Abstract
Description
The inventive absorbent belongs to compositions with high sorption capacity, intended for the absorption/adsorption of industrial waste, and can be used in the field of disposal of liquid and paste-forming toxic waste, solid municipal waste, oils, petroleum products, solvents, animal waste products, chemicals, poisons.
When creating sorbents for recycling industrial waste, various inorganic and organic materials that are widespread in nature, as well as waste or by-products of various industries are used. Each group of materials has its own advantages and disadvantages, therefore, when creating sorbents, based on their area of application, their most important characteristics are taken into account. Such a main characteristic in the development of the proposed absorbent was the effect of encapsulation of waste treated with this absorbent (encapsulation is a physicochemical or mechanical process of enclosing small particles of a substance in a shell of film-forming material).
The development and creation of this absorbent was based on the discovery of Russian scientists who found that a significant reduction in the hazard class of industrial and household waste occurs when waste is supplied for heat treatment in encapsulated form.
From RF patent No. 2209114, a plant-based sorbent is known for purifying aqueous solutions from heavy metals, in which waste from the process of obtaining licorice extract is used as a plant base. This sorbent allows you to purify an aqueous solution from heavy metals, in particular from copper - with an efficiency of 91%, with a sorption capacity of 3.6 mg/g, from zinc - 91.6% and 3.7 mg/g, respectively. The disadvantage of this sorbent is the inaccessibility of the raw material base for its production, as well as the ineffectiveness of the sorbent for purifying water from organic contaminants.
From the RF patent No. 2303623, a sorbent ameliorant is known, consisting of bentonite clays (36%), ash and slag mixture - (47%), blue clays (17%). The disadvantage of this sorbent is the high cost of use, since it is necessary to deliver the ash and slag mixture to the place of contamination mixture in large quantities, as well as blue clays located in remote places. In addition, due to its low strength, ameliorant cannot be used as an impervious screen.
%:From patent application No. 2018118440, a sorbent with a waterproofing component is known, adopted as a prototype and containing clay, polymers, plant components and mineral and plasticizing additives with the following ratio of mixture components, wt. %:
35-45,clay - 35-45,
15-20,polyacrylamide solution - 15-20,
5-15,mixture of silage plants with mineral filler - 5-15,
5-10,fine powder of a mineral of volcanic origin - 5-10,
5-10,mineral plasticizing additives - 5-10,
5-10.of plant origin that have undergone hydrolysis synthesis - 5-10.
However, this sorbent is used with a liquid carrier (water, oil, Newtonian fluids) to deliver the finished solution into the cavities or beyond the perimeter of the protected object from replenishing water, thereby forming a protective layer of waterproofing and preventing the penetration of water from outside the protected object into the walls and premises. The composition of the sorbent does not allow water to pass through, so it is possible to use it as impervious screens, but it cannot encapsulate soil or water at the molecular level.
The objective of the present invention is to develop an absorbent not only with a high absorption capacity of various industrial and household wastes that are harmful and toxic to the environment, as well as with the possibility of its use in waste lithification processes, but also that creates the effect of encapsulating the waste processed by it. The technical result is the encapsulation at the molecular level of solid municipal, industrial and chemical waste, which allows for further processing of such waste to lower their hazard class to waste class V.
полученного продукта):The problem is solved by an absorbent containing Cambrian clay, polymers, plant components and mineral additives, having the following ratio of mixture components, wt. % (100% = 1 kg of product obtained):
45%,Cambrian clay - from 35% to 45%,
20%,mineral polyacrylamide - from 15% to 20%,
20%,mixture of silage plants with mineral filler (natron, soda) - from 5% to 20%,
15%,fine powder of minerals of volcanic origin, for example, ashes, tuffs, traces, volcanic slag, zeolite, zeolitized rocks - from 5% to 15%,
15%,mineral additives (opoka) - from 5% to 15%,
15%,finely dispersed additives of plant origin that have undergone hydrolysis synthesis, such as wood waste, cotton husks or sunflower husks - from 5% to 15%,
15%,guar gum - from 5% to 15%,
15%,silicon dioxide silicon oxide (IV) from 5% to 15%,
15%.gum arabic (Arabic gum) from 5% to 15%.
The absorbent, due to its chemical composition, allows the encapsulation of various substances, including municipal, industrial and chemical waste due to the hydrolysis synthesis of plants - meadow clay, which is the main component for the encapsulation of chemicals. Laboratory tests have shown that the chemical bonds of substance molecules are separated under the influence of the absorbent, expressed in encapsulation at the molecular level without increasing the mass of waste. Technically, the absorbent breaks molecular bonds in a mixture of aromatic polymers and inorganic compounds, encapsulation of chemical elements occurs, their interconnection ceases and the formation of new bonds in the compound is impossible. The strong, solid-elastic preservative matrix formed during hardening stops all chemical reactions and the interaction of chemical elements (their blocking) with each other, reduces the surface of contact with the environment by physically removing moisture, decreasing in volume up to 85 times.
In addition, the absorbent can be used as anti-filtration screens for any storage of liquid or solid, industrial and household waste, completely fixing waste in space, isolating it and removing excess moisture, which leads to a reduction in the quantity and quality of chemical reactions inside tanks and waste cards.
The claimed composite is environmentally friendly, safe, environmentally friendly and very economical, and is also harmless to both humans and animals and aquatic organisms (microorganisms), and has a hazard class of V.
30%.To produce the absorbent, all of its specified components are mixed in a four-screw multicomponent installation at temperatures from -35 to -5 and from +18 to +35 degrees Celsius with an air humidity of no more than 30%.
To study the process of efficiency of reducing the level of pollutants and encapsulating industrial waste using the claimed absorbent, its tests were carried out in a specialized organization LenPromServis LLC. When ordering tests, the absorbent was conventionally named as “Kapkan sorption compound” (NefteGazInvest-Intari LLC belongs to Technical Specification No. 668027, in which the word “Trap” is registered and under which it produces and sells all types of its compositions).
As a result of tests carried out on the neutralization of waste samples, it was confirmed that the absorbent immediately reacts with waste, which from the first minutes begins to turn into a solid state.
