The invention relates to a kit for assembling sliding doors at home, including when converting a conventional swing cabinet into an upper-supporting hinged sliding wardrobe system with sliding doors.

Such a transformation does not require significant costs compared with the purchase of a new wardrobe, which in turn helps to satisfy consumer demand in a wider range of people with different income levels.

A known system of profiles and parts for doors of a sliding wardrobe, which includes lower chassis and mounting profiles for lower rollers, an upper W-shaped guide profile for upper rollers, side profiles with handles and upper and lower rollers. Each lower roller is equipped with a bracket, and the lower mounting profile is made in the form of a plate with a shelf intended for connection with the door leaf and the corresponding part of the bracket. In an embodiment of the door leaf, the composite system includes profile dividers, each of which can have a section in the form of an I-beam with the same upper or lower shelves of different or equal lengths (RU 132969, class А47В 96/00, published on 10.10.2013).

The known system is designed for assembly in mass production using special tools and equipment. The assembly of such systems is carried out on a special fixture installed on the assembly table.

In addition, the known system provides for the execution of the door leaf only from particleboard, 10 mm thick.

The objective of the invention is to provide the ability to assemble sliding doors at home and expand the range of materials used for the manufacture of door leaf materials, including with different thicknesses.

The named task is ensured by a technical result aimed at simplifying the design of the components included in the kit and facilitating their assembly among themselves, as well as aimed at the possibility of using, for assembly of the door, along with the whole or composite panel of chipboard, 10 mm thick, the whole or composite panel of transparent glass or mirrors, 4 mm thick.

The named technical result is achieved in the invention due to the following set of features.

The kit for assembling the doors of the sliding wardrobe includes the following elements: facade profiles, which serve to form the frames of the outer and inner doors, and the facade profiles are made with shielding protrusions; two-component dividing profiles designed for the formation of doors from composite panels; polymer seals used to compensate for the gap between the door leaf and the facade profile and / or part of a two-component separation profile; brackets with upper and lower rollers for the outer and inner doors and upper and lower guide profiles for rollers, made with the possibility of fixing along the edges of the ceiling and floor of the cabinet; an additional profile to compensate for the gap between the outer door and the side wall of the cabinet and a set of fasteners.

The lower guide profile is made with two shelves located one below the other having the same width.

Each two-component dividing profile consists of a polymer profile intended for placement on the rear side of the door and a metal T-shaped profile intended for placement on the front side of the door.

The assembly kit for the doors of the sliding wardrobe includes facade profiles, including the upper 1.1 and lower 1.2 profiles, which, when connected to the side facade profiles (not shown), form the frame of the outer door 2 of the wardrobe. Also made the frame of the inner door 3 of the wardrobe. Facade profiles are equipped with shielding projections 4.

From the rear sides of the frames of the outer and inner doors 2 and 3, brackets 5.1 and 5.2 with upper rollers 6 and brackets 7.1 and 7.2 with lower rollers 8 are fixed on the corresponding facade profiles.

An upper guide profile 10 for the upper rollers 6 is fixed on the edge of the cabinet ceiling 9, and a lower guide profile 12 for the lower rollers 8 is fixed on the edge of the floor 11.

The proposed kit provides the ability to control the doors in height after they are installed on the rails. For this, for example, are the adjusting bolts 13, interacting with the holes made in the brackets 5.1; 5.2 top rollers.

This solution made it possible to eliminate distortions and discrepancies visible by the eye when installing doors in case of uneven floors at the installation location of the cabinet, which creates the impression of an ideal match of all cabinet elements with movable doors ..

The possibility of adjusting the height of the lower rollers 8 allows you to make additional adjustments on the spot, after installing the doors, in order to ensure optimal engagement of each lower roller with the lower guide profile 12. This adjustment is provided thanks to special holes made in the brackets 7.1 and 7.2., With subsequent fixation of the position of these brackets with fixing screws 14. This is necessary if the cabinet is not assembled in the factory, but at home by an unskilled user with his own hands. Naturally, errors and miscalculations are made, which are eliminated by this adjustment.

The kit may include a closer 15, mounted on the upper guide profile 10 using the bracket 16, and the bracket of the closer 23.

The brackets 5.1 and 5.2 with the upper rollers 6 included in the kit serve to support the cabinet door and move it in the horizontal plane, and the brackets 7.1 and 7.2 with the lower rollers 8 serve to guide the movement and support of the cabinet door in the horizontal plane. Exceptional noiselessness and smoothness of movement when moving the doors is ensured by installing the upper and lower rollers on the bearings, while the upper rollers 6 have an increased diameter equal to 35 mm., And the outer surface of the lower rollers 8 is made of soft rubber pressed onto the hard frame of the roller.

Due to the presence in the kit of a universal additional profile (not shown) having a U-shaped cross-section with vertical shelves of different lengths, the gap between the external door and the side wall of the cabinet is compensated, which solves the problem of the need for an increased overhang of the side wall of the cabinet from the side of the external door in similar upper support systems.

This technical solution allows you to swap the outer and inner doors in place at the consumer (for example, the outer door was on the left and rolled back to the right, after replacing it will be on the right and will roll back to the left).

An original technical solution is the inclusion in the kit of a two-component separation profile 17 (Fig. 4), connecting the adjacent parts of the composite filling of the doors of the wardrobe. Profile 17 consists of a base 18 in the form of a profile of complex shape made of a polymeric material and intended for installation from the back of the door, and a decorative aluminum profile 19 of a T-shape located on the front side of the door. The implementation of the base 18 of the separation profile 17 of a polymeric material allows you to provide the necessary adjustment of the profile of the profile 19 relative to the profile 18 after they click.

This technical solution eliminated the need for preliminary stepwise milling of the blank of the separation profile in the factory using milling equipment, which made it possible to cut the profiles to the required size at home and assemble both parts of the profile 17 by clicking them manually without using a special tool.

Facade profiles 1.1 and 1.2 are designed specifically for the proposed kit and have 4 protrusions in their designs, which act as shielding elements that hide, in particular, from the consumer's view, the brackets with rollers 6 and their adjustment and fixing mechanisms.

The proposed solution allowed, if desired, to use as a door filling a panel 20 of transparent glass, 4 mm thick (Fig. 3, 4, 6), in contrast to the panels of frosted glass or mirrors previously used for this purpose.

At the same time, the proposed kit provides for the possibility of using as a door leaf and other identical or different materials, for example, a panel 21 made of chipboard, 10 mm thick (Fig. 2.5) or a panel 21 made of chipboard in combination with a panel 20 of glass or mirrors (Fig. 4).

Since these panels have different thicknesses, a polymer sealant having a given shape is introduced into the proposed kit. For example, the specified seal 22 (Fig. 3, 4, 6) may have a U-shaped cross section, at the ends of the vertical shelves of which limbs of different lengths are formed. A longer bend is designed to be placed between the end of the corresponding panel and the horizontal shelf of the corresponding facade profile 1.1 and / or 1.2. A shorter bend is designed to be placed in a groove formed between the vertical and horizontal shelves of the facade profile 1.1 and / or 1.2 (Fig. 3).

The execution of the sealant from a polymeric material makes it easy to cut it into the appropriate size with a conventional kitchen knife at home.

T.O. the proposed technical solution allowed to increase the assortment of cabinets with sliding doors by providing the possibility of using various types and combinations of door filling for them in accordance with the desire of the consumer.

The lower guide profile 12 is designed to eliminate the need for preliminary milling for its installation, unlike analogues. Its installation is also simplified as much as possible, in which the profile 12 is placed on the vertical edge of the cabinet floor 11 and fixed in place with self-tapping screws.

Also a distinctive feature of the proposed kit is the implementation of the shelves of the lower guide profile 12 of the same width and their location one under the other, which allowed to reduce the distance between the cabinet body and the inner door 3 and give a finished look to the lower part of the base of the cabinet.

All profiles are made by extrusion of aluminum alloy, some of them, for example, the lower guide profile 12 are subject to anodizing or coating (gluing) with a PVC film.

The set of fasteners includes 6M bolts for securing the stopper; 3 × 8 screws; 4.2 × 16 and 4.2 × 25 for fastening guides and additional profiles, as well as a closer with brackets; M5 screws for mounting brackets with lower rollers; hex keys, 3 mm and 5 mm thick, etc.

The proposed kit can be used by any unskilled consumer without the use of special tools and equipment, and with a single screwdriver.
