Abstract

An exercise aid belt of the present invention comprises: a silicone base which consists of a first part, a second part, and a third part; a conductive silicone which is provided on one side of the second part of the silicone base; and a unit controller which is electrically connected with the conductive silicone. The silicone base is stretchable and includes a polishing-treated ground plane at the overlapping portions of both ends, and includes: a first magnet which is formed at one end of the silicone base; a plurality of third magnets which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other at constant intervals along a center line thereof; and a second magnet to be electrically connected with the conductive silicone and fastened to the unit controller in an electrically connecting manner. The conductive silicone is symmetrically arranged in at least two rows in the second part along the center line of the silicone base, and the rear surface of the unit controller includes a fastening magnet which is coupled with the second magnet.
