Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to methods for manufacturing highly filled powder dispersed ferrite filler (with particle sizes from 1 to 100 microns) of epoxy compounds with magnetic properties suitable for complex machining, in particular for creating ferromagnetic cores for electronic circuits or their components.
Epoxy compounds are widely used in the electrical, radio-electronic industry, aircraft, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, due to their good electrical insulation properties and a wide range of operating temperatures. The use of functional fillers in the compositions of epoxy compounds allows to increase the range of operational characteristics necessary for the use of this compound in a specific field of technology. However, with the introduction of a large number of fillers (more than 500 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of epoxy resin) in the form of dispersed particles with sizes from 1 to 100 μm into the oligomeric liquid binder, filler agglomerates, as a rule, due to a sharp increase in viscosity and decreased wetting ability. To reduce the viscosity and increase the wetting ability of the liquid binder, the temperature of the components is traditionally used, as well as the introduction of solvents and inert plasticizers. However, solvents must be removed before curing the compound, as their presence in the cured compound leads to the formation of gas cavities and a decrease in the strength of the material. Moreover, they are easily volatile, which limits the possibility of using high temperature during the processing of the compound. In the case of the introduction of an inert plasticizer, it is also possible to increase the plasticity of the compound, however, the absence of a chemical bond with the epoxy matrix can lead to desorption of the plasticizer during high-temperature operation of the cured product.
Known hardening composition of the compound with a plasticizer, the preparation of which includes the introduction of a heated filler and mixing the composition with a hardener. Patent of Ukraine No. 60690, IPC С03С 8/24, 10/15/2003. A disadvantage of the known composition is the increased amount of plasticizer in the total mass of the hardening composition, which determines the decrease in the mechanical strength of the finished product after curing of the composition.
The known composition of the compound, including the introduction into the epoxy resin of a plasticizer (8-12% by weight of the epoxy resin), solvent (25-35% by weight of the epoxy resin), heated mineral filler (75-125% by weight of the epoxy resin) and hardener (15 -30% by weight of the epoxy resin) with preliminary mixing of the epoxy resin, plasticizer and solvent, and then mixing the components to achieve uniformity. RF patent No. 2461598, IPC С09С 3/10, C09D 5/34, C08L 63/00, 09/20/2012. This composition is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the fact that there is a need to remove the solvent from the composition of the compound, and in order to achieve complete removal of the solvent, high temperature exposure (up to 80 ° C) is required for a long time. Also, the absence of a chemical bond between the plasticizer and the epoxy matrix can lead to diffusion of the plasticizer from the volume of the compound into the environment (especially at high temperature), which leads to a significant deterioration in the operational properties of the cured material.
The objective of the invention is the manufacture of epoxy compounds with uniformly dispersed dispersed filler without additional solvent.
The technical result is to improve the operational properties of the cured material.
ч.:The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a highly filled molding epoxy-ferrite compound containing an epoxy Dianova resin, an inert plasticizer, a ferrite filler, an amine hardener of the PEPA type, an active diluent monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve Laproxene 301 with the following components is used as an inert plasticizer. hours:
Replacing the inert plasticizer of the oligoester acrylate MGF-9 with a low-viscosity active diluent butyl cellosolve monoglycidyl ether Laproxide 301B allows to reduce the viscosity of the polymer binder relative to the prototype 2.5 times (at 60 ° C from 130 to 50 cPs), 3 times (at 25 ° C from 3100 up to 1000 cPs) and exclude solvent from the compound, i.e. low viscosity of the polymer binder compound is provided by the same component as its ductility.
This type of active diluent increases the wettability of the filler surface, which, combined with a decrease in the viscosity of the polymer binder, allows for a more uniform distribution of the filler in the polymer matrix. Since epoxy groups are present in the active diluent, it is necessary to increase the amount of hardener in proportion to the number of these groups. This also increases the thermal and chemical resistance of the compound by reducing the diffusion of the plasticizer from the volume of the cured compound, because the active diluent is chemically bonded to the epoxy matrix. The present invention solves the problem of manufacturing epoxy compounds with uniformly dispersed dispersed filler without additional solvent, which improves the operational properties of the cured material.
120°C.The manufacture of a highly filled molding epoxy-ferrite compound includes the formation of a hardening composition with a plasticizer, the introduction of a heated filler of 500-600 parts by weight and mixing the composition with an amine hardener of 24 wt. including the formation of a hardening composition is carried out by mixing a heated epoxy resin 100 wt. including an active diluent, while all components except the hardener are heated to a temperature of 110 ± 10 ° C and mixed thoroughly, and the suspension is cooled to a temperature of 25 ± 10 ° C, then an amine-type hardener of PEPA is introduced and mixed thoroughly. The resulting molding material is placed in a special mold and secured in a rotational molding machine. Depending on the degree of filling of the compound and the dispersion of the filler, the duration of rotational molding can vary, but not less than 15 minutes. Curing is carried out at a temperature of 110 ± 10 ° C in a rotational molding unit, and the curing of the compound is carried out in a temperature control cabinet in a stepwise mode with a temperature increase from 60 to 120 ° C.
The proposed technical solution allows you to create a compound with a low initial viscosity, which solves the problem of manufacturing epoxy compounds with a uniformly distributed dispersed filler, and also provides good retention of properties due to the chemical bonding of the plasticizer with the epoxy matrix. The result is a highly filled epoxy-ferrite compound with magnetic properties and suitable for complex machining, as has a sufficient degree of plasticity. The low viscosity of the polymer matrix and the absence of solvent can improve the operational properties of filled epoxy compounds and solve the problem of manufacturing epoxy compounds with a uniformly dispersed dispersed filler.
