Vehicle is arranged on free parking place, retained by anti-theft device (9). Plug of the electric energy exchange device (10) is inserted into the contact socket of the vehicle. Further, the control unit tests the battery charge level and determines the necessity of obtaining or sampling electric power. Performs the required actions. Electric current flows through power supply bus (11). In case of complete filling of parking section (4), movement mechanism of sections (3), driven by electric drive (6) and located on bearing frame (2), moves filled section from unloading loading zone, and in its place becomes section with maximum number of free parking places.
