Abstract
Description
Предлагаемое изобретение относится к области рыбоводства, в частности к способам адаптации производителей к искусственному корму при содержании в искусственных условиях установке замкнутого водообеспечения (УЗВ).The proposed invention relates to the field of fish farming, in particular to methods of adaptation of producers to artificial feed when kept in artificial conditions in a closed water supply (RAS) installation.
АС СССР 1746964 А1, 1992 г.).The known "Method for growing juvenile pilengas mullet", including planting young of the year at the age of 30-40 days in ponds with a density of 45-55 thousand pieces / ha, while during their cultivation, feed is introduced into the pond, for example, RGM-8M at the rate of 10- 15% of the weight of the fish and establish a water exchange of 40-60 l / m 3 / h, however, in the known method, the keeping and growing of fish is carried out in ponds, and feeding is carried out with pasty feed, which is inappropriate in a closed water supply installation due to pollution (see AC USSR 1746964 A1, 1992).
The closest in essence is the "Method for breeding mullets", which includes the formation of a broodstock of mullets, both from juveniles and older fish caught in natural reservoirs or taken from nurseries (see. Biotechnology of artificial reproduction of mullets. - Kulikova N.I. , Shekk P.V. Kerch: YugNIRO, 1996. - 27 p.), When selecting juveniles, preference is given to individuals larger than 15 cm. in summer brood-breeding ponds with separate keeping of females and males, winter keeping in wintering ponds, short-term holding of selected broodstock in controlled by the main abiotic parameters of the environment (temperature and salinity) under conditions for their transfer to a state close to spawning, fish feeding is two- three times a day with pasty feed of the following composition: soaked carp or poultry compound feed - 50%, chopped fresh fish (sprat, anchovy, atherina, small gobies, whiting, etc.) - 40%, leaving the milling production (bran) - 10%, with the addition of a premix. The daily ration for fry is up to 20%, for adult fish - 5-10%. However, the use of wet feed pollutes the reservoir.
The technical task is to create a method for adapting the pilengas mullet caught from natural populations to artificial feed, for the formation of a broodstock herd in artificial closed systems.
EFFECT: improved adaptation to artificial feed, increased survival rate of pilengas breeders.
It is achieved by the fact that in the known method, including catching, primary quarantine, joint keeping and feeding of mullet fish of different age groups with artificial food 2-3 times a day, adaptation is carried out with the joint keeping of older fish and producers of pilengas mullet in conditions of closed water supply with optimal environmental parameters for this type of fish - oxygen content not lower than 6.5 mgO 2 / l, water temperature from 19-21 ° C, pH 6.7-8.1 units, adaptation to artificial feed is carried out in stages: at the first stage, feeding is carried out with wet mixed feed based on minced meat from fresh fish (goldfish, sirman goby) at a daily feeding rate of 3-4% and artificial granulated feed with a content of basic nutrients - crude protein - 46%, crude fat - 15%, carbohydrates - 19 % at a daily feeding rate of 1.0-1.5% of biomass gradually over 5 days reducing the share of minced fish to 85%, while increasing the share of artificial compound feed to 15%, at the second stage the share of minced fish is reduced to 70%, while increasing the amount of dry granulated feed to 30% and fed in this mode for three days, at the third stage, lasting 7 days, the feed rate of dry granulated feed is increased to 1 / 2 of the total diet - 50% minced fish, 50% artificial feed, at the fourth stage feeding, for 5 days they carry out artificial feed - 85% and minced fish - 15%, after the fish get used to the feeding regime, minced fish is completely removed from the diet , and within three days they are transferred to artificial feed.
Long-term use of wet feed is impractical, since the installation of a closed water supply is polluted and the feed is not balanced in nutrients, therefore the pilengas is completely transferred to dry granulated feed.
Thus, the developed method makes it possible to adapt the pilengas mullet to artificial feed, based on a step-by-step adaptation, while the adaptation time of the fish is 20-23 days.
The method is carried out as follows.
Feeding of fish begins on the third day after transporting and placing fish in the pools. In connection with the use of fresh fish for the preparation of minced meat and exclusion of the development of diseases of different etiology, fish are decontaminated from ectoparasites by soaking fish and fillets in a 21% sodium chloride solution for 30 minutes. Feeding the fish begins with wet compound feed based on minced meat from fresh fish (goldfish, sirman goby) at a feeding rate of 3-4% and artificial granulated feed at a feeding rate of 1.0-1.5% of fish biomass 2-3 times a day ... Over the course of 5 days, the share of minced fish is gradually reduced to 85% and the artificial feed is increased to 15%. At the second stage, the share of minced fish is reduced to 70%, while the amount of dry granulated compound feed is increased to 30% and fed in this mode for three days, at the third stage, lasting 7 days, the feeding rate is increased to 1/2 of the total diet - 50% minced fish, 50% artificial feed. The daily feeding rate is the same. At the fourth stage, feeding for 5 days is carried out with artificial feed - 85% and minced fish - 15%, after the fish get used to the feeding regime, minced fish are completely removed from the diet, and within three days they are transferred to artificial feed. On the 23rd day, the fish mince is completely replaced with compound feed.
Example 1 implementation of the method
The caught older groups and producers of the pilengas mullet, after transportation and quarantine, were planted in the pools of a closed water supply unit at a stocking density of 2 pcs / m 3 . Hydrochemical parameters were maintained at the level: oxygen content not lower than 6.5 mgO 2 / l, water temperature from 19-21 ° C, pH 6.7-8.1 units. On the third day, feeding of the fish began. In the prototype, the entire period of acclimation, the fish were fed with wet food based on carp compound feed with the addition of minced fish. In the developed method, at the first stage, they began to feed minced meat from fresh fish (goldfish, sirman goby), gradually, over 5 days, the share of minced fish was reduced daily to 85% and the artificial feed was increased to 15%. In connection with the use of fresh fish for the preparation of minced meat and exclusion of the development of diseases of different etiology, fish were disinfected from ectoparasites by soaking fish and fillets in a 21% sodium chloride solution for 30 minutes. The food was given to the fish 2-3 times during the daytime, with the daily feeding rate of minced fish 3.0%, artificial granulated compound feed - 1.0-15% of the total biomass of fish. Pilengas reacted to the introduction of compound feed, the fish swam to the place of supply. At the second stage, lasting 3 days, the amount of minced fish was gradually reduced to 70% and the artificial compound feed was increased to 30%. The daily feeding rate is the same. At the third stage, during the next 7 days, a further gradual decrease in the share of minced fish and an increase in artificial feed were carried out. On the 15th day, the rate of dry granulated compound feed was increased to 1/2 of the entire diet - 50% minced fish, 50% artificial compound feed. The daily feeding rate is the same. At the fourth stage, the share of minced fish was gradually reduced every day and the amount of artificial compound feed was increased, bringing the share of artificial compound feed to 85%, minced fish to 15% within 5 days. In the next 3 days, the share of minced fish was reduced daily, while the share of compound feed was increased. On the 22nd day, the fish mince was completely replaced with compound feed.
The effectiveness of the application of the method of adaptation of older age groups and producers of the pilengas mullet was determined by the indicators of survival, the growth rate of fish.
Standardization of hemoglobinometry. II. Analyzing the data obtained, we can conclude that the best adaptation results were noted with the gradual replacement of minced fish with artificial granulated feed. The absolute gain with the use of this feed was 41% higher and amounted to 159.4 g, the average daily gain was 5.3 g / day, the average daily growth rate was 0.83% (Table 1). The eatability of the food is good, the growth and increase in the weight of the fish were noted.
It was found that after a short period of adaptation during keeping and growing under RAS conditions, the fish begins to actively consume artificial feed.
91,9%.The developed method of adaptation of the pilengas mullet to artificial environmental conditions is based on step-by-step adaptation, while the time of fish adaptation to new conditions is 22-23 days, with a high survival rate of 91.9%.
При совместном содержании старших возрастных групп и производителей пиленгаса прирост массы составил 245 г, выживаемость - 95,6%.Further cultivation showed that the transfer of the pilengas to artificial feed contributed to the positive dynamics of the growth of the pilengas in the RAS. Table 2 shows the fish-biological indicators of the pilengas mullet in the RAS according to the proposed method. With the joint maintenance of older age groups and pilengas breeders, the weight gain was 245 g, the survival rate was 95.6%.
The ability to adapt to various conditions and intensify growth, well expressed in the pilengas, is provided by effective physiological mechanisms. Analysis of physiological and biochemical parameters in fish in RAS showed that under new conditions the pilengas retained the level of metabolic processes, which is confirmed by certain physiological parameters characterizing oxidative, protein and fat metabolism (Table 3) ESR indices mm / h 1.47 mm / h , hemoglobin 81.94 g / l, total protein 48.01 g / l corresponded to the physiological norm.
The proposed method allows for quick adaptation of the pilengas mullet to artificial feed when kept in a closed water supply installation and contributes to a positive dynamics in survival.
