Abstract

FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cargo transfer devices, namely, to backpacks and knapsacks, and can be most effectively used in everyday life, in travel, as well as in army and specialized services. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that creating a two-sided modular configurable backpack, including a back cargo module, adjustable shoulder belts, an adjustable waist belt, characterized by that it includes "m" of the back cargo modules, "n" of the breast modules, a unit for fixation of a shoulder cargo module, a unit for fixation of the breast pouch module, four loading inserts, two belt adjusting units, which provides uniform distribution of the weight load in the median sagittal plane of the human body, makes it possible to distribute weight load on shoulders and lumbar-pelvic area of load carrying, to perform replacement of cargo modules in compliance with expected area of operation and to perform rapid configuration depending on requirements determined by current task.
EFFECT: maintaining healthy and correct posture of carrying load, preventing occurrence of back and spinal pains when using the proposed backpack, high comfort when carrying cargo, possibility of fast and convenient configuration of backpack in accordance with currently existing problems on cargo transfer.

Description

The invention relates to devices for carrying cargo, namely to backpacks and satchels, and can most effectively be used in everyday life, on travel, as well as in army and specialized services.

The army belt is known, which is a waist belt to which two shoulder belts are attached, at the front at two points, to the right and left of the belt buckle, and at the back in a Y-shape at one point (Awards, insignia and uniform of the Great Patriotic War / I. E. Gusev, D.A. Taras, V.N. Shunkov, A.N. Yadlovsky. - Moscow: ACT, 2015 .- 256 p .: ill., P. 31).

The disadvantage of this device is that it is designed to carry goods (pistol holster, cold steel and trench tools, flask, etc.) exclusively on the waist belt, and shoulder straps are designed to additionally hold the waist belt and increase its load characteristics. No cargo is placed on the shoulder straps themselves.

Also known is a carrying backpack, which is a bag-seat with shoulder straps and a lumbar strap, which allows you to carry the child in front of him on his chest. (Technical specifications for the ergonomic backpack carrying "Bambino-Narru" TU 8789-001-ХХХХХХХ-2015).

The disadvantage of this device is that it is narrowly functional (designed to be carried only by a child). But the main disadvantage is that carrying the load in front of you leads to a shift in the load, and as a result of the center of gravity, relative to the axis of the spine forward. This is an unusual position for the spine, when the muscles begin to work incorrectly, leading to a violation of posture, which causes pain in the back and spine.

Of the well-known knapsacks and backpacks, the closest in technical essence is the tactical backpack “Direct Action Ghost MK II”, article BP-GHST-CD5 (GHOST® Direct Action backpack, color Olive Green (31 l.) In addition, a waist belt is permanently attached to the bottom of the shoulder bag. The backpack is worn on the back, the entire load through the shoulder straps falls on the shoulders of the load carrying. The lap belt is designed to tightly fix the backpack on the back, as well as to partially transfer the load to the back of the hips.

For reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known device adopted for the prototype, the fact that carrying the load on the back leads to a shift of the center of gravity relative to the axis of the spine back. To compensate for this displacement, when carrying a backpack, it is necessary to tilt the body body forward, which does not correspond to the anatomically correct position of the spine, leads to impaired posture, back pain and spine.

The technical problem of the invention is to expand the arsenal of devices for carrying goods by creating a two-way modular configurable backpack that provides the center of gravity of the man-load system on the axis of the spine carrying the load, which has a distributed load on the shoulders and lumbar-pelvic region carrying the load, allowing easy and fast to replace the chest and shoulder bags, depending on the current functional and operational requirements for the backpack.

The technical result of the invention is the preservation of a healthy and correct posture carrying the load, preventing the occurrence of pain in the back and spine when using the proposed backpack, increasing the comfort of carrying the cargo, the ability to quickly and conveniently configure the backpack in accordance with the current tasks of carrying goods.

The problem is solved due to the fact that a two-sided modular configurable backpack is created, which includes a shoulder cargo module, adjustable shoulder straps, an adjustable waist belt, characterized in that it includes “m” shoulder cargo modules, “n” chest cargo modules , the unit for fixing the shoulder load module, the unit for fixing the chest cargo module, four load inserts, two waist adjusting nodes, and the elements of the unit for fixing the shoulder cargo module are located on you on the back side of the shoulder load module and on the back side of the adjustable shoulder straps, the elements of the latching unit for the chest load module are located on the back side of the chest load module and the chest side of the adjustable shoulder straps, the adjustable shoulder straps are permanently attached to the adjustable waist belt and are reinforced with load inserts from the attachment point to the adjustable waist belt to the lower edges of the elements of the fixation units of the shoulder of the cargo module and the elements of the nodes of the chest cargo module Located on adjustable shoulder straps, adjustable waist belt with two lateral sides fitted waist adjusting nodes. The analysis of the technique carried out by the applicant, including the search by patent and scientific and technical sources of information, and the identification of sources containing information about analogues of the claimed invention, allow us to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention.

The device operates as follows.

A two-sided modular configurable backpack is a device for carrying goods that are evenly distributed in weight in a shoulder cargo module 3 and a chest cargo module 4 attached to adjustable shoulder belts 1, which, in turn, are attached to an adjustable waist belt 2 (Fig. one).

In FIG. 2 shows a structural arrangement of a two-sided modular configurable backpack.

The adjustable shoulder straps 1 are permanently attached at four points to the adjustable waist belt 2, namely, one end to the right and left relative to the buckle of the adjustable waist belt 2 from the chest side, and the other end to the right and left relative to the buckle of the adjustable waist belt 2 from the back side.

Elements of the fixing unit for the shoulder cargo module 5 are located both on the back side of the shoulder cargo module 3 and on the back side of the adjustable shoulder belts 1, which allows you to fasten the shoulder cargo module 5 to the adjustable shoulder straps 1 from the back and unfasten it when necessary.

Elements of the fixation unit of the chest cargo module 6 are located both on the back side of the breast cargo module 4 and on the breast side of the adjustable shoulder belts 1, which allows you to fasten the chest cargo module 6 to the adjustable shoulder belts 1 from the chest side and unfasten it if necessary .

As the fixing unit for the shoulder cargo module 5 and the fixing unit for the chest cargo module 6, devices are used designed to connect diverging edges or ends of leather goods, sewing and shoe products, such as a zipper, button fastener, Velcro, fastex, button and the like.

The adjustable shoulder belts 1 are reinforced with four load inserts 7, which at one end overlap the point of permanent connection of the adjustable shoulder belts 1 with the adjustable waist belt 2, and from the other end overlap the lower edge of the corresponding elements of the fixing unit for the shoulder load module 5 and the fixing unit for the chest cargo module 6 located on the adjustable shoulder straps 1. The load inserts 7 have a rigid and durable, non-bending structure made of plastic or metal, and contribute to then the load from the shoulder load module 3 and the chest load module 4 is distributed both on the shoulders of the load carrier through the adjustable shoulder straps 1, and on the lumbar-pelvic region of his body through the load inserts 7 and the adjustable waist belt 2.

An adjustable waist belt 2 on the sides is equipped with waist adjustment nodes 8. This allows you to adjust the adjustable waist belt 2 in accordance with the biometric parameters of the lumbar-pelvic region of the load bearing, while the distance between the adjustable shoulder straps 1 on the chest side remains unchanged (Fig 3, and )

For a more comfortable, evenly distributed load transfer to the lumbar-pelvic region of the load bearing, the adjustable waist belt 2 can be made wider, and the lateral adjustments of the adjustable waist belt 2 will have two waist adjustment units 8 located on the upper and lower edges of the adjustable waist belt 2 (FIG. 3, b).

As the waist adjusting unit 8, devices are used for adjusting the length of the slings, belts and straps, such as a buckle frame, belt loops and the like.

Instead of two load inserts 7 located in the adjustable shoulder straps 1 from the back, a lumbar lodgement 9 integrated with the back of the adjustable waist belt 1 can be used to strengthen the orthopedic component of the backpack (Fig. 3, c). The lumbar lodgement 9 repeats the shape and configuration of the lumbar region of the body, has a rigid and durable, non-bending structure made of plastic or metal, and helps to transfer the load from the shoulder cargo module 3 through an adjustable waist belt 2 to the lumbar-pelvic region of the body carrying the load. The inner surface of the lumbar cradle 9 may be coated with a soft material.

The double-sided backpack contains "m" of the shoulder load modules 5 and "n" of the chest load modules 6 of various functional purposes, which can be fastened and unfastened easily and quickly using the fixing unit for the shoulder bag 5 and the fixing unit for the chest bag 6, which allows, depending on the task facing the user, to form the necessary operational configuration of the backpack.

Thus, the above information indicates that when using the inventive device the following set of conditions:

the claimed device in its implementation, is intended for use in everyday life, in travel, as well as in army and specialized services;

for the claimed device in the form described in the independent clause of the claims, the possibility of its implementation using the means and methods described in the application or known prior to the priority date is confirmed;

- the claimed device, when implemented, is able to achieve the technical result perceived by the applicant, which consists in maintaining a healthy and correct posture carrying the load, preventing the occurrence of pain in the back and spine when using the proposed backpack, increasing the comfort of carrying the cargo, the ability to quickly and conveniently configure the backpack in compliance with the current tasks for the transfer of goods.

The proposed device in comparison with the prototype, allows for a uniform distribution of the weight load of the transported goods located in the median sagittal plane of the human body. Uniform placement of cargo in the chest and shoulder cargo modules ensures that the center of mass of the person-load system is located on the axis of the spine, as close as possible to the center of mass of the person’s body located at the average, normally folded man with correct posture in the region of the V lumbar vertebra. This minimizes disturbances in posture, back and spine pain, and prevents serious diseases associated with curvature of the spine, which is especially important for a child's developing body. In addition, instead of load inserts from the back, a lumbar lodgement can be used that repeats the shape and configuration of the lumbar region of the human body, which further enhances the orthopedic component of the backpack.

The design of the proposed double-sided backpack allows you to distribute the weight load on the shoulders and lumbar-pelvic region carrying the load, thereby providing increased operational comfort of this backpack.

Of particular interest is such a structural and operational feature of a double-sided backpack as its modularity. It allows you to create a set of cargo modules in accordance with the intended field of operation and carry out operational configuration depending on the requirements determined by the current task.

For example, the Army option, which will contain a set of cargo modules, special equipment and weapons modules, armor protection modules, which allows you to equip a fighter for standard situations and specialized tasks, such as marching, assault, reconnaissance and sabotage, for specialized tasks of a signalman, intelligence chemist sapper and others.

Other variants of thematic sets of modules are possible, for example, such as Dachno-Gorodsky: a large-capacity shoulder-mounted cargo module and a medium-sized chest cargo module for trips to the cottage and for shopping; a medium-sized shoulder-mounted cargo module and a small-volume chest module with a folding platform for the tablet, designed for walking and attending cultural and entertainment events. Sports and tourist, containing a set of shoulder and chest cargo modules of various sizes, a tent module, a chest navigation module (compass, GPS navigator, communications), a first-aid kit module. A universal option containing the above modules is possible, which allows you to assemble a backpack of the desired configuration in accordance with the required current operational requirements.

Example. The feasibility of the practical implementation of the proposed two-sided modular configurable backpack was tested by manufacturing a full-sized 1: 1 scale, working, demonstration concept layout of a two-sided modular backpack. Velcro was used as a unit for fixing cargo modules. In FIG. 4a, a general view of the backpack is presented. In FIG. 4b shows a backpack with a chest cargo module unfastened on the right side; in this position, putting on and removing a backpack is carried out. The ability to unfasten the chest module from either side provides equally comfortable operation of the backpack for both right-handed and left-handed people.

1.
