Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of extracting drinking water from groundwater using vertical wells drilled on water-bearing sand, and can be used when installing borehole filtering means.
From the prior art, methods of filtering water extracted from wells from aquiferous sands are known, including the use of gravel as a filter, which is poured onto the bottom of a newly drilled well (V.M. Gavrilko et al. "Filters of boreholes", M, "Nedra" , 1976, pp. 227-228, 244-246 - prototype).
The disadvantages of this filtration method are the complexity of the organization of such a filter and its rather high cost. In addition, when the filter is clogged (silted up) in the form of a perforation or mesh on the casing, i.e. if it is difficult for water to pass through this filter, sand can be removed from the bottom of the well, and with it the backfilled gravel, due to their similar specific gravity, which leads to the closure of the filter zone on the casing, and the well can practically fail.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to simplify and reduce the cost of the process of organizing the filtration of groundwater from water-bearing sands in drilled wells, ensuring reliable and long-term functioning of the well.
The technical result provided by the claimed invention is a significant increase in the service life of the well, ensuring its required productivity and filtration efficiency while reducing the cost of organizing filtering means.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of water filtration in a well drilled on water-bearing sand, including placing a bottom filter at the bottom of the well, a bottom filter is used, made in the form of a metal chain, placed in a shell of water-permeable synthetic material, which is placed at the bottom of the well at least one layer adjacent to the inner surface of the casing.
In addition, the bottom filter can be made with the possibility of detachable attachment to one of the ends of the metal chain of a cable or rope.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
A metal chain, the links of which are made of a rod of sufficient thickness (recommended at least 6-8 mm) to provide the weight of the structure necessary for reliable drowning of the filter in water and guaranteed placement at the bottom of the well, is placed along its entire length in a sheath made of a water-permeable synthetic material such as stocking, and preferably with the most fine-mesh structure. The sheath material allows free placement of the chain in any configuration.
The specified shell, due to its characteristics, easily passes clean water and does not pass sand, from which water is extracted from the bottom of the well. As a rule, the last link of the chain is not covered with a sheath, and a cable or rope strong enough is threaded through it to lower the filter into the well.
After the completion of drilling a new well, a bottom filter in the form of the aforementioned chain in a shell is installed on its bottom in the settling tank zone. The installation is carried out by lowering the chain using a cable (or rope) passed through the last link of the chain, and after installing the filter, the cable is removed from the well.
The length of the metal chain in the casing is determined in advance based on the conditions for ensuring its guaranteed placement at the bottom of a well of a given size in at least one layer with adjoining to the inner surface of the casing when the chain is freely lowered into the well.
Thus, at the bottom of the well there is a bottom filter in the form of a synthetic shell, into which a metal chain is inserted, and the chain, when free lowering under its own gravity, folds into a "pile", the height of which can reach 50 cm. This design ensures reliable filtration of ground water into for a long time without decreasing well productivity.
п.If necessary, the bottom filter can be easily removed from the well using, for example, a cable with a hook, which can hook any chain link and lift the filter to the surface for cleaning, replacement, etc.
Thus, the use of the invention allows, at low costs for organizing the filtering means of the well, to significantly increase the resource of the well functioning while ensuring its required productivity and high filtration efficiency. In addition, the invention makes it possible to easily replace the bottom filter or clean it.
