Abstract

FIELD: mechanized production of oil; sucker-rod pumps for production of viscous, high-viscous and light oils.
SUBSTANCE: proposed sucker-rod pump has cylinder, upper and lower moving hollow plungers, suction and discharge valves and filter with holes. Upper and lower plungers have similar diameters. Pump is additionally provided with hollow rod which is located between upper and lower plungers of similar diameter. Both ends of hollow rod are connected with stem passing through cavities of upper and lower plungers by means of perforated adapters. Upper end of rod located above upper end of upper plunger and lower end of rod located below lower plunger are provided with widening cone-shaped beads forming valves with plunger ends. Lower valve is used for delivery and suction. Fitted on rod between hollow rod and upper and lower plungers are perforated washers. Washers limiting inclination of rod are mounted in center of upper and lower plungers. Upper and lower plungers are made from elastic material.
EFFECT: avoidance of hanging-up of sucker-rod string during downward motion.

Description

The invention relates to techniques for mechanized oil production, namely to sucker rod pumps, and can be used in the production of viscous, high-viscosity and light oils.
Known sucker rod pump installation, which contains columns of pump pipes and rods, sucker rod pump, consisting of a cylinder with two steps of different diameters installed one above the other, two hollow plungers interconnected, located in the cylinder with the formation of chambers of small and larger diameter, while the suction valve is placed in a small diameter plunger, a step load is placed on the lower part of the small diameter plunger, and the larger diameter plunger is also stepped (Patent RF No. 2059883, F 04 B 47/00, 1996).
But although in a known construction the supply of a small diameter plunger with a load increases the efficiency of the pump, the pumping of liquid to the surface occurs during a downward stroke, which causes the opposite direction of movement of the rod string and liquid and leads to an increase in resistance forces and the rod string to freeze, and the absence of protective elements at the reception the pump increases the possibility of pump failure due to the ingress of mechanical impurities into its cavity.
Known sucker rod pump installation containing columns of pump tubes and rods, sucker rod pump, consisting of a cylinder with one above the other steps of different diameters, two hollow plungers with suction and discharge valves, interconnected and with a load placed outside the cavity of the tubing movably located in the cylinder with the formation of working chambers of small and large diameters, moreover, the suction and discharge valves are installed in the plunger of large diameter and are made one-dimensional, and the the diameter of the large-diameter plunger between the valves communicates with the cavity formed by the cylinders of two stages using openings located between the valves, the cross-sectional area of which is greater than the cross-sectional area of the valves, while the distance from the upper end of the large-diameter plunger to the joint is equal to the stroke length of the plungers, the load is made one-dimensional in diameter and is connected with the lower part of the plunger of large diameter, and the stage of the cylinder of large diameter is equipped with a filter located coaxially with the load, with side openings whose cross-sectional area is larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge valve openings (RF Patent No. 2175402, F 04 B 47/00, 2001).
However, in the known sucker rod pump when using it, the gas contained in the oil does not make it possible to reduce the pump delivery coefficient. There is a phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving down, which leads to a break in the rods, which means that the pump performance is low, power consumption is high, consumption of reagents is high.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect are a sucker rod pump and sucker rod pump unit containing columns of pump pipes and sucker rods, and the pump contains a cylinder with steps of different diameters mounted one above the other, two hollow plungers of different diameters with suction and discharge valves interconnected and with the cargo placed outside the cavity of the tubing, and movably located in the cylinder with the formation of the working chambers of small and large diameters, moreover, the suction valve is new in a large diameter plunger, the length of the large diameter plunger step is equal to the stroke length of the plungers, the load is made one-dimensional in diameter and connected to the lower part of the large diameter plunger, the large diameter cylinder stage is equipped with a filter located coaxially with the cargo with side openings whose cross-sectional area is larger than the area the cross section of the holes of the discharge valve (RF Patent No. 2161268, F 04 B 47/00, 2002).
However, the known installation does not make it possible to ensure that the gas contained in the oil does not reduce the pump delivery coefficient, and also to prevent leakage of produced oil through the plunger bark and to eliminate the phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving downward, leading to the breakage or flap of the rods.
The present invention is the creation of a high-performance, energy-saving sucker rod pump for the production of highly viscous oil, the design of which eliminates the phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving "down".
The problem is solved in such a way that in the sucker rod pump containing the cylinder, two hollow moving plungers of the upper and lower, suction and discharge valves, a filter with holes, the upper and lower plungers are made of the same diameter and the pump is additionally equipped with a hollow rod, which is located between the upper and lower plungers of the same diameter, and the hollow rod using adapters with holes is connected at both ends with a rod that passes through the cavity of the upper and lower plungers, and the upper the end of the rod located above the upper end of the upper plunger and the lower end of the rod located below the lower plunger are made with an expanding cone-shaped thickening and form valves with the ends of the plungers, the valve formed by the lower end of the rod and the lower end of the lower plunger performs the function of forcing and suction washers with holes are installed on the rod between the hollow rod, the upper and lower plungers, and the washer-limit washers are installed inside the lower and upper plungers of the same diameter and with holes.
In an advantageous embodiment, the lower and upper plungers of the same diameter are made of elastic material.

The sucker rod pump operates as follows.
The cylinder of the pump 1 is attached using the sleeve 11 to the string of tubing 12, and the pump rod is connected using the sleeve 13 to the rod 14.
When the column string 14 down, the upper valve stem closes under the action of a liquid column inside the tubing string 12, the rod 5 goes down, the lower valve valve opens to suck in the formation fluid entering through the openings in the filter 7, which fills the space in the cylinder the pump between the plungers 2, 3, 4. The washer 9 presses on the lower plunger 3, which moves down and does not allow the washer 10 to exit the inner cavity of the plunger 3 when the rod 5 is lowered.
During the course of the string of rods 14 upward, the lower valve stem closes, the liquid in the chamber between the plungers is compressed, the top of the valve stem opens, and the liquid is pumped upward.
Using the proposed sucker rod pump will reduce energy consumption, reagent consumption. The pump is simple in execution, reliable in operation, its service life is increased.
The use of plungers made of elastic material and the stepwise arrangement of pump plungers can reduce the phenomenon of hang of the rod string during downward movement, leading to the breakage of the rods, and hydrogen sulfide corrosion of valve assemblies is eliminated, and the effect of mechanical impurities is reduced.

Claims (2)

1. A sucker rod pump comprising a pump cylinder, hollow upper and lower moving plungers, suction and discharge valves, a filter with holes, characterized in that the upper and lower plungers are made of the same diameter and the pump is additionally equipped with a hollow rod located between the upper and lower plungers of the same diameter, and the hollow rod at both ends is connected by means of adapters with holes to the rod, which passes through the cavity of the upper and lower plungers, the upper end of the rod, located above the upper end of the upper plunger, and the lower end of the rod located below the lower plunger is made with an expanding cone-shaped thickening and form valves with the ends of the plungers, the valve formed by the lower end of the rod with the lower end of the lower plunger performing the function of suction and discharge on the rod washers with holes are installed between the hollow rod and the upper and lower plungers, and rod deflection washers with holes are installed in the middle of the upper and lower plungers of the same diameter.
