FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES

The invention relates to the field of food industry, in particular, to containers for transporting, storing and storing food products that are especially sensitive to damage from shocks or compression, namely rolls, shawarma, and also sushi.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

Packaging for food products is known, which is a flat cardboard blank containing a bottom formed from sections separated by inflection lines, two elongated vertical walls and an upper part that folds along the inflection lines into a lid. The blank contains trapezoidal bends with lens-shaped slits along the edges of the bottom and top of the package. Paper packaging for food products such as rolls, sandwiches, shawarma, etc. (Description of a utility model for RF patent No. 211143, IPC B65D 3/26, Published: 05/23/2022).

Disadvantages - the packaging is made of short-lived material (cardboard), it is not possible to see the product, and it is inconvenient for transportation.

A known lid-container for a packaging container of a food product is made of food-grade plastic of a pyramidal stepped shape, with an increasing cross-section towards the open side, the first upper stage is made with almost vertical side walls and a flange at the end, to which a flat foil lid with a tongue facing outwards is attached by heat sealing. with the formation of a first sealed cavity for placing something, the second stage is made with inclined walls, on the flange of which a flat foil second lid with a tongue facing outward is attached to the flange to form a second sealed cavity for placing something, while on the last stage there is a side wall made of a smaller height in relation to the height of the first steps, and equipped on the inner surface with at least two beads for fixing a packaging container located inside the last step, having a flange with external dimensions exceeding the internal size between the mentioned beads. The disadvantages of this container are its high material consumption, low operational reliability and low functionality. In particular, this container cannot be used for goods such as rolls and shawarma. The disadvantage of the known analogue is the lack of stability during transportation and stacking of containers.

The closest technical solution, taken as a prototype, is a food container having a rectangular shape with rounded corners, made with inclined sides, rounded towards the top. There are convex sections at the corners of the upper part, and in the middle of the front the convex sections form a recess. Faceted reliefs are made on the rounded surface. The difference is that in the proposed container the product is poorly visible from the side of the beveled part, and the integrity of the product is compromised during transportation. Insufficient stability when stacking containers.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The task at which the development of the proposed invention is aimed is to expand the arsenal of means for a specific purpose, which is solved by creating a container for food products that is reliable in operation and stable in transportation, as well as the possibility of using the product in this container as an advertising object.

The solution to the problem is achieved by combining the use of known features, consisting of a base and a lid, made in the form of a three-dimensional body made of transparent plastic, while the corners of the container are made rounded, and in the lower part of the body at the base there is a side rounded to the outside;

and new signs; consisting in the fact that the rear and side surfaces are made at an angle; the upper part of the side surface is made in the form of semicircles, forming a support on the leg in the uppermost part and a recess in the middle, and the front part of the body is beveled.

The essence of the technical solution is that

In the proposed container, the product is clearly visible from the side of the beveled surface, making it possible to use the product in question as an advertising object (Fig. 3 and 7).

In the lower part of the body at the base at the corners there are protrusions in the form of flat sections 7, increasing the rigidity of the structure (Figs. 3 and 7);

You can consider the proposed container by analogy with a container for confectionery products, including a lid made of transparent plastic and a tray connected to the lid by means of a locking connection.

The food container can be used as a volumetric lid in packaging for products such as rolls, shawarma, and also sushi.

At an enterprise that produces rolls, shawarma, and sushi, the product is placed in the pallet of a packaging container (not shown) for food products. The pallet with the product is closed with a volumetric lid, placing the side on the pallet, and secured using a locking connection (not shown).

The product in the form of two rolls or shawarma, open (obliquely cut) on one side, is placed in a flat tray with low sides, covered and closed with the offered food container with the beveled side on the open, obliquely cut side of the product.

Since the food container is made in the form of two semicircles, forming a depression in the middle, the product in the form of two rolls or shawarma is closed and does not come into contact with each other, without violating its integrity during transportation.

In the upper part of the food container there are supports designed for storing ready-made containers with the product. With the help of these supports it is also convenient to lift the food container and take the product.

The proposed technical solution made it possible to develop a more advanced design that is reliable in operation, stackable, and prevents the food product from moving during transportation; as well as the possibility of using the product in this container as an advertising object.
