobalt and other trace elements provides a stimulating effect on hematopoiesis, especially leukopoiesis. Burnet preparations have a gastroprotective effect and normalize the functions of the digestive glands. An increase in the functional activity of the immune system, especially the function of natural killer cells, apparently determines the antitumor properties of burnet preparations (Arzamastsev A.P. Pharmaceutical chemistry: monograph / A.P. Arzamastsev - M.: Geotar-med. 2004.- 635 s).
П.A. - М.-Л., 1961, с.129-138. /Г.Р. М. 212-217).The preparation of extracts, decoctions and other dosage forms is described in the monograph “Comprehensive study of physiologically active substances of lower plants. /Under. ed. P.A. Yakimova. - M.-L., 1961, pp. 129-138. Various technological methods for obtaining tinctures, extracts, concentrates and various dosage forms using water, aqueous solutions of ethyl alcohol, and carbon dioxide as extractants are described in detail in order to preserve the unique natural biological activity of burnet. (Azovtsev G.R. Phenolic compounds of burnet. Phenolic compounds and their biological functions. / G.R. Azovtsev, K.M. Dzhemukhadze // Moscow, 1968.-P.212-217).

To achieve a technical result, it is proposed to use the well-known alcoholic extract of burnet for a new purpose - as a growth stimulating agent for tomatoes, by spraying vegetative tomato plants three times with an aqueous-alcohol solution during the flowering period of the first, second and third cluster in a concentration of 10-50 mg/l with a consumption rate 300 l/ha.
розоцветные - Rosaceae готовят, используя спирт этиловый 75% (95 % ФС 42- 3071-00), воду очищенную (ФС 42-2619-97).Aqueous-alcoholic extract of rhizomes, roots and herbs (stems with leaves) of the burnet - Sanguisorba officinalis L. fam. Rosaceae - Rosaceae are prepared using ethyl alcohol 75% (95% FS 42-3071-00), purified water (FS 42-2619-97).
60 g of finely ground sample - burnet rhizomes and roots are placed in a paper cartridge for Soxhlet apparatus and extracted with 75% ethyl alcohol, with a ratio of raw materials and extractant of 1: 5. Extraction time: 15-16 drains, 20-30 minutes between drains
Then a double amount by volume of 75% alcohol is added to the resulting extract, mixed thoroughly and the resulting solution is kept for 5-6 days at a temperature of 8-10°C. During this time, ballast substances settle. The settled liquid is drained from the sediment, filtered, and the alcohol is partially distilled off from the clear filtrate. Since alcohol solutions (75%) are used in the extraction of plant material, the extracts contain resinous substances, pigments, carotenes, chlorophyll, flavones, sterols, cerin, fats, balms, etc. To remove ballast substances from alcohol extracts, the alcohol concentration should be changed. To do this, after distilling off the alcohol, add an equal volume of a 2% aqueous suspension of talc to the bottom residue, mix, centrifuge and distill off the solvent, while distillation is carried out at a low temperature, in a vacuum. Water is added in order to reduce the concentration of alcohol, and thus reduce the solubility of resins, fats, etc. The resulting aqueous-alcoholic extract with a concentration of 75% of the dry residue is a thick oily substance that was used to prepare aqueous solutions for treating tomato plants.
Extraction of the grass (stem with leaves) of the burnet is carried out in a similar way; a thick viscous substance is obtained for use on tomato plants.
The growth-stimulating activity of the hydroalcoholic extract of burnet herb on tomatoes has been established for the first time.
When conducting comparative tests, the drug Silk, a VE widely used in crop production, including tomatoes, was used as the closest analogue in terms of properties.
216 )The growth-stimulating activity of the proposed product was determined according to standard methods (Guidelines for conducting registration tests of plant growth regulators, defoliants and desiccants in agriculture. M.: Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosinformagrotekh". - 2016 - p. 216)
The growth-stimulating activity of the product was assessed at the experimental base of the Federal Scientific Center for Biological Plant Protection.
Tomato plants of the “Novinka Kuban” variety during the flowering phase of the 1st cluster were sprayed with an aqueous-alcohol solution of burnet extract with a working fluid consumption rate of 300 l/ha. The second and third treatments were carried out during the flowering of the 2nd and 3rd clusters. The harvest was harvested when the tomatoes were fully ripe. Biometric measurements and determination of sugar content were also carried out on ripe fruits.
To compare the growth-stimulating properties of the proposed product with those known for its intended purpose, gibberellin was used at its optimal concentration of 0.001% and the drug Silk, VE with a consumption rate of 50 mg/l.
The plot area is 2.8 m2, the placement of plots is randomized.
Tests carried out on plants of the “Novinka Kubani” variety made it possible to establish that burnet herb extracts in the dose range from 30 to 50 mg/l exhibit growth stimulant properties. Increasing the drug consumption rate to 100 mg/l does not lead to a corresponding increase in yield.
6,2%.The increase in tomato yield, depending on the consumption rates of the proposed rhizome and root extract, is 58.5-53.2 c/ha (20.0-18.2%); stem and leaf extract, respectively, 61.1 - 50.5 c/ha (20.9-17.3%). Under the same conditions, an analogue in properties - gibberellin at an optimal dose of 10.0 mg/l - increased the yield of tomatoes by 5.3%, and an analogue in structure Silk, VE - by 6.2%.
