SUBSTANCE: device includes a base, a control member, water supply valves, a washing liquid supply device, a client chair, a clean water tank, a waste container, a detergent container mounted on the base, detergent supply pump, water supply pump, rectifier, self-contained power supply. Device comprises washing nozzle in form of mask with device for adjusting size and fixation in face, check valves, mechanical pressure regulator, splash-proof screen, wherein the clean water tank is made heat-insulated and is equipped with a water heater. Seat is equipped with height adjustment elements, angle of installation and fixation in preset position. Water heater is equipped with a temperature regulator. Base is equipped with wheels, providing movement of device within premises of hair salon. Input of rectifier device is connected to household electric mains, and output – to inputs of water supply pump and detergent supply pump, made on base of DC motors, connected through rectifier to household electric mains or to accumulator battery. Detergent nozzle is made in the form of a mask and is equipped with holes and a splash-proof screen; the detergent supply pump is batched.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for use in hairdressing salons and in household conditions for beard washing before cutting or after cutting, as well as for hydromassage of face.

Description

The claimed invention relates to devices for sanitary equipment and is intended for use in hairdressing salons and in domestic conditions for washing a beard before shearing and after shearing and for face hydromassage.

Known methods and devices for washing, providing water and detergent to a given area of the body and equipped with temperature and water pressure regulators, a drain device [1. RU 2022515 dated 09/04/1991; 2. RU 2655144 from 12/10/2015; 3. RU 147274 from 07.29.2014; 4. RU 2479300 from 08.22.2011].

Closest to the claimed invention is a complex for washing the hair according to patent RU 2022515 from 09/04/1991, containing a base, a lifting device, actuating engines, a water supply device associated with a central water supply system, a control, water supply taps, a washing liquid supply device.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to isolated (without affecting other parts of the body and head) washing the beard and the inability to hydromassage the face in a hairdresser; non-autonomy of use due to the need for communication with the central water supply and sanitation system.

The objective of the invention is to provide an isolated and autonomous beard washing and face hydromassage in hairdressing salons and living conditions; the independence of the application of the proposed device from communication with the central water supply and sanitation system.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that a washing chair for a client, a clean water tank, a drain tank, a detergent tank installed on base, detergent pump, water pump, rectifier, self-contained power supply (rechargeable battery), mask-shaped cleaning nozzle with face size adjustment and fixation device, reverse valves s, a mechanical pressure regulator, a splash shield, while the clean water tank is thermally insulated and equipped with a water heater, the chair is equipped with height adjustment, installation angle and fixing elements in the set position, the water heater is equipped with a temperature controller, the base is equipped with wheels to allow the device to be moved within the room hairdresser's salon, the input of the rectifier device is connected to the household electrical network, and the output of the rectifier device is connected to the inputs of the hearth pump water and a detergent supply pump, made on the basis of direct current motors and equipped with electric wires for connecting through a rectifier to a household electrical network or to a battery, the washing nozzle is made in the form of a mask, ensures fit to the lower part of the face and is equipped with holes (nozzles or nozzles), providing direction of water jets to the hairline and / or skin of the face, and a splash shield; the detergent pump is dosing.

The proposed device includes the following functional elements (see Fig. 1-3): 1 - base, equipped with wheels; 2 - sewage tank; 3 - electric heater with a temperature regulator (TEN) of a tank with clean water 4; 5 - detergent supply pump; 6 - check valves of the detergent supply line and the water supply line; 7 - mechanical pressure regulator; 8 - drain sink; 9 - washing nozzle in the form of a mask; 10 - device for adjusting and fixing the mask (swivel bracket); 11 - sink drain hole (siphon); 12 - a container with detergent; 13 - pump for supplying water; 14 - power source; 15 - splash shield; 16 - openings (nozzles or nozzles) for supplying detergent solution and rinse water, while on the base of the platform there is a chair for the client and three containers: a tank with clean water, a waste tank, a container with detergent and a sink mounted on a rack; the power supply includes a rectifier connected to the household power supply and a battery providing power to the water and detergent pumps at the request of the user or in the absence of mains voltage.

The inventive device operates as follows. The metering pump 5 and the rinse pump 13 when turned on, respectively, supply detergent from the tank 12 and supply water from the tank 4 through the check valves 6 to the washing nozzle 9. The water supply system consists of a heat-insulated tank 4 with adjustable heating of the water using TENA with a temperature regulator 3, a check valve system 6, a metering pump 5, a rinse pump 13, connecting hoses (not shown in figures 1-3), a sink 8 and a mask 9 mounted on a hinge bracket with an adjustment and fixing device 10. Built-in metering pump 5 supplies the detergent from the reservoir 12 into the mask 9 fitted splash- screen 15. Water with means for washing the mask 9 is supplied through the holes 16 at a predetermined portion of beards and face. The metering pump 5 is equipped with a timer (not shown in figures 1 - 3). After a certain exposure time, the rinse pump 12 is turned on for the detergent supply. The used water flows through a siphon to the drain tank 2. The mechanical pressure regulator 7 is designed to adjust the pressure in the pipeline supplying water and detergent for washing the beard, rinsing and hydromassage of the face.

There may be several options for controlling the device, for example: manual, using switches; automatic, with the introduction of a controller that performs programmed functions.

Installation can work both from the built-in rechargeable battery, and from the household power supply network.

The technical result consists in providing autonomous washing of the beard and hydromassage of the face in hairdressing salons and living conditions, regardless of the use of the proposed device on communication with the central water supply and sanitation system.

A device for washing a beard, including a base, a control body, water supply taps, a washing liquid supply device, characterized in that a client chair, a clean water tank, a waste tank, a detergent container installed on it are inserted base, detergent pump, water pump, mechanical pressure regulator, rectifier, self-contained power supply, mask-shaped cleaning nozzle with device for adjusting the size and fixing of the client’s face, reverse valves s, a splash shield, while the clean water tank is thermally insulated and equipped with a water heater and temperature regulator, the chair is equipped with height adjustment, installation angle and fixing elements in the set position, the base is equipped with wheels to enable the device to be moved within the premises of the hairdressing salon, the input of the rectifier device connected to the household electrical network, and the output of the rectifier device is connected to the inputs of the water supply pump and detergent supply pump, the washing nozzle in the shape of the mask ensures fit to the lower part of the face and is equipped with holes in the form of nozzles or nozzles and a splash shield, the detergent pump is dosed. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pump and the water heater equipped with a thermostat are installed in a tank with clean water. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanical pressure regulator is installed in the pipeline, through which the detergent and water are supplied to the washing nozzle in the form of a mask for rinsing and hydromassage of the face. 4. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that the washing nozzle in the form of a mask is equipped with nozzles that ensure the direction of water jets on the hairline and on the skin of the face. 5. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that the mask of the washing nozzle is equipped with nozzles that ensure the direction of water jets on the hairline and on the skin of the face under higher pressure. 6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the water supply and detergent supply pumps are electric based on DC motors and equipped with electric wires for connecting through a rectifier device to a household electrical network or directly to the battery.
