Abstract
Description
При смещении центра тяжести конькобежца вперед (нарушении равновесия) подвижный рычаг (4) и соответственно ролик (6) имеет возможность также сместиться вперед, перемещая точку опоры навстречу возможному падению.(according to item 1) A skating device is proposed, which allows to maintain balance when riding on one roller, which means that if there is an imbalance, the design allows the roller axis (7) to be moved in the direction of the skater's shifted center of gravity, characterized by the roller axis ( 7) is placed on the movable lever (4), which has the ability to make oscillatory movements relative to the lower leg of the skater. In the text of the formula and at the beginning of the description, references are made to FIG. 2. and FIG. 3. The figure shows the kinematic scheme of the construction under discussion in the initial position and in the position when the foot of the foot is somewhat turned in the downward direction - under itself. In conventional roller skates, the rollers are fixed directly to the boot body. In this device, the roller (6), rotating on the axis (7), as can be seen from the figure, is located at the end of the movable lever (4). When the skater's center of gravity moves forward (out of balance), the movable lever (4) and, accordingly, the roller (6) can also move forward by moving the fulcrum towards a possible fall.
Нижняя часть чулка не заходит на пальцы и пятку, но охватывает подошву, ограничивая возможное перемещение чехла вверх под действием силы реакции опоры.(according to p. 2) The next difference of the proposed device is that the movable lever (4) is mounted on a hard case (3), covering the shin, and the axis of the lever (5) is fixed relative to the shin. This case is worn on the leg in the form of a stocking and is held with the help of lacing, velcro or zipper. The side surfaces of this cover are sufficiently rigid so that the axis (5) of the movable lever (4) attached to them remains stationary and serves as a support for the ridge. The bottom of the stocking does not go on the toes and heel, but covers the sole, limiting the possible movement of the cover up under the action of the reaction force of the support.
На голеностопный сустав в основном возлагается функция поддержания равновесия.(according to item 3) The next difference of the proposed device is that the weight of the body fully rests on the cover (3), and through it and through the movable lever (4) on the roller (6), and the lightweight boot (1) supports the foot and not designed to perceive the load from the weight and lateral tilt of the body of the skater. In a conventional roller skate design, the support reaction is transmitted to the skate frame and through it to the skater's foot, which is tight with a boot. The load when driving, especially on high rollers, imposes serious requirements on the stability of the ankle, and require a long workout. In this design, the load is directly transferred to a more powerful knee joint, which makes the ride more comfortable. The balance function is mainly assigned to the ankle joint.
(11).(according to claim 4) The next difference of the proposed device is that the boot (1), mounted on the frame (8), is used to drive the movable lever (4). A light boot (1) is attached to the foot, fixed on a certain structure or frame (8), which perceives the rotational movements of the foot and transfers them to the axis (11), which is placed on the upper part of the frame (8). With a slight inclination of the foot down below the frame arm (8), this rotational movement transforms into a fairly significant linear movement of the axis (11).
Чтобы компенсировать это смещение потребовался короткий промежуточный рычаг (9), имеющий оси (10 и 11).(according to item 5) The next difference of the proposed device is that the moving lever (4) is driven via an intermediate lever (9) fixed on the moving lever (4) and frame (8) using axes (11 and 10), respectively. The frame (8) essentially turns around the ankle joint (2) and its axis (11), in addition to linear movement, is also subject to radial displacement. To compensate for this shift, a short intermediate lever (9) was required, having axes (10 and 11).
Выбирая положение осей (10, 11) на рычагах, можно подобрать наиболее удобную амплитуду колебания подвижного рычага (4) в зависимости от угла разворота стопы.(according to item 6) The next difference of the proposed device is that the position of the axes (10 and 11) on the respective levers is chosen in such a way that when the foot turns down, the video (6) moves forward forward and the video turns forward (when 6) moves backwards. Choosing the position of the axes (10, 11) on the levers, you can choose the most convenient amplitude of oscillation of the movable lever (4) depending on the angle of rotation of the foot.
In its extreme positions, the roller (6) touches the brake plates (12). Smooth touch leads to braking, and clamped rollers allow you to move in steps. The figures show a double roller design, it implements a lower and more stable fit. When the movable lever (4) is lengthened or its swing amplitude decreases, a more compact design with one roller (6) moving under the center line of the foot is possible, which does not contradict the kinematic scheme shown in the figures.
Skates on one roller do not get spread because it is very difficult to keep balance on them: with a slight deviation of the center of gravity from the fulcrum point, the roller quickly rolls out from under the skater. The change in the design of the ridge, which allows the axis on which the roller is placed to move along the foot, facilitates the maintenance of balance on such skates.
Consider the task of maintaining the balance of the body, whose center of gravity is above the fulcrum, on an absolutely smooth surface. At each moment, gravity is counteracted by a support reaction that is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. In the event of an imbalance, the directions of action of these forces do not coincide, and a moment appears, unfolding the whole body or pushing the fulcrum, if it is mobile. To restore balance, it is necessary to shift the pivot point to a position beyond the point of intersection of the gravity vector with the pivot plane. Then there will be a moment of forces acting on the mass in the opposite direction and restoring equilibrium. Since the surface is smooth, the moments of force necessary to maintain a balance between the position of the center of gravity of the body and the point of support are “borrowed” at the moment of inertia of the body.
FIG. 1 shows how the reaction of the support R interacts with the mass of the skater when the foot turns for ice and roller skates. It is assumed that the center of gravity of the skater has moved forward, and it is necessary to make a corrective action. In both cases, a reversal of the foot in a downward direction dictated by the natural reaction of a person is performed - for example, 10 degrees relative to the axis of the ankle joint XX. The figure shows that in the first case, the pivot point moves forward, and the reaction force R2 is aimed at returning the state of equilibrium. In the case of roller skates, the pivot point shifts in the opposite direction, which only aggravates the imbalance of the system. This means that if a skater wants to learn to maintain balance on ordinary roller skates with one roller, he must work out and fix the reaction of turning the foot forward - upward at the beginning of the fall forward, and vice versa. As practice shows, it is possible, but completely unnatural, causes rejection and is unacceptable for the mass user. Nature has too firmly implanted in each of us a block of reflex responses of the musculoskeletal system to the loss of balance.
Thus, in order for a skater to switch to single-roller skates, he could use his previous skills to maintain balance on the ice, when he starts falling forward and the corresponding instinctive turn of the foot down - the roller of the skate must move forward. The movement of the foot in the opposite direction should lead to the movement of the support roller back. This can be achieved using different designs, the simplest of which is presented in this application.
