Description
The invention relates to agriculture, ecology, medicine and can be used to restore soil fertility, reclamation of landfills, protect plants from adverse natural phenomena, stimulate the growth and development of plants, for the use of bathtubs and compresses for medical purposes, for the treatment of various diseases and in cosmetology .
Humic substances are formed during the decomposition of plant and animal residues under the action of microorganisms and abiotic environmental factors and are a complex mixture of natural compounds. Humic substances of peat are composed of humic and fulvic acids. In order to obtain an easily assimilable concentrate of humic acids, it is necessary to carry out the processes of dispersion and extraction of humates, which make it possible to convert more than 80% of the raw material into readily available forms of humates, i.e. it is necessary to “activate” natural peat, that is, translate it into an easily accessible form. The basis of its "activation" is the destruction of organic molecules. Humic substances are biodegradable, stochastic, probabilistic mixtures of molecules in which none of the compounds is identical to the other, it is a complex mixture of macromolecules of variable composition and irregular structure, to which the laws of classical thermodynamics and the theory of the structure of matter are not applicable.
При этом приготовление гуминовых кислот осуществляется путем кавитационного диспергирования торфа в водном растворе щелочей до полного выхода гуминовых кислот [Патент RU 2316227, опубликован 10.02.2008].The most common is a chemical method for producing humic concentrate based on alkaline extraction of chemicals. In this case, the preparation of humic acids is carried out by cavitational dispersion of peat in an aqueous solution of alkalis until the humic acids are completely released [Patent RU 2316227, published 02.10.2008].
The disadvantage of the chemical method is that it is not effective enough. The acid yield is 8-12%, in addition, under the action of alkalis, the natural structure of humic substances changes. Moreover, the technology itself is complex and energy-intensive.
Known alkali-free method for producing humic acids [Patent for the invention No. 2491266 "Method for producing humic preparations and the substance is ultrahumate obtained by this method"].
A method for producing humic preparations, including ultrasonic cavitation dispersion of peat, is a high-tech alternative to the chemical method of activation of peat. At the same time, at least one jet or vortex stream of humate-containing substances is created, which is treated with an air or steam stream using a gas-jet generator with an ultrasonic radiation intensity of more than 10 W / cm 2 . The invention allows to obtain water-soluble organic substances with a higher content of fulvic and humic acids (up to 20%) with continuity and some simplification of the technological process of their production and without destroying the natural structure of humic compounds.
The disadvantage of this method is the complex technology for producing humic substances, characterized by rapid wear of equipment and high energy intensity, and incomplete extraction of humic and fulvic acids from peat.
An object of the invention is to develop an effective method for the continuous production of humic concentrate with a high content of humic and fulvic acids using a simplified technology without destroying the natural structure of humic acids.
In the invention, the technical problem is solved in that a method for producing a humic concentrate from peat involves mixing peat with water to produce humic substances - pulp, and then their alkali-free dispersion by creating a vortex stream from them with its subsequent processing. In this case, a vortex flow of humic-containing substances is fed through a conical nozzle with spiral grooves, in which it is processed by centrifugal swirling, and then exposed to it by a rotating electromagnetic field using ferromagnetic elements at a pressure of 10 to 300 kPa and a temperature of 4 ° C to 50 ° WITH.
At the same time, additional air is supplied to the vortex flow swirling centripetally at a pressure of 500-1000 kPa.
The proposed method is as follows.
Peat of any moisture enters the averaging tank, where it is mixed with water of natural origin, mainly in a ratio of 1: 1 by volume, to produce humic substances (pulp). Then the pulp is pumped through a tapering nozzle conical with spiral grooves. The nozzle is the main structural unit of the installation. Due to the fact that the nozzle is made conical and has spiral grooves, it accelerates and swirls the vortex flow of humic-containing substances supplied into it centripetally. Thus, its design parameters provide structural rearrangement of molecules at the molecular level to ensure "activation" and further isolation of fulvic and humic acids. Then, the vortex flow swirls centripetally and is affected by an electromagnetic field using ferromagnetic elements. An electromagnetic field is created by the stator of an induction motor or by an electromagnetic process activator or any other device. At the same time, ferromagnetic “needles” are used as ferromagnetic elements, which, rotating in an electromagnetic field, act on the pulp, providing magnetostriction, ultrasonic action, electrolysis of water molecules, mechanical action, under the action of which humic concentrate is formed, which consists of humic and fulvic acids with a high content, while the concentrate does not contain pathogenic substances. An additional supply of air to the vortex flow provides an increase in the "activation" of the molecules of humic substances. The process of obtaining humic concentrate is carried out at a pressure of 10 ÷ 300 kPa and a temperature of 4 ÷ 50 ° C. At temperatures less than 4 ° C, the characteristics of the pulp change, and it becomes unsuitable for further processing. At temperatures above 50 ° C, equipment may malfunction (burn the windings of an induction motor). At a pressure of less than 10 kPa, a low density of the substance is observed, which leads to a low productivity of the process, and at a pressure of more than 300 kPa, fulvic and humic acids are not isolated until the final substances are obtained. Next, the obtained humic concentrate enters the tank of finished products. Various microelements can be added to the obtained concentrate from the additive tank based on the terms of reference for the finished product. In particular, it can be nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium.
This method provides a capacity of up to 20 m 3 / h in one installation and is easily scalable, significantly reduces costs compared to existing production methods, and also eliminates the production cycle, heating, the use of chemicals that affect the structure of humic substances.
In this case, the humic concentrate obtained by the described method contains:
фульвовые кислоты (в расчете на абсолютно сухое вещество) - до 32%;fulvic acids (calculated on absolutely dry matter) - up to 32%;
55%.humic acids (calculated on absolutely dry matter) - 55%.
At the same time, the structure of humic substances remains intact, natural, which is characterized by a high content of trace elements.
