EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of convenience of replacement of composite parts of collapsible furniture handle during operation with preservation of reliability of item as a whole.

Technical field

The invention relates to the furniture industry, in particular, to the design of furniture handles.

State of the art

Currently, the prior art knows many different designs of furniture handles.

In particular, from the prior art (see, for example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ms1dXg4GX0A, 04/26/2016), a furniture handle related to button handles is known. This bronze furniture handle is easy to manufacture, monolithic, durable, and small in size.

The closest analogue of the claimed solution is the source of information (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PODVbq-vcJI&t=1s, 03/28/2016), which reveals the bronze handle-bracket used for kitchen facades, as well as installed on the doors of cabinets and chests of drawers. Such a handle is durable, reliable, has a monolithic design.

Moreover, in the event that it is necessary to replace one of the structural elements of the furniture handle, and not the entire handle as a whole, these furniture handles will not allow this in view of their monolithic design.

Thus, the disadvantage of the above analogues is their monolithic design, which does not allow, if necessary, to replace the structural elements of furniture handles.

Task and technical result

The objective of the invention is to create a collapsible furniture handle, capable of combining the advantages of knobs-brackets and knobs-knobs known from the prior art, but at the same time allowing the replacement of its components; the technical result of the claimed invention is to provide more convenient removal and replacement of components of a collapsible furniture handle during operation, while maintaining the strength and reliability of the product as a whole.

The problem is solved, and the required technical result when using the invention is achieved by the fact that a collapsible furniture handle contains: a bracket, a first supporting element, a second supporting element, a first fixing element, a second fixing element; locking elements are made with the possibility of rigid fixation of the entire handle structure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The essence of the invention is illustrated in FIG. 1-3, which depict an embodiment of the claimed invention.

In the embodiment of the claimed technical solution shown in the drawings, the following structural elements are indicated:

1 - the first locking element;

2 - the second locking element;

3 - bracket;

4 - the first supporting element;

5 - the second supporting element;

6 - conical surface of the first support element;

7 - a plane that blocks the rotation of parts;

8 - a groove made in the first support element. The invention is illustrated by drawings.

In FIG. 1 shows a view of the individual structural elements of the claimed furniture handle: the first locking element 1; the second locking element 2; staples 3; the first support element 4; second support element 5.

In FIG. 3 shows one of the embodiments of the first support element, which shows: the first conical surface 6, necessary for self-centering; the first plane 7, blocking the rotation of parts; first groove 8 for connecting to the bracket. It is worth noting that the design of the second support element in one embodiment is similar to the design of the first support element indicated above.

The implementation of the invention

In the present invention, an embodiment of a furniture handle is considered. The claimed invention provides for a more convenient removal and replacement of components of a collapsible furniture handle during operation, while maintaining the strength and reliability of the product as a whole.

As shown in FIG. 1, the claimed furniture handle comprises: a first locking element 1; second locking element 2; bracket 3; the first support element 4; second support element 5.

The first locking element 1 may be made in the form of a first button; the second locking element 2 can be made in the form of a second button.

The first supporting element 4 serves as a landing element for the bracket 3 and is made with the possibility of separation with it. The second supporting element 5 is also a landing element for the bracket 3 and is made with the possibility of separation from it.

In this case, the bracket 3 also contains a first mating part for connecting and disconnecting with the first locking element, as well as a second mating part for connecting and disconnecting with the second locking element.

The first and second locking elements contain threads for rigid fixation of the entire structure.

In FIG. 2 shows a view of the claimed furniture handle assembly.

The use of individual structural elements that can be connected and disconnected, as part of the claimed furniture handle (namely, the first locking element, the second locking element, staples, the first supporting element, the second supporting element) allows for more convenient removal and replacement of the components of the furniture handle .

The use of the first support element and the second support element as mounting elements for the bracket, the execution of the mating parts in the bracket for connecting and disconnecting with the buttons, the threads in the first and second locking elements for rigid fixing of the whole structure ensure the strength and reliability of the product as a whole.

Thus, the signs characterizing the fact that the collapsible furniture handle contains: a bracket, a first supporting element, a second supporting element, a first fixing element, a second fixing element; locking elements are made with the possibility of rigid fixation of the entire handle structure; the first supporting element serves as a landing element for the bracket; the first support element is configured to be disconnected from the bracket; the second supporting element serves as a landing element for the bracket; the second supporting element is made with the possibility of separation with the bracket; the bracket comprises a first mating portion for connecting and disconnecting with the first locking member; the bracket comprises a second mating part for connecting and disconnecting with the second locking element; the first locking element comprises a thread for rigidly fixing the entire structure; the second locking element contains threads for rigid fixation of the entire structure, are essential from the point of view of the technical result, and provide more convenient removal and replacement of components of a collapsible furniture handle during operation, while maintaining the strength and reliability of the product as a whole.

The first supporting element 4 may contain structural elements that ensure alignment of the holes of the connected parts, as well as structural elements that block the rotation of the parts.

In particular, the first support element 4 further comprises a first conical surface 6 necessary for self-centering; the first plane 7, blocking the rotation of parts; the first groove 8, blocking the rotation of parts.

In this case, when tightening the screw, the first locking element 1 presses on the bracket 3, and the bracket 3 on the first supporting element 4. All contacts occur through the conical surface, and all the parts are pressed into place.

Collapsible furniture handle, characterized in that it contains a bracket, a first supporting element, a second supporting element, a first locking element, a second locking element, and the locking elements are made with the possibility of rigid fixation of the entire structure of the handle, characterized in that the first supporting element contains the first conical surface, ensuring the alignment of the holes of the connected parts, as well as the first plane and the first groove, which block the rotation of the connected parts, the second support element contains oruyu conical surface providing alignment holes of the parts, as well as a second plane and a second groove, which block the rotation of the parts. 2.
