Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and can be used to treat inflammatory periodontal diseases.
The treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases continues to be one of the urgent problems of dentistry to date. There is a large arsenal of therapeutic and prophylactic agents. However, the frequency of this pathology does not decrease, but tends to increase.
171-173].In the etiotropic therapy of inflammatory periodontal diseases, antibiotics and antiseptics are widely used, but such antibacterial therapy can disrupt the balance of microflora in the oral cavity, as well as prevent the formation of the body's immune responses to pathogenic bacteria [Grigoryan A.S., Grudyanov A.I., Rabukina N. A., Frolova O.A. Periodontal disease. - M.: Medical Information Agency, 2004, p. 239-289]. In the basis of pathogenetic treatment, anti-inflammatory drugs, namely steroid and non-steroid drugs, play a large role. Preference is given to ointments containing glucocorticosteroids (1% hydrocortisone, 0.5% prednisolone), and official drugs, which include hormones (Ftorocort, Lorinden, Hyoxysone, etc.), and non-steroidal drugs (Indomethacin ”, “Ketorolac”, “Diclofenac sodium”), but these drugs cause irritation of the gastrointestinal tract, allergic reactions, the development of anemia, leukopenia, hemorrhage are possible [Tsepov L.M., Nikolaev A.I., Mikheeva E.A. Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of periodontal diseases. - M.: "MEDpress-inform", 2008, p. 171-173].
Plants and preparations based on them have found wide application in dentistry in the treatment of periodontal diseases. The growing popularity of plants is due to a number of objective reasons. Plant-based medicines are usually milder than synthetic ones, they have fewer undesirable side effects, including they practically do not cause allergic reactions [Grudyanov A.I. Notes on scientific reports on periodontal issues. - Dentistry. 1996. - 2. - S. 28-30]. The presence of phytosterol and chlorophyll in the composition of plants, the richest composition of microelements and biologically active substances, allows them to be used for the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.
Известен способ лечения воспалительных заболеваний пародонта, который заключается в том, что в качестве противоспалительного средства используют 3%-ную взвесь календулы, иммобилизованной на полисорбе, при этом в зависимости от тяжести поражения слизистой используют аппликации, турунды и гелеобразную повязку с использованием этой взвеси [патент RU 2134098, 1999].A known method for the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases, which consists in the fact that as an anti-inflammatory agent, a 3% suspension of calendula immobilized on polysorb is used, while depending on the severity of the mucosal lesion, applications, turundas and a gel-like bandage using this suspension are used [patent RU 2134098, 1999].
ч. составляет: цветки ноготков лекарственных - 1,0, трава смолевки поникшей или татарской - 1,0, листья мяты перечной - 0,2, плоды кориандра посевного - 0,2 [патент RU 2303455, 2007].A known method for the treatment and prevention of periodontal diseases and oral mucosa, characterized in that patients rinse their mouths 3-4 times a day with the resulting solution at the rate of 15 ml of 70% alcohol tincture from phytocollection and 125 ml of water. The ratio of raw materials and alcohol in the preparation of alcohol tincture is 1:5. The ratio of the components of raw materials, wt.h. is: flowers of medicinal marigolds - 1.0, herb drooping or Tatar tartar grass - 1.0, peppermint leaves - 0.2, coriander seeds - 0.2 [patent RU 2303455, 2007].
Мазь накладывают в виде лечебного пародонтального аппликата на пораженную десневую поверхность после аппликационной анестезии 10% раствором лидокаина, профессиональной гигиены полости рта, медикаментозной обработки десневого края 1% раствором йодинола и изоляции слюнных желез в полости рта, один раз в день на 2 часа в течение 4 недель, рекомендуя пациентам воздержаться от приема пищи и воды в течение двух часов [патент RU 2550970, 2015].A known method for the treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis, which consists in using a complex preparation in the form of an ointment of the following composition: vaseline - lanolin base (1:1) - 88.5 g, 70% meadowsweet tincture - 5.0 g, 70% sophora tincture Japanese - 5.0 g, ecdysterone - 0.02 g; eucalyptus oil - 1.0 g. The ointment is applied in the form of a therapeutic periodontal applicate on the affected gingival surface after application anesthesia with 10% lidocaine solution, professional oral hygiene, medical treatment of the gingival margin with 1% iodinol solution and isolation of the salivary glands in the oral cavity, once per day for 2 hours for 4 weeks, recommending patients to refrain from eating and drinking for two hours [patent RU 2550970, 2015].
The closest analogue of the invention is a method for the treatment of chronic periodontitis, which consists in the removal of dental plaque, closed curettage and antiseptic treatment of periodontal pockets, then a drug containing, wt. %: biologically active additive "Yagel" from the extract of lichen thalli of the genus Cladonia, dry residue - 66-70; birch bark extract "Betulin" - 15-17; linseed oil - 15-17. In addition, an individually made dental mouthguard filled with an oil solution is fixed in the oral cavity, while the daily procedure includes a single injection and application of the solution, the course of treatment is 7-10 procedures lasting 25-30 minutes [patent RU 2751810, 07/19/2021]. The disadvantage of the prototype is that the drug has only an antimicrobial effect and the use of inflammatory-destructive processes of periodontal tissues is ineffective, since there is no anti-inflammatory effect.
The objective of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of local treatment of periodontal diseases.
The technical result when using the invention is an increase in the therapeutic effect and a reduction in the duration of treatment.

Thus, the use of the proposed method showed good periodontal regeneration. Pronounced inflammatory processes that developed in the area of experimentally modeled periodontitis in experimental rats completely disappeared. The application of the resulting mass to the studied animals was accompanied by complete regeneration of damaged periodontal tissues. This confirms the fact that the mixture of SANS MOTS scrub with SANS MOTS Marque Noire phytoconcentrate has an antioxidant, regenerative, immunomodulatory, cytoprotective agent.
