The formation of its convex parts is carried out by the fact that in the lower part of the head blank, two pom-poms or similar finished elements of a rounded shape are sewn onto its surface and/ or glued without rolling. Below, under them, in the same way, the third ready-made similar element is fixed. Above them, the fourth smaller finished element is similarly fixed. A layer of glue is applied to the fourth element and to the fabric of the front part of the head blank. The glued surfaces are covered with a layer of material, pressing it in the area of the fourth element, thereby forming the nose. After that, the blank is covered with a fabric cover and the final shaping of the volumetric face and head.

The invention relates to methods for making dolls and can be used in the manufacture of soft toys.

A known method of manufacturing a doll and its elements (patent RU 78083 U1, A63H 3/00, publ. 20.11.2008, "Doll and its basis"). Making a doll and its base is carried out as follows. First, the fabric of the base that makes up the doll's costume is selected. Finishing elements and garments are selected for the fabric - a braid for finishing the bottom edge of a dress, a braid for a belt and a handbag, a braid for edging a headdress, fur or fabric for a headdress, various sewing accessories. Three parts of the base are made: the head, the upper part of the body and the lower part of the body. The head is made in the form of a hollow cylindrical part (such as a cover), which is made of polymeric materials (for example, plastic) or wood.

However, this method of making a doll and its elements has the following disadvantages:

- making the doll's head made of polymeric materials (for example, plastic) does not provide high manufacturability of the product,

- the use of artificial materials (foam rubber, artificial fiber, holofiber) as a filler does not provide sufficient environmental friendliness of the product.

A known method of making a doll (patent RU 2010586 C1, A63H 3/02, publ. 04.15.1994, "Doll"). The manufacture of the doll and its base is carried out as follows. The body of the doll, consisting of a torso with a head, is made of fabric in the form of a single printed overalls bag. The upper and lower limbs are also made of fabric in the form of stuffed bags that are connected to the body. A shaping element is made of a hard material (porcelain), externally copying the conjugated sections of the body and head. The shaping element is made in the form of a hollow bust having a through hole in the parietal part of the head and additional through holes for the upper extremities. The doll is assembled as follows. A jumpsuit bag is passed into the bust cavity, followed by the release of the bags of the upper extremities through additional holes. Then the overalls bag and limb bags are filled with filler, which forms the parietal part of the head due to the seal. After filling, the part of the overalls bag inlet for the filler is sewn up, a hair wig is sewn to it, and then end parts made of hard material (porcelain) are attached to the bags of the upper and lower extremities. On the porcelain surface of the face of the head, art painting is made (if this has not been done in advance) and the doll is dressed in a costume ensemble.

This method of making a doll has the following disadvantages:

- the involvement of workers of different specialties for the manufacture of doll parts, consisting of dissimilar materials (fabric, porcelain, filler), as well as the use of porcelain for the manufacture of a forming element and the end parts of the limbs, which is an expensive material, require large technological and financial costs.

The disadvantage of this method is that in this method, the formation of convex elements of the face is carried out by the operation of felting (rolling) pieces of the rolled material (padding polyester) with a special needle, which is not a simple technological operation that requires a certain skill, significant costs of manual labor, and besides, this operation is traumatic (there is a possibility of injury to your hands).

The technical objective of the present invention is to develop a method that improves the manufacturability of manufacturing the head of a doll, environmental friendliness and reduced cost of manufactured products.

The solution to this technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the known method of making a doll's head, including making a blank, stuffing it, forming convex face elements, covering the blank with convex face elements with a tissue shell and the final shaping of the face and head as a whole, according to the invention, the formation of its convex parts are carried out by the fact that in the lower part of the head blank, two pompons or similar ready-made elements of a rounded shape are sewn onto its surface and / or glued without rolling, a third ready-made similar element is fixed below them in the same way, and the fourth ready-made element of the smaller one is similarly fixed above them. size, then a layer of glue is applied to the fourth element and to the fabric of the front part of the head blank, the glued surfaces are covered with a layer of material, pressing it in the region of the fourth element, thereby forming a nose, after which the blank is wrapped with a fabric cover and after that - the final is formed no voluminous face and head as a whole.

In addition, all four elements are arranged symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis of symmetry of the head, the third and fourth elements are placed in contact with the first two, an inelastic material is used as the material of the fourth element, and padding material (woolly or shervisin) is used to cover it and cover the front surface.

The specified method is implemented in an article in which a doll's head containing a blank filled with padding material and covered with a fabric shell with elements of the face (and the head as a whole) made on it, in it, according to the invention, in the lower part of the head blank, is sewn and / or two pompons or similar ready-made elements of a rounded shape are glued without rolling, a third similar element of the same shape is fixed below them, and a fourth smaller element is fixed above them, a layer of glue is applied to the fourth element and to the fabric of the front part of the head blank, the glued surfaces are covered with a layer material, pressed in in the region of the fourth element, and this entire blank is covered with a fabric shell with elements of the face and head as a whole made on it, and, moreover, wool or shervisin is used as a stuffing material.

The proposed technical solution is implemented as follows.

First, we fill the head blank.

You need to stuff the head very tightly. There should be no wrinkles or wrinkles (if they are, then they are not packed tightly). Then we define the front side. From the hole for stuffing along the seam line, set aside 2.5 cm upward, put marks and draw a line. Along this line we will sew pom-pom balls (the first and second elements). These will be the doll's cheeks. Sew it on quite tightly (so that they don't wobble), but carefully (so that the shape of the ball is not lost).

Above the pom-poms, in the center we sew a wooden bead - the spout (fourth element), and from the bottom we sew the pom-pom (third element) - this will be the chin. The bead and pompom (third and fourth elements) must be in contact with the first and second elements.

Now you need to smooth out all these manipulations and seams on the doll's face. We tear off a small piece of packing about 10-15 cm in size and take the glue. We glue the fabric of the doll's head and the fourth element - a bead. We do not touch the pompons. We put a piece of stuffing on the face of the doll and press it lightly. Press the spout quite tightly with a stick.

When the padding is stuck to the doll's face, glue the edges of the padding to the sides of the head. Grease the head fabric with glue and press the edges of the padding against the doll's head.

Next, we take a detail of the head covering, and insert the doll's head through the upper hole. We straighten the fabric so that the side seams are symmetrical. We put the one-piece neck into the hole for stuffing and straighten it.

Now we pull on the side seams and sew them together on the top of the doll. We straighten the fabric on the face and pull it from the forehead to the back of the head and sew it too.

There was not sewn fabric on the back of the head, a kind of pocket. We will shape the back of the doll's head.

We take a piece of stuffing, roll it up with a roller and put it in this pocket. Now we sew this pocket. Sew it over with a seam over the edge (when we glue the hair, nothing will be visible).

If the cover is slightly loose, tighten it and remove the excess into the neck hole.

Eye and mouth tightening

The eyes are located in a depression, just above the nose. The distance between the eyes is 3 cm. We put marks with a pencil.

The mouth is located just below the spout. Diagonal distance from the eye is approximately 2.5 cm.

We thread the thread into a large needle (in 2 additions), tie a knot and fasten it on the back of the doll's head with several stitches.

We make a puncture with a needle, bring it to the point of the intended eye. We sew a 1 mm stitch and bring the needle back to the back of the head. With your finger we press down on the place of the eye in order to better tighten it, pull the thread and fasten it with several stitches. Cut the thread (you can additionally grease it with glue).

Similarly, we tighten the second eye.

We pull the mouth not into the back of the head, but into the hole for the neck.

The doll has a face.

Tinting

The dolls are toned in several stages (this is necessary so that the pigment is embedded in the fabric, and there is no additional need to fix the paint with anything).

You can tint with dry pastels or regular shadows or blush. The pastel must first be rubbed onto paper.

We tint the places for the eyes with beige shadows or blush to make the doll's look more expressive. We tint the cheeks with pink blush.

Ear shaping

After the ears have been turned out, we sew the hole with a blind seam. We connect the tips of the ears to each other and sew. The ear is located on the line of the lateral seam of the head.

The center of the ear is located on the line of the middle of the nose. Sew the ear along the contour with a blind seam.

Eyes, eyelashes, eyebrows

From the point of tightening the eye, mark 1.5 cm diagonally and put a point. This is the location of the doll's eyebrows.

Sew beads into the places of the eyelet tightening. We fasten the thread at the back of the head, draw it with a large needle to the point of the eye, put on a bead and bring the needle back to the back of the head. We repeat, but we take the needle out not to the back of the head, but to the point of the other eye, put on another bead and bring it out to the back of the head. After the eyes have been sewn, we tint the doll again.

We glue the eyelashes. Apply the glue with a needle. We apply the eyelash and press it with a needle along the edge of the bead. Trim the cilia near the inner corner of the eye a little.

The eyebrows. Eyebrows can be embroidered with a few stitches with a brown floss in 1 addition (a floss in 6 additions, you need to separate 1 thread) or draw with a brown pencil.

Now we take the scissors and use the tips to seal and push the stuffing apart so that there is a sufficient hole for the doll's neck.

The head is ready. At the same time, the manufacturability of making the doll's head has been increased, environmental friendliness (including due to the rejection of the use of plastics, as well as the use of wool or shervisin instead of synthetics), the cost of products has been reduced.
