Abstract

The utility model relates to the food industry, in particular, for the storage and rapid preparation of a wide range of dishes from both ready-made food products and instant food products; for eating at home, in enterprises and fast food outlets, designed for separate storage of the main food product and sauce. A lid of a container with the possibility of placing a gravy boat in it in the form of a truncated cone with a lid made of sealing film, the lid of the container contains a plastic body with a means of closing it in the assembly, on the upper surface of the lid in its center there are stepped recesses: an upper recess, a recess under the side of the gravy boat and a recess for the gravy boat; in the upper recess of the container lid and in the grooves made in the upper part of the lid at the level of the upper recess, there is a shell for fastening the gravy boat, forming a continuous field, while in the recess for the side of the gravy boat there are recesses for fingers in the form of hemispheres. The technical result is an improvement in the design, namely the ease of removing the gravy boat from the container lid. 7 ill., 1 tab.

Description

Field of technology to which the utility model relates

The utility model relates to the field of the food industry, in particular, for the storage and accelerated preparation of a wide range of dishes, both from ready-made food products and from instant food products; for eating at home, in enterprises and fast food outlets, designed for separate storage of the main food product and sauce.

State of the art

A food container is known, in its original design it is a folded structure consisting of two parts, with the second part located above the first. When preparing and eating a set of dishes, the folded structure is opened and both parts of the container are brought into a horizontal position. (See RF patent for invention No. 2170694, IPC B65D 77/00. publ. 07/20/2001).

Disadvantages: the complexity of the container design and its high cost. It is possible to mix the sauce with the main product, since they are located in the same container.

A multi-section plastic container is known, formed from a plastic blank having a base with several sections, with the central one intended for a liquid product, and a lid, which is made of a sealing film; wherein the central section is made in the form of a truncated cone, with a height less than the height of the side sections of the container, and a gravy boat is placed in it, the side sections are placed on both sides of the central section and separated from it by separating barriers having an Ω-shape and located mirror symmetrically with respect to the transverse axis of symmetry of the container with the formation of a central section between them, and rectangular stamped recesses are made at the corners of the base in the upper part of the body. (See RF patent for utility model No. 202937, IPC B65D 77/04. publ. 03/15/2021).

The proposed design is simpler to manufacture, but it has the ability to mix the sauce with the main product, since they are located in one container.

The closest analogue - the prototype for the claimed utility model - is the lid of a container with a gravy boat, containing a plastic body with a means of closing it in the assembly and a gravy boat in the form of a truncated cone with a lid made of a sealing or self-adhesive film, with the upper surface of the lid in its center The container lids are made in steps and in grooves made in the upper part of the lid at the level of the upper recess, forming a continuous field, while the recess, the recess under the side of the gravy boat and the recess are fixed by a shell located in the upper recess. (See patent US2013068772A1, 03/21/2013).

In the proposed design, there is no possibility of conveniently removing the gravy boat from the lid.

Disclosure of utility model

The task at which the development of the proposed utility model is aimed is to improve the design.

The technical result consists in the convenience of removing the gravy boat from the container lid.

The solution to the problem is achieved by combining the use of known features, including a gravy boat in the form of a truncated cone with a lid made of sealing film; the lid of the container contains a plastic body with a means of closing it in the assembly; on the upper surface of the lid in its center there are stepped recesses: an upper recess, a recess under the side of the gravy boat and a recess for the gravy boat; in the upper recess of the container lid and in the grooves made in the upper part of the lid at the level of the upper recess, there is a shell for attaching a gravy boat, forming a continuous field;

and a new feature, which consists in the fact that for the convenience of removing the gravy boat before use, there are recesses for the fingers in the form of hemispheres, made in the recess for the side of the gravy boat.

The essence of the technical solution is that the container lid is made of a plastic blank, includes a base 1, round in plan, made from a wall 2 with the formation of a cavity 3 inside.

The side wall 4 of the upper part of the lid of the container 5 is made rounded.

In the center of the upper part of the lid there are stepped recesses: an upper recess 6, a recess under the side of the gravy boat 7 and a recess for the gravy boat 8. The shape of the recess for the gravy boat is made in the form of a truncated cone (Fig. 1).

The gravy boat 9 contains a side wall 10, in the form of a truncated cone with a side 11, the bottom of the gravy boat 12 has a round shape. The saucepan can be with a detachable or one-piece lid, as well as without a lid. The disposable gravy boat is made of food-grade plastic, which is a safe, non-toxic material. It does not react with the contents and does not change the smell or taste. After use, the gravy boat is thrown away and should not be washed or reused. Used containers can be recycled. The gravy boat can be made of the same plastic as the container lid itself; it can also be made of opaque plastic (Fig. 2).

The gravy boat is located in the recess, forming a cavity 13 between the recess of the lid and the side surface of the gravy boat, ensuring the safety of the gravy boat during long-term transportation and loading (Fig. 2).

The dimensions of the recess for the gravy boat are also chosen in such a way that it is convenient to use gravy boats from different manufacturers that have noticeable differences in size.

To make it easier to remove the gravy boat before use, there are recesses for fingers 14 in the form of hemispheres, made in the recess under the side of the gravy boat (Fig. 4 and Fig. 7).

The upper part of the lid is secured by a cardboard or plastic shell 15, which at the same time serves as a carrier of advertising information. The shell is located in the upper recess and in two symmetrical grooves 16 made in the upper part of the cover, at the level of the upper recess, forming a continuous field (Fig. 4).

At the same time, the walls of the upper recess 6 form arcuate protrusions 17, which serve as stacking elements that prevent the containers with the product from slipping when placed in a vertical stack to save space on the display case/on the shelf to prevent the gravy boat from falling out of the gravy boat compartment during transportation (Fig. 6) .

The upper part of the lid is covered with sealing film 18. (Fig. 5)

The container lid assembled with the main container 19 and the gravy boat is shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 6. Separately, the container lid, gravy boat and main container are shown in Fig. 7.

After using a plastic container, it is reused several times, replacing the gravy boat in it. After long-term use, the container lid is discarded.

The results of a study of the influence of the size of the gravy boat compared to the size of the recess of the container for the gravy boat (Fig. 2) are shown in Table 1.

Conclusion according to the table. 1:

If the size of the gravy boat deviates from the size of the recess of the gravy boat container by less than 5%, their contents are preserved during long-term transportation and loading.

The use of the utility model allowed:

- prevent mixing of the sauce with the main food product,

- ensure rigidity when using thin walls and films,

- reduce material consumption,

- ensure tampering control,

- ease of removal of the gravy boat before use.
