Abstract
Description
The invention relates to devices that exercise physical load on human muscles in the process of preventing diseases of the muscular system with prolonged exposure to zero gravity.
The closest to the technical solution is a training / medical low-frequency electromyostimulation suit [RF Patent No. 2415054 for IPC:
The suit allows for separate stimulation of the muscles of the back and lower extremities, as well as separate stimulation of one of the muscles, is additionally equipped with a humidifier to moisten the electromyostimulation electrodes and an intelligent charger.
The disadvantage of this effect is that the stimulation is carried out only on the muscles of the back and lower extremities, and the suit itself is powered by two electromyostimulants and is equipped with cables, which increases the volume and weight, and the suit does not provide additional load on the musculoskeletal system of a person during movement.
The objective of the invention is to provide a lightweight medical training electromyostimulation suit for training the muscles of the musculoskeletal system of a person, providing muscle training with and without electromyostimulation.
The technical result is achieved in that a medical-training electromyostimulation suit for maintaining muscle tone during prolonged periods of weightlessness, providing artificial physical stress on the muscles of the musculoskeletal system, characterized in that the suit has two layers, the upper layer in tight contact with the muscle group details of a suit made of elastic knit with interlock weave, and the inner layer directly adjacent to the skin of a person, with electrodes located in the places of the main rup of human muscles in the hips, back, chest, abdomen, lower and upper extremities, and interconnected by means of flexible conductive strips, and contains a belt on which an electronic electrode control unit is mounted, containing a small-sized power supply, with the possibility of multiple recharging.
The result is a complete physical study of any muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system during movement and muscle maintenance in tone at rest, as well as a decrease in the mass of the suit.
In FIG. 1 shows an example of a specific implementation of a training suit, where:
1 - suit
2 - electrodes
3 - flexible conductive strip,
4 - belt
5 - electronic control unit for electrodes (ECU),
6 - top layer
7 - inner layer.
A medical-training electromyostimulation suit (1) for maintaining muscle tone during prolonged periods of weightlessness, providing artificial physical stress on the muscles of the musculoskeletal system has two layers, the upper layer (6), which is in close contact with the muscle group with details of a suit made of elastic knitwear with interlocking, and the inner layer (7) directly adjacent to the human skin, with electrodes (2) located in the areas of the main muscle groups of the person in the thighs, back, chest, abdomen, lower and upper limbs, and interconnected by means of flexible conductive strips (3), and contains a belt (4), on which is fixed an electronic control unit for electrodes (5), containing a small-sized power supply with a voltage of no more than 12V, with the possibility of multiple recharging.
During operation, the device is worn on the human body. Then the user selects a group of muscles for training on the computer's LCD display, sets the degree of load. The computer sends flexible current to the electrodes through flexible conductive strips. By means of electrodes, impulses propagate into the muscle tissue. Pulse electric currents passing through muscle tissue play the role of nerve endings, through which the muscle receives a signal about the need for contraction or relaxation. Thus, they stimulate muscle fibers to work. Regular motor activity caused by electrical stimulation does not allow the muscles to atrophy, since all the necessary processes of nutrition and excretion of metabolic products are restored, and muscle fibers get the opportunity to "train", which further normalizes their regeneration. At the same time, a person in a training suit can move, for example, play sports, which in turn will increase the load on the muscles by an order of magnitude, or remain at rest.
Thus, the present invention will allow the prevention of muscle atrophy in astronautics, medicine, and increase the level of training in sports and other forms of human life, where artificial additional physical load on human muscles is required.
