Abstract

Disclosed is a connector which is configured to connect a box of a LED display screen with a frame, the connector includes a frame fastener configured to fixedly connect with the frame, a box fastener configured to fixedly connect with the box of the LED display screen, and a connecting member configured to connect the frame fastener with the box fastener; the connecting member includes a sleeve and an inserting element; one end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the box fastener, the other end of the sleeve is defined with a receiving cavity for receiving the inserting element; an inner surface of the receiving cavity is defined with a sliding groove, the extending direction of the first sliding groove is perpendicular to the axial direction of the sleeve; one end of the inserting element is fixedly connected with frame fastener, the other end of the inserting element is defined with a bolt plunger; when the inserting element is inserted into the sleeve, a bead of the bolt plunger is clamped in the sliding groove. The technical solution of the present disclosure has simple structure and low cost, and can effectively connect the box of the LED display screen with the frame.

Description

CONNECTOR
FIELD [0001] This is a divisional application of International PCT Application No. PCT/CN2017/116965 filed on 18 December 2017, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
[0002] This disclosure generally relates to the technical field of LED display screen, and more particularly relates to a connector for connecting a box of the LED display screen with a frame.
BACKGROUND [0003] Most of LED display screens are composed of multiple boxes which are jointed together, theses display screens are facilitated to be assembled and disassembled. The power lines and signal lines for connecting among box modules are received in the box without exposure, therefore the whole boxes present a clean and neat appearance. Especially for rental, a box type display screen is not only easy to be assembled and disassembled, but also convenient to be transported and protected. Among the boxes connecting devices are provided to connect the boxes, and frames are also provided to fix the boxes, to assure the display screens would not move or be turned over under an external force. However, currently most of boxes are fixed on the frame through screws and iron plates, which is complex, time-consuming, and toilsome.
SUMMARY [0004] It is therefore one main object of this disclosure to provide a connector, aiming to achieve a connection between the box of the LED display screen with the

[0005] In order to achieve the above object, the connector provided by this disclosure, which is configured to connect a box of a LED display screen with a frame, includes a frame fastener configured to fixedly connect with the frame, a box fastener configured to fixedly connect with the box of the LED display screen, and a connecting member configured to connect the frame fastener with the box fastener; the connecting member includes a sleeve and an inserting element, one end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the box fastener, the other end of the sleeve is defined with a receiving cavity for receiving the inserting element; an inner surface of the receiving cavity is defined with a sliding groove, the extending direction of the sliding groove is perpendicular to the axial direction of the sleeve; one end of the inserting element is fixedly connected with frame fastener, the other end of the inserting element is defined with a bolt plunger; when the inserting element is inserted into the sleeve, a bead of the bolt plunger is clamped in the first sliding groove.

[0028] Referring to FIGS. 2-4, the frame fastener 200 includes a first fastener 220 and a second fastener 240; after one end of the second fastener 240 is rotatably connected with the first fastener 220, the other end of the second fastener 240 is clamped with the first fastener 220, the first fastener 220 is locked with the second fastener 240 through a hand screw 260; the first fastener 220 and the second fastener 240 cooperatively form a space for fixing the frame 100. A column of the frame 100 is fixedly mounted in the space, as such the frame fastener 200 is fixedly connected with the frame 100.
[0029] In detail, in the exemplary embodiment, the first fastener 220 has a “U” shape, which includes a first riser 222, a second riser 224 facing the first riser 222, and a connecting plate 226 vertically connected with the first riser 222 and the second riser 224. The first riser 222, the second riser 224 and the connecting plate 226 integrate. Preferably, the first riser 222, the second riser 224 and the connecting plate 226 are integrated through a bending process or a molding process, etc. A shaft 228 is fixedly mounted at one end of the first riser 222 away from the connecting plate 226; one end of the second riser 224 away from the connecting plate 226 defines a first fastener structure 225 and a thread hole (not labelled). After the hand screw 260 passes through the through hole, the hand screw 260 is locked in the thread hole. In the exemplary embodiment, the first fastener 220 and the second fastener 240 cooperatively form a square space, the square space can be used for receiving and fixing a columnar structure which is square, circle, or six prismatic, and so on. Compared with the existing frame fastener which can only be used for fixing the cylinder, the frame fastener in the exemplary embodiment has much broader application range.
[0030] Furthermore, in the exemplary embodiment, an inner surface of the first riser 222, an inner surface of the second riser 224, an inner surface of the connecting plate 226 and an inner surface of the second fastener 240 all define a columnar protrusion 202. The columnar protrusions 202 are directly formed on the inner surfaces of the first riser 222, the second riser 224, the connecting plate 226 and the second fastener 240, which can be used for enforcing the connecting strength between the frame fastener 200 and the column of the frame 100.

[0034] One end of the inserting element 540 is fixedly connected with frame fastener 200, the other end of the inserting element 540 is defined with a bolt plunger 542; the bolt plunger 542 can be received in any one of the sliding grooves 522, and can slide in the sliding groove 522 along the length direction of the sliding groove 522, as such the inserting element 540 can be clamped and rotatably connected with the sleeve 520.

The odontoid structure 544 matches with the notched structure, further ensuring the connecting strength between the inserting element 540 and the sleeve 520.

[0037] When assembling, the odontoid structure 544 is misplaced with the notched structure first, and the inserting element 540 is inserted in the sleeve 520, at this time, the spring 543 of the bolt plunger 542 is in a compressed state. 540 and/or sleeve 520, at the same time, the odontoid structure 544 matches with the notched structure. When the bead 545 slides in one of the sliding grooves 522, the spring 543 of the bolt plunger 542 is in the nature state (that is a state which is uncompressed or unstretched).
[0038] When adjusting the position, the odontoid structure 544 is misplaced with the notched structure, and the inserting element 540 and/or the sleeve 520 is pulled or pushed, at this time, the spring 543 of the bolt plunger 542 is gradually compressed, the bead 545 of the bolt plunger 542 is escaped from the original sliding groove 522, and then enters into an adjacent sliding groove 522, until the bead 545 of the bolt plunger 542 is received in a proper sliding groove 522, the inserting element 540 and/or sleeve 520 is rotated until the odontoid structure 544 matches with the notched structure.
[0039] Furthermore, the portion of the sleeve 520 corresponding to the sliding groove 522 defines an opening 526, the opening 526 is used for a screwdriver passing through, as such the locking position of the bolt plunger 542 can be adjusted, and then the clamping strength between the bolt plunger 542 and the sliding groove 522 can be adjusted.
[0040] Referring to FIGS. 2-3, the box fastener 400 includes a base 420 and a clinching stud 440; the sleeve 520 and the clinching stud 440 are respectively located at two sides of the base 420; the clinching stud 440 is configured to match with a through hole (not shown) of the box of the LED display screen 300; two sides of the base 420 both define a lug 422; the lug 422 defines a gourd hole 424; the gourd hole 424 is configured to match with a clamper of the box of the LED display screen 300.
[0041] In detail, after the clinching stud 440 is inserted in the through hole of the box of the LED display screen 300, the clinching stud 440 is locked with the box of the LED display screen 300 through screw, etc. After the gourd hole 424 matches with the clamper, the clamper can be clamped in the gourd hole 424 by rotating the base 420, and then the box fastener 400 can be fixedly connected with the box of the LED display screen 300.

Claims (5)

  1. What is claimed is:
    1. A connector, which being configured to connect a box of a LED display screen with a frame, comprising a frame fastener configured to fixedly connect with the frame, a box fastener configured to fixedly connect with the box of the LED display screen, and a connecting member configured to connect the frame fastener with the box fastener; the connecting member comprising a sleeve and an inserting element, one end of the sleeve being fixedly connected with the box fastener, the other end of the sleeve being defined with a receiving cavity for receiving the inserting element; an inner surface of the receiving cavity being defined with a sliding groove, the extending direction of the sliding groove being perpendicular to the axial direction of the sleeve; one end of the inserting element being fixedly connected with the frame fastener, the other end of the inserting element being defined with a bolt plunger; when the inserting element being inserted into the sleeve, a bead of the bolt plunger being clamped in the sliding groove.
  2. 2. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the receiving cavity defines a plurality of sliding grooves, when the inserting element is inserted into the sleeve, the bead of the bolt plunger is clamped in one of the sliding grooves.
  3. 3. The connector according to claim 2, wherein an outer surface of the inserting element defines an odontoid structure; the inner surface of the sleeve defines a notched structure which matches with the odontoid structure.
  4. 4. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the frame fastener comprises a first fastener and a second fastener; after one end of the second fastener is rotatably connected with the first fastener, the other end of the second fastener is clamped with the first fastener, the first fastener is locked with the second fastener through a hand screw; the first fastener and the second fastener cooperatively form a space for fixing io
