SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be used for administration of patient's natural needs. That is ensured by attaching the diaper in the following way. Upper part of the diaper is placed under the patient, its lower part is inserted between the legs, the patient's abdomen is covered with it, covered with wings of the diaper of the upper part of the patient's sides. Fastening tapes of cotton fabric with width of 90–70 mm and length of 1,200–700 mm are attached instead of wings of upper part of diaper. Instead of wings of lower part of diaper, loop is made. When installing the diaper, its upper part is placed with fastening ribbons for the patient, the diaphragm bottom part with a loop between the legs is inserted, it is brought into the patient's abdomen.
