Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the destruction of little value species of deciduous trees in favor of coniferous trees during thinning (lighting and clearing), as well as for the destruction of trees and shrubs on communication lines, power lines, on road sides and on gas and oil lines. The device is made in the form of an articulated four-link, consisting of lower, upper, front side, rear side links, mounted on the saw bar of a gasoline-powered saw. A platform with a container mounted on it with a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution is rigidly fixed on the upper link. The cutting apparatus is made in the form of a saw bar with a chain. At the rear of the body there is a handle for sliding it onto the object of labor.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, reducing the physical load on the operator when working and carrying the device.

Description

The device belongs to the field of forestry and is intended for the destruction of low-value species of deciduous trees in favor of coniferous trees during thinning (lighting and clearing), as well as for the destruction of trees and shrubs on communication lines, power lines, on roadside strips and on gas and oil routes.

There are known devices for thinning (patents No. 2119277; No. 2015660), containing a working body, a cutting element, and a platform.

The main disadvantages of these devices: the high labor intensity of the process, the complexity of the design, and large physical loads when working and carrying the tool.

A device is known (patent No. 2548496) containing a handle and a cutting apparatus and a chemical solution supply mechanism mounted on the handle, which is configured to supply a chemical solution to the cutting apparatus.

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the high labor intensity of the cutting process, high physical stress when working and carrying the tool.

The closest in technical essence and achieved economic effect is the device (patent No. 2633793), containing a cutting apparatus and a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution. The body of the device is made in the form of a welded tubular frame, in which wheels are mounted in front under the frame, and above the frame there is a drive mechanism in the form of an articulated four-link, consisting of lower, upper, front side, rear side links. On the upper and lower links there are rigidly fixed platforms with a container mounted on them, respectively, with a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution and a cutting apparatus in the form of a trimmer. In the rear part of the body there are handles with control elements placed on them in the form of flexible connections for the injection of a chemical solution and a cutting apparatus. In the rear part of the articulated four-bar linkage there is a rigidly fixed handle for pushing it onto the object of labor

The technical result is a simplification of the design, reducing the physical load on the operator when working and carrying the device.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the body of the device is made in the form of an articulated four-link, consisting of lower, upper, front side, rear side links, installed on the saw bar of a gasoline-powered saw, and on the upper link a platform with a container mounted on it with a feed mechanism is rigidly fixed chemical solution, and the cutting apparatus is made in the form of a saw bar with a chain, while a handle is installed in the rear part of the body for pushing it onto the object of labor.

The present invention is illustrated by drawings, where in Fig. 1 - side view (trimming a tree); in fig. 2 - side view (chemical treatment).

The proposed device consists of a body 1, made in the form of an articulated four-link, consisting of lower 2, upper 3, front side 4, rear side links 5, mounted on a saw bar 6 of a gasoline-powered saw, and on the upper link 3 a platform 7 with a platform mounted on it is rigidly fixed capacity 8 with a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution 9, and the cutting apparatus 10 is made in the form of a saw bar 6 with a chain 11, while a handle 12 is installed in the rear part of the housing 1 for pushing it onto the object of labor 13.

This device works as follows.

The body 1 is brought to the object of labor 13 (tree, shrub), the cutting apparatus 10 is pushed and introduced into the trunk of the tree (shrub), and the pruning process occurs (Fig. 1). The saw then moves down the tree and rests on it. After which the handle 12 is moved away from itself, as a result of which the container 8 with the mechanism for supplying the chemical solution 9 moves to the place of the cut.

A chemical solution is injected into the cut site (Fig. 2).

Finally, using handle 12, the four-bar link returns to its original position. (Fig. 1). Then the device is transferred to the next object of labor and the cycle repeats.

As a result of using this device, the design is simplified and the physical load on the operator when working and carrying the device is reduced.

A device for chemical forest care, containing a cutting apparatus and a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution, characterized in that the body of the device is made in the form of an articulated four-link consisting of lower, upper, front side, rear side links, mounted on the saw bar of a gasoline-powered saw, and on the upper link has a rigidly fixed platform with a container mounted on it with a mechanism for supplying a chemical solution, and the cutting apparatus is made in the form of a saw bar with a chain, while a handle is installed in the rear part of the body for pushing it onto the object of labor.
