Technical results are achieved by the fact that the product for cutting and storage of citrus fruits contains a single base, on which there are two planes inclined to the horizontal, converging down to the centre of the article, forming an obtuse angle, as well as having on the outer side the sides along the normal to the inclined plane, and in the centre of the article at the intersection of the inclined planes there is a hemispherical recess, wherein the sides along the normal to the plane serve to provide a cut on one of the planes to produce a fruit slice, while the disclosed device incorporates a lid for storage.

EFFECT: broader functions of using a cutting board for citrus fruits and a method of cutting them into equal slices.

The invention relates to devices for cutting citrus fruits into slices, mainly lemons [A47J 47/00].

The disadvantage of the analogue is the inability to store the product.

A CUTTING BOARD is known from the prior art [RU 208883, publ. 01/19/2022], intended for use in the household and catering industry. The working surface of the board consists of at least two modules, movably fastened together by the force of magnetic attraction. The modules have the ability to rotate at an angle relative to each other due to cylindrical mating surfaces, convex and concave, respectively, with a diameter close to the thickness of the module. The modules, turned at an angle to each other, transform the flat working surface of the cutting board into a shape convenient for pouring chopped products into the container. The required working surface area is assembled from a different number of modules. The cutting board is made of wood or food-grade plastic.

The disadvantage of the analogue is the large dimensions of the product and the inability to store food.

The objectives of the invention are to create a product for cutting citrus fruits into equal slices and storing the product on it.

The technical results of the invention consist in expanding the functions of using a cutting board for citrus fruits and the method of cutting them into equal slices.
