Abstract
Description
The claimed object relates to manual gripping instruments for work in medicine, namely, during surgical operations on blood vessels, the heart, operations associated with increased release of biological fluids.
п.There are many variants of tweezers that differ in their shape and purpose used in various fields of medicine. One of the close in design to the claimed object is surgical tweezers, containing connected at one end of the elastic branches with working sponges at the other ends. (USSR author's certificate N 1391867, class B25V 9/02, 1988 [1]). Surgical tweezers are also known, containing spring branches connected at one end with gripping jaws with grooves at the other ends and with elastic restrictive elements for interacting with gripping parts (USSR Author's certificate N 1440685, class B25V 9/0, 1988 [2]). Also known are tweezers with round handles, clawed jaws, curved along the plane, etc.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art of surgery that any known tweezer performs primarily a gripping and holding function. The disadvantage of tweezers [1], [2], as well as all known analogs, under certain conditions, is the absence of an aspiration system in its design, which makes it possible to take fluid from the surgical field without changing or using other instruments. This circumstance forces the surgeon and his assistant to use additional aspiration instruments, which in turn leads to an increase in the duration of the operation and a narrowing of the visual field of surgical manipulation, due to an increase in the number of instruments used in the surgical wound.
The technical problem solved by this invention is the creation of a tweezer that allows, in addition to the holding function, if necessary, to perform an aspiration function, without losing time to change tools.
The technical result from the use of the invention is
1) возможности сократить время операции на сосудах, сердце и любых зонах с повышенной продукцией жидкости за счет исключения необходимости смены одного прибора на другой (пинцета на аспиратор или наоборот);1) the ability to reduce the time of surgery on the vessels, the heart and any areas with increased fluid production by eliminating the need to change one device to another (tweezers to aspirator or vice versa);
2) расширить зрительное и манипуляционное поле хирургического вмешательства, за счет уменьшения количества используемых хирургических инструментов;2) expand the visual and manipulation field of surgical intervention by reducing the number of surgical instruments used;
3) возможность самостоятельного проведения отдельных этапов операции на ограниченных пространством зонах без помощи ассистента за счет комбинированной функции одного инструмента;3) the ability to independently conduct individual stages of the operation in space-limited areas without the help of an assistant due to the combined function of one instrument;
4) ease of maintenance and sterilization of the instrument, due to the openness of the aspiration channel.
В основании округленных пинцетов фрезеруется канал для укладки силиконовой трубки (с выходом в центре основания).This result is achieved by the fact that in tweezers containing two branches connected at one end, having working sponges at the other ends, in which symmetrical trough-like channels (blood channels) are made. When the tweezers are closed, from two trough-like channels - blood ducts on the working surfaces of the gripping sponges and branches, a single closed, sealed aspiration channel is formed. The opposite part of the closed aspiration channel is displayed on the inside of one branch of the tweezers in the form of a single channel - a cavity (due to the deepening of the gutter in one of the branches and the elevation until it is completely aligned with the plane of the inner surface of the branch in the other). On the outer edge, along the aspiration channel, a typical finger hole is formed in one of the jaws to adjust the aspiration power. Further, there is a through passage of the channel to the outer surface of the tweezers to the springy part. The end of the aspiration channel is the place of fixation of the silicone tube connected to the aspirator pump. At the base of the rounded tweezers, a channel is milled for laying a silicone tube (with an exit in the center of the base).
A comparative analysis of the features of the claimed solution with the features of the prototype and analogues indicates that the claimed invention complies with the conditions of "inventive step", "novelty" and "industrial applicability".
This invention - surgical aspiration tweezers are used as follows: a soft silicone tube of the aspirator pump is connected to the output adapter of the aspiration tweezers. The use of tweezers as a device for grasping and holding tissues is no different from the principles of using conventional tweezers. When closing the branches of the tweezers with any tissues, aspiration is not carried out due to the lack of occlusion and hermeticism in the gutter-like channels - blood ducts. In a fully closed position, without tissues, the tweezers are a sealed aspiration tube that opens on the clamping jaws of the tweezers, which allows you to conditionally "change" the instrument in a split second with a minimum number of movements. Thus, the activation of the aspiration function is carried out by simply closing the tweezers with the possible regulation of the suction power by moving the finger along the hole on one of the jaws.

The use of this invention is relevant in vascular surgery when performing an operation on the carotid or other arteries, where at the time of removal of an atherosclerotic plaque or anastomosis, it is often necessary to gradually evacuate blood and saline from a space-limited area of surgical intervention, hold the vessel wall and apply sutures. The combination of two functions in one instrument - surgical aspiration tweezers eliminates the need to spend time on changing instruments, and due to this, reduces the time of arterial clamping, and, as a result, organ ischemia. If the suction cavity is clogged, it is enough to simply separate the jaws and wipe the blood troughs.
