The assembly for attaching the handle to the door leaf contains a cylindrical base with a central hole for a square rod, an overlay mounted on the base, and a base fixing element on the door leaf, while the base fixing element is made in the form of a fungus with a flange provided with a central hole coaxial with the central base hole, the central hole of the base is provided with an internal thread, and the cylindrical part of the fixation mushroom element is provided with an external thread, on the side surface of the flange of the fixation mushroom element there are key grooves for screwing the fixation mushroom element into the central hole of the base.

EFFECT: increased reliability of fastening the handle to the door leaf.

Description

The invention relates to the field of hardware and can be used in the attachment points of door handles to the door leaf for opening and closing the door.

In the prior art, a handle attachment assembly is known, containing a bowl-shaped base with a central hole for a square rod, inside which peripheral holes are made for fixing the base to the door leaf, made in the form, for example, of self-tapping screws. The bowl-shaped overlay with a central hole for the passage of the handle with the shaft is fixed on the base body by means of a screw (RU 2648633 C1, E05B 3/06, publ. 03/26/2018).

The disadvantage of the known mount is the complexity of the design of the base, which leads to an increase in the complexity of its manufacture.

The closest analogue is the handle attachment, known from the patent RU 169500 U1, E05B 15/00, publ. 03/21/2017. Known mount contains a cylindrical base with a central hole for a rod of square section, fixed by means of fasteners in the form of self-tapping screws or screws to the door leaf. Inside the base there are fastening elements of the square rod of the locking device in the form of a latch. The fastening unit also contains an overlay, which is installed on the base, after which the handle is fixed on the base.

The disadvantage of the known attachment point is the insufficient reliability of fastening the handle to the door leaf due to the complexity of the base design. and the presence of fastening elements in the form of self-tapping screws or screws

The technical result of the attachment point of the handle to the door leaf is to increase the reliability of the attachment of the handle to the door leaf.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the attachment point of the handle to the door leaf it contains a cylindrical base with a central hole for a square rod, an overlay installed on the base, and a base fixation element on the door leaf, while the base fixation element is made in the form of a fungus with a flange provided with a central hole coaxial with the central hole of the base, the central hole of the base is provided with an internal thread, and the cylindrical part of the mushroom fixation element is provided with an external thread, turnkey grooves are made on the side surface of the flange of the mushroom fixation element for screwing the mushroom fixation element into the central hole of the base.

The assembly for attaching the handle to the door leaf contains a base 1 and a fixation element made in the form of a fungus 2 with a flange 3 (Fig. 1-3).

The base 1 and the mushroom fixation element 2 of the attachment point of the handle to the door leaf are made of metal material. The base 1 and the mushroom element 2 have a coaxial central hole for the square shaft of the handle.

Threads 4 and 5 are made on the inner surface of the central hole of the base 1 and the outer surface of the cylindrical part of the mushroom element 2 for attaching the base to the door leaf (Fig. 3). On the side surface of the flange 3 of the fungus element 2, grooves 6 (Fig. 1, 4) are made for the convenience of turning the fungus 2 with a key.

Attaching the handle 7 to the door leaf is carried out as follows. Remove the pad 8 (Fig. 2, 3) from the base 1 and carry out the fastening of the handle 7 in the pad 8 by any method known from the prior art.

After the handle 7 is fixed in the lining 8, for example, as it is fixed in the prototype, the mushroom element 2 is threaded through a pre-prepared groove 9 under the lock in the side end of the door leaf 10

Through the hole 11 made in the door leaf 10 (Fig. 2, 3), the base 1 and the mushroom element 2 are attached to each other due to the presence of threads 4 and 5 by means of a key 13 (Fig. 4). The plate 8 assembled with the handle 7 is put on the base 1 and fixed with the screw 12. The square rod 14 is fixed on the handle 7 with the help of the screw 15.

Due to the presented attachment point of the handle to the door leaf, its more reliable fastening is ensured, since its loosening during operation is excluded in comparison with known methods of the handle attachment point.

Assembly for fixing the handle to the door leaf, containing a cylindrical base with a central hole for a square rod, a plate installed on the base, and a base fixing element on the door leaf, while the base fixing element is made in the form of a fungus with a flange provided with a central hole coaxial with with a central hole of the base, the central hole of the base is provided with an internal thread, and the cylindrical part of the fixation fungus element with an external thread, on the side surface of the flange of the fungal fixation element there are turnkey grooves for screwing the fungal fixation element into the central hole of the base.
