Description

The present invention relates to hygiene products, and can be used for brushing teeth and treating the oral cavity for hygienic, prophylactic, as well as therapeutic purposes.
Known a toothbrush containing a handle with a detachable working body containing many tufts of bristles and a camera with toothpaste, made in the form of a tube, removably mounted on a working body (see RF patent No. 2156101, IPC АВВ 9/04 publ. 09/20/2000) .
A disadvantage of the known toothbrush is the irrational use of toothpaste, since the entire volume of the toothpaste when squeezed out of the tube is simultaneously supplied to the tufts of bristles. As a result, in the process of brushing your teeth, most of the toothpaste is smeared in the mouth, and does not concentrate on the contact between the bristles and the teeth. In addition, with such a supply of toothpaste to the tufts of bristles, it is immediately contaminated by particles coming from the teeth and oral cavity.
A disadvantage of the known toothbrush is also that the upper surface of the working body is smooth, which does not allow for effective cleaning and massage of soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Also known is a toothbrush comprising a handle, a head with a processing part containing a plurality of bristle tufts, at least one ball applicator, the handle and the head being made with an internal chamber containing an oral care substance, and a ball applicator installed in the head with the possibility of rotation and the supply of substances for the care of the oral cavity from the inner chamber (see RF patent No. 2,549,306, IPC AB46/11, publ. 04/27/2015).
Known toothbrush allows you to rationally use the substance to care for the oral cavity, as well as effectively carry out cleaning and massage of soft tissues of the oral cavity.
A disadvantage of the known toothbrush is that it has a chamber for storing oral care substances of significant dimensions and a piston disposed therein, which complicates the design of the toothbrush and its ease of use.
In addition, in the channels of the chamber of the toothbrush in communication with the processing part, solidification of the oral care substance during storage is not excluded.
All these shortcomings reduce the functional and consumer properties of the toothbrush.
A toothbrush is also known, comprising a handle and a head connected to it, the head having a processing part that contains a plurality of bristles extending from it and, open from the toothbrushing elements, a cavity for accommodating an expendable means containing an oral care substance (see RF patent №2325830, IPC А46В 9/04, publ. 06/10/2008).
In a known toothbrush, the consumable is in the form of a capsule having a shell that is easily torn when it touches the teeth and the tissue of the oral cavity or dissolves when mixed with the saliva of the user.
A disadvantage of the known toothbrush is that when using a consumable made in the form of a capsule, the entire volume of the substance for caring for the oral cavity, when the capsule shell is destroyed, is supplied to the toothbrushing elements, and in the process of brushing the teeth it is immediately contaminated by particles coming from the teeth and cavity the mouth.
In addition, after the destruction of the capsule shell, the film material of its walls remains on the processing part and / or the oral cavity, which makes its use unpleasant for consumers, and thereby reduces the functional and consumer properties of the toothbrush.
Also, during the cleaning process, most of the oral care substance usually slides off the toothbrushing elements made in the form of tufts of bristles and is removed from the place of contact of the bristles with the teeth. As a result, the oral care substance is smeared in the mouth, while the effectiveness of the treatment of the oral cavity and the cleaning process is reduced.
Another disadvantage of the known toothbrush is that the upper surface of the head does not have cleaning elements, which does not allow for effective cleaning and massage of soft tissues of the oral cavity.
In addition, this toothbrush prophylactically and hygienically does not meet many requirements, since it does not have antibacterial properties that prevent the spread and multiplication of microorganisms on the surface of the capsule during its storage, and also does not allow the effective destruction of pathogenic microflora in the oral cavity when using a toothbrush brushes.
All these shortcomings reduce the functional, consumer and sanitary properties of the toothbrush.
The closest in technical essence is a toothbrush containing a handle and a head connected to it, while the head has a processing part, which contains a lot of tooth-cleaning elements extending from it and, a cavity open to the expendable means, open from the upper surface of the head and tooth-cleaning elements, containing substance for the care of the oral cavity (see RF patent No. 2 504 315, IPC A46B 11/00, publ. 01.20.2014).
A disadvantage of the known toothbrush is that the entire volume of an oral care substance, when a consumable is destroyed, made in the form of a capsule consisting of a shell and an oral care substance placed therein, is supplied to the toothbrushing elements and the upper surface heads, and as a result of this, in the process of brushing your teeth and oral cavity it is simultaneously contaminated with particles coming from the teeth and oral cavity.
In addition, after mechanical destruction of the expendable agent, the film material of its walls remains on the processing part and / or in the oral cavity, which makes its use unpleasant for consumers, and thereby reduces the functional and consumer properties of the toothbrush
Also, during the cleaning process, most of the oral care substance usually slides off the toothbrushing elements and moves away from the point of contact of the toothbrushing elements with the teeth. As a result, the effectiveness of using the oral care substance and the oral treatment process is reduced.
In addition, this toothbrush prophylactically and hygienically does not meet many requirements, since it does not have antibacterial properties that prevent the spread and multiplication of microorganisms on the surface of the capsule during storage, and also does not allow to effectively destroy pathogenic microflora in the oral cavity when using a toothbrush .
All these shortcomings reduce the functional, consumer and sanitary properties of the toothbrush.
The problem to which this invention is directed, is the elimination of these disadvantages.
The technical result from the use of the invention is:

The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the toothbrush containing the handle and the head connected to it, the head has a machining part that contains a plurality of tooth-cleaning elements extending from it and open from the side of the upper surface of the head and tooth-cleaning elements, a cavity for accommodating expendable means containing the substance for caring for the oral cavity, according to the invention, the processing part is made in the form of blocks with many toothbrushing elements and is removably placed in the head, strips To accommodate the expendable means, it is formed by open recesses made in the head and block, the expendable means is made in the form of a cartridge containing a container and an oral care substance placed therein, while the container is made in the form of two, detachable or integral, connected into one the whole and forming the cavity of the hemispheres made with holes evenly or not distributed on the surface of the hemispheres, and the substance for caring for the oral cavity is made either in the form of a water-soluble solid composition or in the form of a flowable composition, encapsulated in a water soluble film except that the cartridge is disposed in a cavity formed formed in the head and block open recesses rotatably and feeding care substance to the oral cavity through the container opening at the same time on tooth cleaning elements and the upper surface of the head.
In addition, the cavity for accommodating the cartridge is made spherical in shape.
In addition, the head is made with a place to hold the pads.
In addition, the outer surface of the container is either smooth or made with bulges, with holes placed between the bulges.
In addition, the upper surface of the head is preferably dome-shaped and provided with a soft tissue cleaner.
In addition, the toothbrushing elements are made of polymer fibers or elastic materials and are arranged either stepwise, or at an angle or radius, with a decrease in the height of the toothbrushing elements from the periphery to the center of the head, approximately to the level of the protruding part of the container.
In addition, the container is made of rigid polymeric materials, such as polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS plastic or any other of the well-known thermoplastics, mainly used in the manufacture of toothbrushes.
In addition, the container is additionally equipped with an antibacterial agent dispersed in the material of the container or deposited on the inner surface, or on its outer and inner surfaces, while silver nanoparticles and / or silver ions are used as an antibacterial agent.
