Belt is made of nonwoven stitching material in the form of a flexible strip treated with silver nanoparticles for putting on linen or without such treatment - on sportswear, with a laid contrast stitch along the vertical centre of the belt, relative to which the same length of the ends of the belt is adjusted, which both are pulled into the rigid buckle. On the narrowing ends of the belt there are mechanical Velcro embroideries.

EFFECT: invention enables higher effectiveness of prevention and treatment of hip joints, spine, lower extremities and reduced length of rehabilitation.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. An orthopedic corset can be used to perform therapeutic exercises in case of displacement of the pelvic bones, hip joints and, as a result, in case of dysfunctions of the spine or lower extremities. The orthopedic corset helps to stabilize the displacement of the pelvic bones and hip joints when performing a special medical complex.

The orthopedic corset consists of an elastic wide belt, a plastic rigid buckle, at the ends of the belt for fastening mechanical "Velcro" are stitched. The belt is made of non-woven knitting material in the form of a flexible strip with tapering ends, on which mechanical "Velcro" are sewn in the center. In the middle of the belt there is a contrasting stitching, relative to which the equal length of each of the ends of the belt is adjusted. Both ends of the belt are threaded into a rigid plastic buckle. The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the treatment of diseases of the human musculoskeletal system, in particular, to perform therapeutic exercises with displacement of the pelvic bones, hip joints and, as a consequence, with dysfunctions of the spine or lower limbs.

The displacement of the pelvic bones leads to a variety of pathologies: pain in the lower back, hip joints, knees, shoulders, diseases of internal organs, painful and irregular menstruation. The danger of such shifts lies in the fact that in 99% of women with a displacement of the pelvis, children are born with congenital displacement of the bones, which begins when the fetus passes through the deformed pelvis. The displacement of the pelvic bones leads to a displacement of the axis of the spine, so they pinch the spinal nerves, create pain, disrupt the functions of organs that are innervated (irritated) by these nerve roots. Even diseases such as aching knees, sciatic nerve neuralgia, prolapse of internal organs, hyper- and hypotension, obesity, allergies fade away with professional treatment. One of the areas of such treatment is the implementation of special therapeutic exercises.

Known Russian universal bandage - belt FEST 1449, multifunctional, and therefore also used for fixing the pelvic bones. It consists of a belt of different widths, reinforced with flexible plates (bones). The wide part of the product is made of 3 layers of elastic, perforated (breathable) bandage tape. The belt, clasping the pelvis, is fastened along the volume with a mechanical "Velcro". It is worn during the day before and after childbirth. After childbirth, it tightens the abdominal wall, promotes faster restoration of muscle and skin tone, fixes the pelvic bones, and prevents prolapse of internal organs and the formation of hernias. The disadvantage of the known universal bandage - belt is that, due to its small area of covering the thighs, it does not allow sufficient fastening of the entire lumbosacral spine and the lumbar-pelvic region of the trunk for the period of medical gymnastics, and therefore does not provide sagittal-frontal, rotational and individual correction of the pelvic bones, i.e. is an ineffective equipment for performing a set of exercises in medical gymnastics.

The closest foreign analogues of the invention include the Fosta F 570 bandage manufactured in America. The specified bandage is used in the pelvic area for violations that can lead to prolapse of internal organs or their prolapse, as well as after specific operations for the fixed position of the pelvic bones. It is a wide belt along the side seams with a width of 25 cm, from the side of the sacrum - 35 cm, which is made of an elastic tape with tapering ends with a special stopper that is superimposed on the damaged area. Mechanical Velcro is used for fixation in all areas. A special tape runs down through the crotch and is attached to the belt. The bandage is worn during the day when the pelvic organs are lowered and provides external (external) fixation of the pelvic bones, perineum, pubic symphysis, and keeps the pelvic organs in a physiologically correct position.

The first drawback of the American counterpart is its fineness from the sacrum and insufficient width along the entire perimeter of the pelvis, which does not allow sufficient anchoring of the entire lumbosacral spine and the lumbar-pelvic region of the trunk, and as a result, it does not create an elastic integral anthropometrically substantiated base upon displacement hip joints and pelvic bones, so it is unproductive to use it to perform a set of exercises for therapeutic gymnastics.

The second drawback is associated with the presence of a special tape passing through the perineum, which leads to discomfort in the process of performing therapeutic exercises. This also reduces the effectiveness of the band.

The claimed invention is aimed at solving the problem of developing preventive and therapeutic measures to restore displaced and deformed bones of the pelvis and hip joints, namely, the orthopedic corset stabilizes the displacement of the pelvic bones and hip joints when performing the movements of special therapeutic exercises. The solution to this problem will reduce the treatment time for patients with various pathologies associated with deformities and displacement of the hip bones, and reduce the cost of treatment.

To achieve the above result, the claimed invention - an orthopedic corset for performing therapeutic exercises with displacement of the pelvic bones and hip joints, is systematically used for practicing special medical gymnastics.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of the pelvic bones, hip joints, spine, lower extremities and to shorten the rehabilitation period.

Achievement of this goal is carried out using an elastic orthopedic corset to fix the correct position of the pelvic bones and hip joints during the performance of special therapeutic exercises. The presence of a plastic buckle in this corset makes it possible to independently stabilize the fixation of the corset at the waist, which contributes to the uniform weaving of the rest of the corset on the lumbar region.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the corset is made of a strip of flexible non-woven knitting material with a width of 9-10 cm, capable of stretching, creating additional tension on the corset 1 (Fig. 1), and, consequently, providing additional pressure of the corset and its force correction fixed in the correct position of the pelvic bones and hip joints.

FIG. 1 shows a corset, which consists of a belt 1, a plastic buckle 2, a contrasting stitching 3 runs through the vertical center of the belt. Corset 1 is made in the form of a wide flexible strip, tapering at the ends 4 and 5, along which strips of mechanical Velcro 6 and 7 are sewn on both sides.

Apply an orthopedic corset as follows.

Standing on the floor, align the position of the big toes on one axis (Fig. 2, position a), set the position of the pelvic bones and hip joints according to the doctor's recommendations, and put on a belt around the waist. Grasping the ends of the belt 1, place the middle part 3 on the lower back at the waist level in the spine. Both hands simultaneously tighten the belt 1 around the waist, straightening the excess length of the belt ends from the buckle (Fig. 2, position a).

Covering the entire body, they consistently continue to braid the pelvis with a belt (Fig. 2, position b).

Fasten the tensioned belt 1 by attaching the Velcro 6 to the Velcro 7 (Fig. 2, position c).

Thus, the patient's pelvic area is tightened by the belt 1 by the required amount of its "tightness" (Fig. 2, position d).

The proposed orthopedic corset is designed to stabilize the displaced bones of the pelvis and hip joints when performing the movements of the therapeutic complex (special therapeutic gymnastics), which significantly contributes to the correction and functional restoration of the spine and lower extremities, primarily of a degenerative-dystrophic nature.

The orthopedic corset is recommended for use in orthopedic, neurological and neurosurgical hospitals and outpatient clinics for the prevention and treatment of patients with various pathologies of the pelvis, spine and lower extremities. Literature.
