The structure for a luggage lock canopy for a zipper-fastener with one slider consists of two eyelets located directly on the fabric part of the zipper-fastener, aligned with the hole of the puller, located in the closed position of the zipper-fastener slider, through the holes of which a luggage lock shackle or a hinged cable is inserted, preventing unwanted opening of the zipper-fastener.EFFECT: provides the possibility of using a hinged luggage lock on detachable zippers with one slider for products in which the design does not provide for a second slider, in particular for a suitcase cover, and preventing unwanted opening and theft of the suitcase cover.1 cl, 12 dwg

Description

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to products of light industry, namely to detachable zippers-fasteners with one slider with a structural element for hanging a luggage lock to prevent unwanted opening and theft of a suitcase cover and other products, where a zipper-fastener with one slider is used.

A one-piece suitcase zipper with two sliders is known, each of which has a ring for installing a luggage padlock. When the sliders are brought together and the two rings are aligned, the shackle of the luggage padlock is inserted through them, which prevents them from opening. This provides protection against unwanted disconnection of the zipper and opening of a suitcase or backpack.

However, the known zipper-fastener cannot be used to protect the suitcase cover with a luggage padlock, since the suitcase cover uses a detachable zipper-fastener and with only one slider.

Also known is the design of a zipper-fastener that is detachable on both sides with two sliders that close the zipper-fastener when converging towards each other (towards the center).

This design does not provide protection for the suitcase cover, even if there are rings on the sliders and the shackle of the road lock is installed in them in the aligned position of the rings. Since the zipper is detachable, even when connected, the sliders can be removed from both ends of the zipper.

Also, a known structure for preventing theft of a suitcase cover is provided by an element for overhanging a luggage lock by connecting the lock shackle of the hole in the puller of the zipper-fastener slider with a hole built into the edge of the cover, in the extreme position of closing the zipper. The disadvantage of this design is the unreliability of fastening the eyelet to the fabric of the cover, since the fabric of the cover, as a rule, is elastic and when the cover is put on the suitcase, it stretches significantly, which leads to the tearing of the edges of the fabric at the place where the eyelet is installed, as well as the inconvenience of using a luggage lock, as a hole the eyelet is located at some distance from the puller hole.

The purpose of the invention is to create the possibility of using a hinged luggage lock with detachable zippers-fasteners with one slider for products in which the design does not provide for a second slider, in particular for a suitcase cover and to prevent unwanted opening and theft of the suitcase cover.

The stated goal is achieved by the fact that two eyelets 4 are installed in the zipper-fastener 1 directly into the fabric part of the zipper-fastener. The location of the eyelet holes coincides with the position of the puller hole 3 at the extreme position of the slider 2 in the closed state of the zipper-fastener. Thus, when inserting the bow or cable of the luggage lock 6 into both holes of the eyelets 4 and the hole of the puller 3, the possibility of movement of the slider 2 and, accordingly, the opening of the zipper-fastener is prevented. And, in turn, the closure of the shackle to the key or the luggage lock code 5, prevents unwanted opening and theft of the suitcase cover 7.

A variant of the technical solution to achieve this goal is a structure for a luggage lock canopy for a detachable zipper-fastener with one slider, consisting of a semi-automatic or automatic slider for a zipper-fastener 9 with the presence of an additional ring 11 for inserting a shackle or a luggage lock cable in order to limit the lifting of the puller 10 , which prevents the slider from moving, thereby preventing unwanted opening of the zipper.

This technical solution provides two factors:

- the use of an automatic or semi-automatic slider 9 blocks the movement of the slider when the position of the puller 10 is closed adjacent to the zipper-fastener,

- a ring 11 and a hole in the puller 10 corresponding to the size of the ring have been added to the design of the slider. In the closed position of the puller 10 adjacent to the zip-fastener fabric, the ring 11 is located above it. The insertion of a shackle or a luggage padlock cable into the ring 11 restricts the lifting of the puller 10 to a vertical position and, accordingly, the possibility of moving the slider to open the zipper.

The main characteristics that determine the value of an invention are:

- simplicity in production and use,

- low price,

- protection of a suitcase cover against theft,

- additional protection against unwanted opening of a suitcase, on which a cover with an anti-tamper is put on,

- a marketing advantage for the sale of suitcase covers with anti-theft capabilities, as well as a complete set of suitcase covers with a luggage lock.
