Abstract
Description
The technical field to which the invention relates
The invention relates to additional equipment for vehicles and is designed to inform people by creating a static image or video, for example, from the rear of a vehicle by replacing the standard vehicle glass with video glass.
State of the art
It is known from the state of the art:
1. Mobile flexible display [1] designed to inform people by creating a dynamic image on the windows of vehicles, kiosks, shops, which is made of thin sheet components, fastened along the perimeter with an elastic frame. The mobile flexible display is installed close to the vehicle window by means of a bracket that presses the display against the vehicle window. The disadvantage of this invention is that, due to the presence of a bracket and friction hinges with latches, the reliability of the device decreases, which can lead to poor adhesion of the display to the vehicle glass, and, consequently, to a deterioration in the quality of the image or video due to the fact that between the glass and the display has an air gap.
2. Mobile display [2] designed to inform people by creating a dynamic image on the windows of vehicles, kiosks, shops, which is made of thin sheet components, fastened along the perimeter with a material that allows elastic deformation and displacement of the edges of the multilayer structure of the display without damaging its components. The disadvantage of this invention is that the elastic adhesive lens and the vehicle glass are separate products, i. E. It is understood that an elastic adhesive lens will be the only element of the mobile display that connects it to the glass of the vehicle, which can lead to peeling of the lens from the glass, damage to the liquid crystal matrix, since constant alternating accelerations and vibrations occur during the movement of the vehicle.
Disclosure of the essence of the invention
The technical problem to be solved by the claimed invention is the development of a product informing observers by creating an image or video from the rear of the vehicle, which is integral with the glass of the vehicle. That is, the video glass contains glass similar in shape and size to the standard vehicle glass and is installed on the vehicle instead of the standard vehicle glass.
The problem is solved due to the fact that the device is a vehicle glass and a liquid crystal matrix combined together, which are connected to each other using an adhesive material, and the gap between the liquid crystal matrix and the glass is filled with an optically transparent substance. An elastic frame, on which a heat-conducting sheet with a two-dimensional array of light-emitting components is installed, is also connected to the glass using an adhesive material.
The technical result obtained when installing a video glass made according to the claimed invention on a vehicle is the ability to inform observers by creating an image or video from the rear of the vehicle, while the video glass is installed instead of the standard vehicle glass.

Implementation of the invention
(11).FIG. 1 shows a video glass containing glass (1), which can be in the form of a standard vehicle glass (10, i.e., curved in at least one plane, while a silk-screen pattern is applied to the glass (2), see Fig. 2, limiting the transparent area glass in the place where the liquid crystal matrix (3) is installed. The liquid crystal matrix (3) is installed on the glass (1). The liquid crystal matrix (3) is installed on the glass (1) by gluing it to the glass with an adhesive material (4), for example, double-sided tape, transparent acid sealant or polyurethane sealant applied around the perimeter of the liquid crystal matrix. In order for the image or video displayed on the video glass (11) to be of high quality, the air gap between the glass (1) and the liquid crystal matrix (3) is filled with an optically transparent substance (5), for example, silicone optically transparent compound [3], which can still function as an adhesive component, additionally fix saturating the liquid crystal matrix (3) on the glass (1). A high-quality image shown on video glass (11) means a combination of characteristics of an image obtained from video glass, which are brightness, brightness uniformity, image contrast and viewing angle of an image from a display device, as well as the absence of optical effects arising, for example, from internal reflection of light, diffuse light reflection, interference, diffraction, effects arising from the passage of light through media with different refractive indices and interfering with the perception of the image from the video glass. Without filling the gap between the glass (1) and the liquid crystal matrix (3), the image on it can be distorted, see Fig. 3, which shows a photograph of a video glass with a partially filled air gap between the liquid crystal matrix (3) and the glass (1), on the left in the photograph of FIG. 3, there is an air gap, the air gap on the right is filled with an optically transparent substance (5), it can be seen that the image on the left looks better, since there is no interface between the media. A diffuser (6) is installed on the liquid crystal matrix (2) using an adhesive material (4). To provide the video glass with the illumination necessary for liquid crystal matrices, a heat-conducting sheet (8), which can be made of an aluminum alloy, is installed on the glass (1) through a frame (7), for example, made of plastic; an array of light-emitting elements ( 9), which can be formed by LED strips, strips or LED panels. The frame (7) is installed on the glass (1) with an adhesive (4), such as a polyurethane sealant. An example of using video glass (11) in a vehicle (10) equipped with a mobile information system [4] is shown in FIG. 4, a video glass (11) is installed in the vehicle instead of the standard glass.
