EFFECT: possibility of automated notification of residents in case of a man-caused threat by means of a mobile application, as well as broadcasting a sound signal about the danger through an intercom.

Description

The invention relates to computer technology, namely to automated monitoring and control systems with elements of computer technology, and can be used to implement the functions of control, registration and management, including the function of restricting and controlling access, rapid response to emergencies in order to minimize consequences.

A universal security and communication system is known from the prior art (patent RU 2 686 077 C1; IPC H04M 11/00, published on 04/24/2019). The system contains a hardware unit for receiving and transmitting information, which includes a block for notification and access control, a block for security functions and fire alarm control, a video surveillance unit, a monitoring system server and a controller connected to the EDDS center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations via Internet. The first and second outputs of the notification and access control unit are connected, respectively, to the first inputs of the controller and the video surveillance unit. The address bus of the warning system is connected to the input of the security functions and fire alarm control unit, the first and second outputs of which are connected to the first input of the monitoring system server and the second input of the video surveillance unit. A stationary video camera is connected to the video surveillance unit, located above the intercom call unit connected to the notification and access control unit, and external cameras.

The disadvantage of this invention should be considered the lack of local opening of doors in case of a fire threat, as well as the lack of communication through a mobile application as a way to inform the residents of the house.

From the prior art, a territorial system for monitoring, warning and managing the municipal and / or facility level in case of a threat, occurrence, during and during emergency situations is known (patent RU 2 605 505 C1; IPC A62C 35/00, G08B 25/00, published on 20.12 .2016). The hardware-software complex includes an interfacing and control device, controllers of peripheral devices, an automated workplace for a dispatcher of a central post, terminal devices in the form of command generation sources, warning devices and actuators. The interface and control device includes an RS 232/485 interface unit, a local area network interface unit, a speech synthesizer unit, an MP3 file playback unit, a remote device bus unit, a power supply voltage control unit, a clock station unit, a telephone interface unit, a GSM unit , a block for receiving signals from the television broadcasting network "Tricolor", a block for controlling intercoms, a block for controlling a radio station, a block for voice frequency channels, an indication block. Each block is an independent device with its own microcontroller. The blocks are interconnected via the system bus.

The disadvantage of this invention should be considered the lack of integration with intercom panels, the lack of notification in case of a fire threat through a mobile application.

The technical result of the claimed invention consists in automated notification of residents in case of a man-made threat through a mobile application, as well as broadcasting a sound signal about danger through an intercom.

An additional technical result consists in the automatic opening of doors to the entrances of residential buildings.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the system of additional information about man-made disasters contains at least one fire detector connected to at least one smoke fire control panel, which in turn is connected via dry contacts to at least one intercom panel;

moreover, the intercom panel contains a controller that is connected by a control signal with a magnetic lock that is associated with a power supply;

an IP intercom server with pre-installed software that provides remote configuration and control of intercom panels, connected to the intercom panel by two-way communication, and also connected to a push server by two-way communication;

push - a server with pre-installed software, connected via two-way communication with the intercom panel via the Internet, and also connected with a mobile application pre-installed on the user's device, via two-way communication.

In a private version of the system, the user's device can be: a smartphone, tablet, tablet computer, TV, set-top box, or other electronic computing device that provides for the installation of a mobile application, as well as Internet access.

In a private version of the system, the number of intercom panels can vary from 1 to n pieces, made with the ability to interface with each other and a push server via the Internet, which means that in the event of a man-made threat indoors, all intercom panels installed within one residential premises, unblock the exits.

In a particular case of execution, the notification through the intercom is broadcast as an audio recording of the alarm, as well as a running line on the display.

In a particular case of execution, notifications are sent to devices with a pre-installed mobile application to all residents of the corresponding residential building in which an alarm has been triggered about a man-made threat. At the same time, notifications in the form of push messages are sent only to those users who have a specific address specified in the mobile application.

The presence in the system of communication between the smoke fire control panel and the intercom panel allows the intercom panel through the speaker to serve as a means of broadcasting information about the occurrence of a man-made threat, and also contribute to unlocking the entrance doors.

The presence in the system of direct connection of “outputs” from the fire control panel to the dry contacts of the intercom panel allows, when a signal is received from the fire control panel, to send it to the magnetic lock control module and unlock the door locally. And also start broadcasting information about a man-made threat in order to alert people on the street.

The presence in the system of a push server connected to the intercom panel and the mobile application allows you to send pop-up notifications to users of the mobile application about a man-made threat.

The presence of an IP-intercom server in the system allows you to track in which residential area a man-made threat occurred and, in case of possible failures of local demagnetization of doors, allows you to remotely unlock the exits.

The connection between the IP intercom servers and the push server allows you to select the necessary pool of mobile application users who have a specific address and notify them by means of a pop-up notification (push notification) sent using the push server.

Below we will consider an example of a specific implementation of the system of additional information about man-made disasters.

The system works as follows.

A mobile application 6 is installed on the user's device 7, in a particular example, a smartphone, into which the specific address of the user 8 is entered.

In a residential building of the type of an apartment building, on landings on each or on every second floor, 1.1. fire alarm system consisting of a fire detector 1 and a two-wire communication line controller 1.4; light warning system 1.2, consisting of light annunciators 9; voice alert system 1.3, consisting of voice annunciators 10 and a voice alert unit 11; moreover, all these systems are connected to a single relay module 13. And the relay module is connected to the power supply 3.6.

A control panel 12 can also be installed, to which the fire alarm system 1.1 is directly connected. The control panel 12 is connected to the power supply 3.6. (figure 1).

An intercom panel 3 is connected to an already existing warning system through a relay module 13.

After connecting the intercom panel 3, the system will work as follows: in the event of a man-made threat, for example, a fire, the fire detector 1 will be triggered, sending a signal to the smoke fire control panel 2, which will send back a sound warning signal in case of fire. (Fig. 2).

For the subsequent transmission of an alert about a man-made threat, in the context of a specific example, a fire, outputs 2.1 from the smoke fire control panel 2 are connected to the dry contacts 3.3 of the intercom panel 3. In this case, outputs 2.1 are programmed in such a way that when the alarm is triggered, information is received to the controller 3.1 of the intercom panel.

When information is received about the alarm from the intercom panel controller 3.1, the signal is simultaneously sent to the IP intercom server 4 to determine the address and select the user pool 8 for notification in the mobile application 6 in the form of a push notification; and to the contact breaker 3.4, which opens the voltage in the circuit section going to the magnetic lock 3.5, after which the voltage drops and the lock is demagnetized, thereby opening access to the entrance.

On the IP intercom server 4, the address from which the emergency forced opening of the door occurred is determined, after which the signal from the IP intercom server 4 to the necessary intercom panels 3 is sent to those intercoms that are installed in other entrances of this house and the magnetic lock 3.5 is turned off.

After the address is determined, the data is sent to the Push server 5, where a Push notification is generated stating that a fire alarm has worked and a man-made threat has arisen, after which the notification data is sent to the mobile application 6, which is processed by the Push server 5. Notifications are sent only to those users 8 who have a specific address in the mobile application 6 and matches the address where the threat of a technogenic hazard was detected.

Also, on the server 4 of the IP intercom, a signal is generated for sound and visual notification of the possibility of a man-made threat. So directed information goes to the controller 3.1, from where it goes to the display 3.3, where information will be displayed in the form of symbols about the threat of a man-made nature, as well as to the speaker 3.7 in the form of an audible alert to inform people passing by.

Thus, automated notification of residents is carried out in case of a man-made threat through a mobile application, as well as the broadcast of a sound signal about the danger through an intercom, as well as automatic opening of doors to the entrances of residential buildings.
