Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as detailed in the appended claims.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a screen cover 100 of an electronic device 10. The panel cover 100 includes a light-transmissive substrate 110 and a light-adjusting film 120. The electronic device 10 includes a camera module 200. The camera module 200 may be a front camera of the electronic device 10, or may be a rear camera of the electronic device 10. The front camera is a camera on the side of the electronic device 10 facing the user when in use, and the rear camera is a camera on the side of the electronic device 10 facing away from the user when in use.
The transparent substrate 110 is located on the image side of the camera module 200. Specifically, when the camera module 200 is a front camera, the transparent substrate 110 is located on a side of the camera module 200 facing a user in use. When the camera module 200 is a rear camera, the transparent substrate 110 is located on a side of the camera module 200 away from the user when in use.
The light adjusting film 120 is connected to the transparent substrate 110. In order to hide the camera module 200 when the camera module 200 is not used, the light adjusting film 120 can cover the orthographic projection of the camera module 200 on the transparent substrate 110 by the orthographic projection of the light adjusting film 120 on the transparent substrate 110, which can be seen in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 9 and fig. 10. To ensure that the camera module 200 can be completely hidden by the light adjusting film 120, the area size of the light adjusting film 120 can be matched with the area size of the transparent substrate 110, i.e. the orthographic projection of the light adjusting film 120 on the transparent substrate 110 is overlapped with the surface of the transparent substrate 110 facing the light adjusting film 120. Of course, the size of the light adjusting film 120 is too large, which increases the cost, so that the input cost of the light adjusting film 120 is reduced on the premise that the camera module 200 can be hidden by the light adjusting film 120, and the orthographic projection of the light adjusting film 120 on the transparent substrate 110 can be slightly larger than that of the cameraThe module 200 is orthographically projected on the transparent substrate 110. Referring to fig. 4, in order to make the camera module 200 better hidden by the light adjusting film 120, a boundary line of an orthographic projection of the light adjusting film 120 on the transparent substrate 110 is a first pattern 121, a boundary line of an orthographic projection of the camera module 200 on the transparent substrate 110 is a second pattern 210, and the first pattern 121 and the second pattern 210 may be equidistant patterns. The distance h between the first pattern 121 and the second pattern 2103May be 2mm to 5 mm. The orthographic projection of the camera module 200 on the transparent substrate 110 may be the orthographic projection of the lens 220 of the camera module 200 on the transparent substrate 110, and the size of the orthographic projection of the lens 220 on the transparent substrate 110 can be seen as h in fig. 31. The size of the orthographic projection of the light adjusting film 120 on the light-transmitting substrate 110 can be seen as h in fig. 32. The lens 220 may include a lens barrel and a lens group located within the lens barrel.
The light adjusting film 120 may have different light transmittances. The light adjusting film 120 may have different light transmittance for different wavelengths of light; for example, when the light adjusting film 120 is a photosensitive ink, it can have a high transmittance for infrared rays and a low transmittance for visible rays. In this application embodiment, mainly to the luminousness that the membrane 120 has different under different operating condition, for example, when camera module 200 during operation, the luminousness of membrane 120 of adjusting luminance can be very high to make more light can pass membrane 120 of adjusting luminance in order to promote camera module 200's imaging quality. When camera module 200 is out of work, the luminousness of membrane 120 of adjusting luminance can be very low to make light can not pass membrane 120 of adjusting luminance or only a small amount of light can pass membrane 120 of adjusting luminance, in order to play the hidden effect to camera module 200. Specifically, in order to make the light adjusting film 120 perform better, the light adjusting film 120 can be configured such that when the camera module 200 is in operation, the light transmittance of the light adjusting film 120 is as high as 50% to 80%, and when the camera module 200 is not in operation, the light transmittance of the light adjusting film 120 is as low as 3% to 5%.
The light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 can be connected in any manner. For example, the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 can be a snap connection or a glue adhesion. Of course, in order to make the connection between the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 more reliable, the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 may be connected by a snap-fit method and then bonded by glue. Specifically, the light-transmitting substrate 110 may have a mounting hole 111, and a boundary line of the mounting hole 111 may match a boundary line of the light adjusting film 120, so that the light adjusting film 120 can be well clamped in the mounting hole 111.
The light-transmitting substrate 110 may have any shape. Of course, in order to make the structure of the panel cover 100 neat, the transparent substrate 110 may be a plate-shaped member, as can be seen in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 5, the light-transmitting substrate 110 may include a first surface 112 and a second surface 113 that are oppositely disposed, and the first surface 112 and the second surface 113 may be parallel. The first surface 112 may be a surface of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera module 200, and the second surface 113 may be a surface of the transparent substrate 110 facing away from the camera module 200.
The light adjusting film 120 can be located on a side of the transparent substrate 110 away from the camera module 200, as shown in fig. 9, or on a side of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera module 200, as shown in fig. 3 and 5. The light adjusting film 120 can also be located inside the transparent substrate 110, as can be seen in fig. 2 and 10. When the light adjusting film 120 is located on the side of the transparent substrate 110 away from the camera module 200, referring to fig. 9, in order to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device 10, the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 can be adhered by glue without forming a notch on the transparent substrate 110, i.e. the light adjusting film 120 is adhered to the second surface 113 by glue. When the light adjusting film 120 is located inside the transparent substrate 110, the transparent substrate 110 has a mounting hole 111, and the mounting hole 111 divides the transparent substrate 110 into two parts, so that the light adjusting film 120 can exert a better effect, and the thickness of the two parts in the optical axis direction of the camera module 200 can be equal. When the light adjusting film 120 is located on a side of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera module 200, the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110 can be adhered by glue, that is, the light adjusting film 120 is adhered to the first surface 112 by glue, as shown in fig. 3; the side of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera can also be provided with a mounting hole 111, see fig. 5, so that when the light adjusting film 120 is connected to the transparent substrate 110, the light adjusting film 120 can be clamped in the mounting hole 111, and then the edge of the light adjusting film 120 is coated with glue, so as to ensure the reliability of the connection between the light adjusting film 120 and the transparent substrate 110.
The light adjusting film 120 may be any substance that can change light transmittance. For example, referring to fig. 6, the light adjusting film 120 may include a first conductive layer 122, a second conductive layer 123, and a liquid crystal layer 124. The first conductive layer 122 is connected to the first conductive layer 122, and a receiving cavity 125 is formed between the first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123. The liquid crystal layer 124 is filled in the accommodating chamber 125. The first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123 are both used for an external power supply to change the orientation of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer 124 by controlling the voltage between the first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123, thereby adjusting the light transmittance of the light adjusting film 120. The orientation of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer 124 can be changed by controlling the voltage between the first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123, so that the light transmittance of the light modulation film 120 can be flexibly adjusted according to the operating state of the camera module 200. Specifically, when the camera module 200 is not used, the voltage between the first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123 can be controlled to make the light transmittance of the light adjusting film 120 lower, so that light cannot pass through or only a small amount of light passes through the light adjusting film 120, thereby hiding the camera module 200. When the camera module 200 is used, the voltage between the first conductive layer 122 and the second conductive layer 123 can be controlled to make the light adjusting film 120 have higher light transmittance, so that more light can pass through the light adjusting film 120 to improve the imaging quality of the camera module 200.
When the cover plate 100 is a cover plate facing to the user side of the electronic device 10 when the cover plate 100 is used, the cover plate can be lighted when the electronic device 10 is used, so that when the cover plate 100 is lighted but the camera module 200 is not used, the area of the cover plate 100 where the camera module 200 is arranged and other areas of the cover plate 100 have chromatic aberration, and in order to reduce chromatic aberration, the cover plate 100 can further include a light supplementing unit 130, so that the light supplementing unit 130 can supplement light to the area where the camera module 200 is arranged. The light filling unit 130 may be located on a side of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera module 200.
The light supplement unit 130 may be any device capable of emitting light. Of course, in order to flexibly adjust the luminance of the light supplement unit 130 according to the luminance of the display screen, referring to fig. 7, the light supplement unit 130 may include a first electrode 131, a second electrode 132, and an organic light emitting layer 133. The first electrode 131 and the second electrode 132 may be disposed at an interval, and the organic light emitting layer 133 may be disposed between the first electrode 131 and the second electrode 132. The first electrode 131 and the second electrode 132 are both used for an external power source to change the brightness of the light source emitted from the organic light emitting layer 133 by controlling the current between the first electrode 131 and the second electrode 132.
When the cover 100 is a cover facing a user side of the electronic device 10 when the electronic device 10 is in use and when the electronic device 10 is not lighted, in order to make a color difference between an area of the cover 100 where the camera module 200 is disposed and other areas of the cover 100 smaller, referring to fig. 8, the cover 100 may further include a dye layer 140, and a color of the dye layer 140 may be the same as a color of a touch screen of the electronic device 10. The dye layer 140 may be connected to the transparent substrate 110. When the dye layer 140 is connected to the transparent substrate 110, the dye layer 140 may be located on a surface of the transparent substrate 110 facing the camera module 200, or on a surface of the transparent substrate 110 away from the camera module 200. Of course, the dye layer 140 can also be connected to the light adjusting film 120. The dye layer 140 may also be filled in the accommodating cavity 125. The dye layer 140 may be made of any material having the same color as the touch screen and capable of transmitting light. Of course, to reduce the cost, the dye layer 140 may be made of ink. The color of the touch screen may be the color that the touch screen appears when the electronic device 10 is not illuminated.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an electronic device 10 including any of the screen cover panels 100 described above. The electronic device 10 may be any device that includes the camera module 200 and the panel cover 100. For example, the electronic device 10 may be a smartphone, a wearable device, a computing device, a television, a vehicle, a camera, a monitoring device, or the like.
