Description

The proposed technical solution relates to medicines, in particular for dental and hygienic purposes, and more specifically to preparations in capsules.

It is widely known the use of chewing gum as a medicine for dental and hygienic purposes / I /.

The well-known chewing gum is designed to strengthen blood vessels, prevent caries and inflammation of the periodontium and is characterized by increased activity.

To obtain a preventive effect, chewing gum is chewed for 15 to 20 minutes.

However, the use of the known chewing gum as a medicine for dental and hygienic purposes is in some cases impractical.

CAPSULE

This is due to the fact that the use of chewing gum eliminates mechanical stress, in particular with a toothbrush, on the teeth and the spaces between the teeth, i.e. does not allow for the complete removal of food debris and plaque on the teeth. In addition, the need for prolonged chewing can cause inconvenience to its use.

Basically, the use of chewing gum provides the formation in the mouth of an acid-base balance that prevents tooth decay.

Small particles of chewing gum may remain in the oral cavity between the teeth. This fact may be aggravated by the ability of some types of chewing gum to adhere to denture elements, for example, to plastic elements.

Therefore, the use of various toothpastes and powders / 2 / as a medicine for dental and hygienic purposes is more common, which in some cases also has a number of inconveniences, for example, large packaging dimensions, the inability to provide the necessary dosage, and the need for use with a toothbrush.

In addition, the known packaging of toothpastes does not ensure the tightness of the target product after the initial opening, as a result of which it is impossible to use highly active components in their compositions that interact with the atmosphere.

For the convenience and speed of taking various drugs, as well as to ensure the tightness of storage and the necessary dosage, I widely use EC capsules. V

The task of creating the proposed technical solution is to increase the efficiency of the impact of the dentifrice on the teeth and oral cavity by providing the possibility of using components with high chemical activity, as well as to increase the usability of the dentifrice.

Delivered crying is solved due to the fact that in a capsule containing a rapidly dissolving hermetic shell filled with the target product, the target product is made of at least one dentifrice.

It is advisable that the capsule be provided with at least one instant internal separation element.

Placing the dentifrice inside a sealed capsule allows you to expand the range of components used in dentifrice compositions due to the possibility of using such components that can actively interact with each other and with the atmosphere during storage. This, in turn, will improve the effectiveness of toothbrushing and the impact of the target product on the oral cavity.

Separating elements made of instant substances or dentifrices that can separate solids, liquids or suspensions intended for brushing and preventing dental diseases can be provided inside the capsule. Due to this design, the capsule may contain a set of components that cannot be stored in the mixture for a long time that meets the individual requirements of the consumer. The effectiveness of toothbrushing and prevention of dental diseases can be increased due to the accurate dosage of both each component and the total amount of the target product,

Fig. 3 shows a capsule, the shell of which is made of pressed tooth powder. The separation element 3 also made of pressed tooth powder separates two different substances for cleaning teeth E and 4.

A more complex embodiment of the proposed technical solution is presented in FIG. 4. The capsule contains a thin instant shell I, inside of which pressed tooth powder 3 is placed, which is both the target product and the separation element, separating, for example, toothpaste S, dry substance 4 and, activating substance isolated from the rest of the components placed in the capsule, by an additional separating element 5 6.

The capsule containing three dentifrice compositions shown in Fig. 8 (shell I and separation element 3 made of pressed tooth powder and two different dentifrice substances 2 and 4) is expediently used when there are, for example, dentures in the mouth or there is a tendency to bleeding gums, which requires the use of additional preventive and cleaning agents.

When chewing such a capsule, the dry substance 4 can be mixed with the activating composition 6, which is placed inside the additional separation element 5 with the formation of the drug.

Using the proposed capsule allows you to brush your teeth without using a toothbrush and even water.

The ingress of solids 3 and 4 during chewing between the teeth enhances the cleaning effect of the capsule, and their residues after rinsing and / or using a toothbrush provide the necessary acid-base balance in the oral cavity.

The capsule manufacturing process can be easily automated, i.e. the cost of their manufacture is low. They are easy to use and allow you to combine tooth brushing with dental treatment without extra effort.
