Adjustment mechanism is equipped with a base installed in a seat made in the housing of the butt, and a connecting link, which lower axis is pivotally connected to the base, and the upper axis of the connecting link interacts with the jaw, at the same time in the lower part of the jaw there are ledges interacting with slots made in the housing of the butt.

Description

The invention relates to small arms, in particular to butts with an adjustable cheek, designed for firing from weapons with mechanical, optical and other sights mounted on it.

A known butt of small arms (see application EA201700132 from 02/13/2017, F41C 23/20, F41C 23/04), including a height-adjustable cheek fixed with axes on support plates made on the butt plate of the butt. Each of the support plates contains a through cut-out in the form of a comb, consisting of segments interacting with the axis of the cheek, and a through groove for interacting with the other axis of the cheek.

The disadvantages of this design are low operational characteristics, namely the installation of a cheek on a movable butt plate reduces the convenience of firing from a weapon while standing with hands and offhand; in the raised position, the cheek can cling to the elements of the shooter's equipment, which reduces the convenience of handling weapons and can lead to injuries.

Known adjustable cheek butt small arms (see patent US7810270 from 01/11/2008, F41C23 / 00), containing the cheek, the adjustment mechanism. The cheek is pivotally mounted on the butt housing with a pivot axis in the rear and a locking axis in the front. To control the cheek, a longitudinal force must be applied to the cheek, then a spring retainer is formed through the interaction of the rotary axis with the holes made in the side walls of the cheek, while the cheek, the rotary axis and the fixing axis are made of elastic material.

The disadvantages of this design are low operational characteristics, namely the inability to use the butt without a cheek due to the protruding elements on the butt body designed to hold the cheek, which can injure the shooter when firing a weapon, and the protrusion in the front of the butt, which makes it difficult to disassemble weapons.

The technical task of the group of inventions is to increase the operational characteristics of weapons.

The technical result consists in the simplicity of the device, improving the usability of weapons in any shooting conditions and under any anthropometric characteristics of the shooter, increasing the efficiency of firing from weapons with any sights installed on it.

The task in the first embodiment is achieved by the fact that the butt of a small arms with an adjustable cheek contains a butt housing, a cheek, an adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is equipped with an earring, the lower axis of which is pivotally connected to the buttstock body, and the upper axis of the earring interacts with the cheek, and protrusions are made in the lower part of the cheek that interact with grooves made in the butt housing. The grooves of the butt body can be made with recesses interacting with the protrusions of the cheek.

The task in the second embodiment is achieved by the fact that the butt of a small arms with an adjustable cheek contains a butt housing, a cheek, an adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is equipped with a base mounted in a socket made in the buttstock body and an earring, the lower axis of which is pivotally connected to the base, and the upper axis of the earring interacts with the cheek, while protrusions are made in the lower part of the cheek that interact with grooves made in the butt housing . The grooves of the butt body can be made with recesses interacting with the protrusions of the cheek.

In the folded position, the cheek 2 is shifted relative to the body 1 of the butt in the rear lower position. The protrusions 8 of the cheek 2 are in the recesses 9 of the grooves 7 of the housing 1 of the butt in the rear position. The earring 4 in the folded position of the cheek 2 is in a position close to horizontal.

To raise the cheek 2, it is necessary to raise its front part and push the entire cheek forward. When changing the position of the cheek 2, the protrusions 8 come out of the recesses 9 or 10, while the elastic deformation of the cheek 2 occurs, which leads the arrow to make a certain effort , which is necessary to protect the cheeks 2 from accidental movement from the working position.

The proposed design options for the stock of small arms with an adjustable cheek provide improved operational characteristics due to the simplicity of the device, the convenience of operating the weapon in any shooting conditions and under any anthropometric characteristics of the shooter, and the increased efficiency of shooting from weapons with any sighting devices installed on it.
