Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the operation of oil wells with sucker rod pump installations, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities. Method comprises the descent on the pump rods sucker rod pump consisting of a cylinder with a plunger, suction and discharge valves, and the rise of reservoir fluid when the plunger moves up due to the lifting of the pump rods by the head of the balance of the pumping unit. Equipment is installed in wells with a production string diameter of at least 114 mm, with a slope relative to the vertical of no more than 30°. Structure consisting of two concentrically arranged outer and inner tubing columns is attached to the bottom of the pump cylinder. Block with a suction valve is attached to the inner column. On the same side, the outer column is attached to the pump cylinder via a coupling. On the opposite side of the outer and inner columns are interconnected so that the liquid can pass into the inner column. Outer tubing string is made with a diameter of at least 73 mm and a length of not more than 10 m, and the internal one with a smaller diameter. Space between the outer and inner columns is a drive. When the pump plunger moves upward, the discharge valve in the plunger closes. At the same time, the suction valve opens. Through the internal column of tubing and open suction valve, the reservoir fluid enters the inside of the pump cylinder and the reservoir. Mechanical impurities are deposited in the accumulator under the action of gravity. When the rocker head moves down, the pump rods push the plunger down. Suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens. Inside the cylinder enters the reservoir fluid, in which there are no large mechanical impurities, settled earlier in the drive.

Description

The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the operation of oil wells with installations of sucker rod pumps complicated by the removal of solids.
A well-known sucker-rod pump, which contains a cylinder and a movable hollow plunger located in it, made of an elastic material, a valve-rod, the lower part of which is made in the form of a cone, responding to the conical end of the lower part of the elastic sleeve, which performs two functions at once - the discharge valve and provides the possibility of axial movement during the course of the elastic bushings up and down. The valve stem is attached to the pump rod using a transfer sleeve, the contact profile of which is made reciprocal profile of the conical end of the upper part of the elastic sleeve. A conical thickening was performed, located above the contact profile of the valve stem and elastic sleeve. The tightness between the elastic bushings and the pump cylinder is ensured by the pressure of the liquid column on the inner walls of the elastic bushings. Thus, the expanding sleeves, expanding, fit snugly against the inner walls of the cylinder, which completely eliminates the passage of the pumped liquid, and with it the abrasive particles between the elastic sleeves and the cylinder (RF patent No. 2166128, class F04B 47/00, F04B 53/14 published on April 27, 2001).
The closest in technical essence to the proposed method is a borehole sucker rod pump containing a cylinder and a hollow plunger installed in it with the formation of an annular gap; holes are made in the plunger body for connecting the cavity inside the plunger and, accordingly, the pump discharge zone with the gap between the cylinder walls and the plunger. In the known invention, the area of all holes exceeds the area of the annular gap between the walls of the plunger and the cylinder, and a screw-shaped scraper is installed in the cavity of the plunger, while the excess of the area of all holes relative to the area of the annular gap between the walls of the plunger and the cylinder is 25-30% (RF patent No. 2295651, CL F04B 47/00, published March 20, 2007 - prototype).
Known inventions can reduce the ingress of mechanical impurities between the moving elements of the pump by reducing the clearance or use of fluid. However, a common drawback is that mechanical impurities do not disappear anywhere, with each new stroke of the plunger these particles become larger, they accumulate in the pump, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the technical solutions proposed in the known inventions and, consequently, breakdown of the pump and decrease in the overhaul period.
The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing the overhaul period of the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities.
The problem is solved in that in the method of operating the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities, including equipping the well with a sucker rod pump, lowered on sucker rods, consisting of a cylinder and a plunger installed in it, suction and discharge valves, raising the reservoir fluid when the plunger moves up behind due to the lifting of the sucker rods by the head of the rocker of the rocking machine, according to the invention, the equipment is installed in wells with a production string diameter of not less than 114 mm in it, having a slope relative to the vertical of no more than 30º, a structure is attached to the bottom of the pump cylinder, which is two concentrically arranged outer and inner tubing columns, and the unit with a suction valve is mounted on the inner column, on the same side the outer the column is attached to the pump cylinder through a coupling; on the opposite side, the outer and inner columns are interconnected so that liquid can pass into the inner column, but not into the annular the gap between these columns, the outer column of tubing is performed with a diameter of not less than 73 mm and a length of not more than 10 m, and the inner one is of smaller diameter, the space between the outer and inner columns is a drive, when the pump plunger moves up, it is available in the plunger the discharge valve is closed, at the same time, the suction valve opens, through the inner column of the tubing and the open suction valve, the formation fluid enters the pump cylinder and the reservoir, at the same time, sedimentation of mechanical impurities under the influence of gravity occurs in the drive, when the rocker head of the rocking machine is moving down, the sucker rods push the plunger down, the suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens, while the reservoir fluid flows into the cylinder, in which there are no large mechanical impurities previously settled in the drive.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The well overhaul period is significantly affected by the efficiency of the equipment installed in the well. In the presence of mechanical impurities in the fluid entering the well, the overhaul period is significantly reduced due to the negative impact on the pumping equipment. To reduce the harmful effects, various filters, gaskets are used, plungers of a certain design are performed. However, these technical solutions can reduce the effect of mechanical particles in a liquid only for the first short time. Thus, existing technical solutions do not fully allow to increase the well overhaul period. The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing the overhaul period of the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities. The problem is solved as follows.
The drawing shows a schematic illustration of a pump and pipe strings in a well. Designations: 1 - production string, 2 - sucker rod string, 3 - pump cylinder, 4 - pump plunger, 5 - suction valve, 6 - pressure valve, 7 - outer tubing string, 8 - tubing inner string , 9 - coupling, 10 - drive for settling of mechanical impurities, 11 - mechanical particles settled in the drive 10.
The method is implemented as follows.
A well is selected, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities, the diameter of production casing 1 in which is at least 114 mm and has a slope relative to the vertical of no more than 30º. The well is equipped with a sucker rod pump installation. The pump is lowered on the column of sucker rods 2. The pump consists of a cylinder 3 and a plunger 4 installed in it, a suction 5 and a discharge 6 valves (see drawing).
To the bottom of the cylinder 3 of the pump is attached a structure consisting of two concentrically arranged outer 7 and inner 8 columns of tubing, and the block with a suction valve 5 is attached to the inner column 8. On the same side, the outer column 7 is attached to the cylinder 3 of the pump through the coupling 9. On the opposite side, the outer 7 and inner 8 columns are interconnected so that the liquid can pass into the inner 8 column, but not into the annular space 10 between these columns 7 and 8. The outer Column 7 tubing operate diameter not less than 73 mm and not longer than 10 m, and inner 8 - smaller diameter. The annular space between the outer 7 and the inner 8 columns is a drive 10.
According to calculations, when the diameter of the production string 1 is less than 114 mm, there is no technical possibility of lowering the structure from the outer 7 and inner 8 columns of tubing. When the production string, and, accordingly, the accumulator 10 is tilted relative to the vertical more than 30º, the efficiency of the method is significantly reduced due to a decrease in the volume of mechanical particles that can settle in the accumulator 10. When the diameter of the outer 7 column of tubing is less than 73 mm, the volume of the accumulator 10 is significantly reduced due to the need to lower the inner 8 tubing string. In addition, when the length of the outer 7 column tubing is more than 10 m, there is a need to connect several pipes, which reduces the possibility of tripping.
When lifting the string of pump rods 2 with the head of the balancer of the pumping unit, the plunger 4 of the pump moves up. The discharge valve 6 in the plunger 4 closes. At the same time, the suction valve 5 opens. Through the inner column 8 of the tubing and the open suction valve 5, the formation fluid enters the cylinder 3 of the pump. Due to the fact that from the side of the suction valve 5 there is an annular space between the outer 7 and inner 8 pipe columns, the liquid enters the accumulator 10, in which sedimentation of mechanical impurities 11 under the influence of gravity occurs.
When the head of the balancer of the rocking machine moves down, the sucker rods 2 push the plunger 4 down. The suction valve 5 closes and the discharge valve 6 opens. At the same time, reservoir fluid enters the cylinder 3, in which there are no large mechanical impurities deposited previously in the accumulator 10.
The wells are operated until the reservoir 10 is filled with mechanical particles, after which they carry out tripping operations, clean the reservoir 10 and re-launch into production casing 1.
The result of the implementation of this method is to increase the overhaul period of the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities.
An example of a specific implementation of the method.
A well operating a terrigenous reservoir is characterized by a low overhaul period of 80 days. due to the presence of mechanical impurities in the selected fluid. The well pump is clogged with small particles of sand, which leads to its breakdown. The diameter of the production casing is 114 mm and has a slope relative to the vertical of 30º. The well is equipped with an installation of a sucker rod pump lowered on the sucker rod string 2 (see drawing) in a tubing string with a diameter of 60 mm.
Conduct hoisting operations. Raise the pump. The pump consists of a cylinder 3 and a plunger 4 installed therein, a suction 5 and a discharge 6 valves. The outer Column 7 tubing operate diameter 73 mm and length of 10 m and an inner diameter of 8 to 48 mm. The annular space between the outer 7 and the inner 8 columns is a reservoir 10. The pump with the reservoir is lowered into the well.
When lifting the string of pump rods 2 with the head of the balancer of the pumping unit, the plunger 4 of the pump moves up. The discharge valve 6 in the plunger 4 closes. At the same time, the suction valve 5 opens. Through the inner column 8 of the tubing and the open suction valve 5, the formation fluid enters the cylinder 3 of the pump and into the reservoir 10, in which sediment 11 undergoes gravity.
The wells are operated until the reservoir is filled with 10 mechanical particles for 190 days. Next, they carry out hoisting operations, clean the drive 10 and re-lower it into production casing 1. The well is put into production.
Thus, the proposed method allows to increase the overhaul period of the well from 80 days. up to 190 days According to the prototype, ceteris paribus, the overhaul period of the well increases from 80 days. up to 140 days The increase in the overhaul period of the proposed method is 50 days.
The proposed method allows to increase the overhaul period of the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities due to the use of a drive of mechanical particles that settle from the selected reservoir fluid due to gravity.
The application of the proposed method will solve the problem of increasing the overhaul period of the well, complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities.
