Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of fish farming, in particular to the feeding of domesticated individuals of tench with artificial food.
URL: http://remona.by/system/Download/documents/000/000/005/original/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3%20%D0%9A%D0%B0%Dl%80%D0%BF.pdf). 2015. - c. 183).Known artificial food for carp spawning, including proteins 48%, fats 15%, fiber 1.2%, ash 6.3% phosphorus 1.0%, astaxanthin 40 mg / kg (see the Internet link Feed for broodstock carp. URL : http://remona.by/system/Download/documents/000/000/005/original/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0% B3% 20% D0% 9A% D0% B0% Dl% 80% D0% BF.pdf). The composition of feed for growing carp includes the following components: fish meal - up to 3%, meat and bone meal - 1%, soybean meal - 17%, sunflower meal - 30%, etc. (see pr. Ponomareva S.V., Lagutkina L. Yu. Farmer fish farming for small and medium enterprises: a textbook. - M: MORKNIGA, 2015. - p. 183).
However, this method does not sufficiently satisfy the needs of “wild” individuals when converted to artificial food due to the lack of natural food components that increase resistance to stress and pathogens, which leads to the habituation of wild fish to artificial food with stable adaptation.
интернет ссылку http://agro365.ru/razvedenie-karpa.html#poluchenie-molodi-karpa-ot-estestvennogo-neresta).The closest analogue (prototype) is artificial feed “III-9”, which includes the following components: fish meal 19%, meat and bone meal 1%, yeast feed 3%, soybean meal 20%, sunflower meal 10%, wheat 19%, dry return 2%, wheat bran 15%, premix PM - 2 in the amount of 1% (see book. Ponomareva S.V., Lagutkina L.Yu. Farm farming for small and medium enterprises: textbook - M .: MORKNIGA, 2015. - p. 183). During spawning, complementary foods are added to the feed in the form of sprouted wheat and barley grains, minced carrot on average per 100 nests, 200 kg of carrots for 5-6 days, every other day (see the Internet link http://agro365.ru/razvedenie-karpa. html # poluchenie-molodi-karpa-ot-estestvennogo-neresta).
The disadvantage of the prototype is the alternating alternation of complementary foods and a large leaching of nutrients from minced carrots, which, under artificial conditions, even with normative feeding, do not adequately satisfy the physiological needs of wild tench, which leads to a deterioration in general health, a decrease in fish mass and the ability to reproduce offspring.
The technical problem is the creation of an artificial feed formulation for the domestication of individuals of the line by adding additives of animal origin of the tubifex and bloodworms, a plant combination of amaranth with kelp, dried carrots, vitgrass, the probiotic preparation Olin (Bacillus subtilis (VKPM 10172) Bacillus licheniformis (VKPM 10135)), contributing to strengthening the immune system and the ability to reproduce offspring.
Технический результат - повышение качества корма, путем использования добавок животного происхождения трубочника и мотыля, растительного происхождения композиции амаранта с ламинарией, сушеной моркови, витграсса и пробиотического препарата Olin (Bacillus subtilis (ВКПМ 10172) Bacillus licheniformis (ВКПМ 10135)).The technical result is to improve the quality of feed by using additives of animal origin of the tubifex and bloodworms, vegetable origin of the composition of amaranth with kelp, dried carrots, vitragrass and the probiotic preparation Olin (Bacillus subtilis (VKPM 10172) Bacillus licheniformis (VKPM 10135)).
Он достигается тем, что известный корм, включающий муку рыбную, премикс, дрожжи кормовые, дополнительно содержит мотыля, трубочника, растительную композицию амаранта с ламинарией, витграсс, сушеную морковь, пробиотик при следующем соотношении компонентов, масс %:It is achieved by the fact that the well-known food, including fishmeal, premix, fodder yeast, additionally contains bloodworms, tubifex, herbal composition of amaranth with kelp, vitgrass, dried carrots, probiotic in the following ratio, wt%:
Amaranth plant composition with kelp is proposed as a biological product, which is a valuable source of high quality protein with protein content up to 17%, compared with wheat flour, 5 times more iron and 3 times more fiber, rich in lysine, fatty acids, potassium, phosphorus and tocotrientol are the most active form of vitamin E, vitamins A and C (see Internet link: URL: http://www.maslolen.ru/shop/cellulose/bran/949/), which prevents fatty liver hepatosis (see Author's abstract of dissertation of Candidate of Biological Sciences O.E. Goncharenok "Fish-biological biological systems con- cern of artificial reproduction of a tench (Tinca tinca L.) in the Kaliningrad region conditions ":. Kaliningrad, 2008 - 9), and reduces stress.
Норма внесения растительной композиции амаранта с ламинарией составила 150 г/кг (150 г на 1 кг корма).The application rate of the plant composition of amaranth with kelp was 150 g / kg (150 g per 1 kg of feed).
As a protein of animal origin, bloodworms and tubuli are used - the preferred food of an adult line. The protein content in the feed increases to 55.5%, fat - 8.5%, carbohydrates - 8.0. The rate of bloodworm application is 25% (250 g per 1 kg of feed) and tubulo and 35% (350 g per 1 kg of feed), respectively
Dried carrots and vitgrass as components of plant origin and anti-stress protectors were used as products - rich in macro-, microelements (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, etc.), vitamins A, groups B, C, E, provitamins A - anti-stress protectors. The application rate of the components is 100 g per 1 kg of feed.
- 2016. №4. - с. 63-64).The probiotic Olin (Bacillus subtilis (VKPM 10172) Bacillus licheniformis (VKPM 10135)) stimulates the appetite and improves fish nutrition, increases the growth rate and the level of hematological parameters (see Art. H.A. Hamada, L.Yu. Lagutkina, A.S. Martyanova, A.A. Vidishcheva, Iraq - New Solutions for Sustainable Development of Aquaculture / // Bulletin of the Astrakhan State Technical University. Series: Fisheries. - 2016. No. 4. - p. 63-64).
The proposed artificial feed was made by a known method of wet pressing (see book. Ponomareva S.V., Gamygina E.G., Nikonorova S.I., Ponomareva E.N., Groesku Yu.N., Bakhareva A.A. Growing technologies and feeding aquaculture facilities in the south of Russia. - Astrakhan: Nova Plus, 2002. - S. 212-222.). Prior to the preparation of the feed, all the components included in its composition were further crushed and sieved to increase the nutritional value of the feed.
The resulting mixture was thoroughly mixed, the wet feed mixture had the form of cylindrical threads with a diameter of 3 to 7 mm, from which granules of cylindrical shape were formed. Then the wet granules were loaded into a universal drying oven "Ecros" series PE-4610. The granules were dried with warm air (air temperature 55.5 ° C). Feed was crushed to the required size.
%:The result was an artificial feed in the following ratio of components, mass. %:
22834.The completely dried granules after applying fish oil to them, according to the recipe, were a finished product - a solid crumb with a matte surface without cracks, light brown in color, corresponding to the requirements of GOST 10385-2014 “Compound feed for fish”. The crumbling, water resistance, granule size and passage of the proposed feed through a sieve were in accordance with GOST 22834.
URL: https://www.normacs.ru/Doclist/classif/7000.html). Quality assessment was carried out according to standard current methods (see Internet link: ISO Classifier. URL: https://www.normacs.ru/Doclist/classif/7000.html). Artificial feed had the form of dense cylindrical granules with a matte surface with a diameter of 5.5 mm. The color is dark brown. No clumping, dense lumps were found. It was revealed that the production feed has the smell of dried fish due to the fish meal included in its composition. Foreign odors and the presence of signs of mold were not found, therefore, the food is fresh.
The dry matter content of the proposed feed was determined. For this, the average sample of the feed was previously ground with a pestle in a porcelain mortar. Glass bottles were dried at a temperature of (105 ± 2) ° С for 1 h, cooled in a desiccator and weighed. In a weighed weigh box, a test sample of compound feed weighing 10 g was placed. The box with the test sample was placed in an oven. Drying was carried out at a temperature of (105 ± 2) ° С for 6 h. After drying, the sample bottle was cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and then weighed.
1:The mass fraction of dry matter in the test sample was calculated by the formula 1:
2.where m 1 is the mass of the box, g; m 2 is the mass of the bottle with the sample before drying, g; m 3 is the mass of the bottle with the sample after drying, g; 100 - conversion factor in percent 2.
93,7%.In accordance with the standards, the mass fraction of dry matter in feed for aquatic organisms is not less than 86.5%. In the test sample, it amounted to 93.7%.
Evaluation of organoleptic indicators of feed quality and dry matter content by standard operating methods showed that the proposed feed meets the standards for organoleptic and physical parameters.
6,2%.Table 1 presents the nutritional composition of the proposed feed. From table 1 it is seen that, in comparison with the prototype, the proposed feed has a high content of protein up to 50.0%, fat up to 13.0% and fiber up to 6.2%.
Table 2 gives the energy value of the proposed feed. The proposed artificial feed has a high nutrient composition, energy value and calorie content. The amount of basic nutrients in 100 g of feed was: protein - 50.5 g, fat - 14.0 g, carbohydrates - 6.2 g. Caloric value of feed, taking into account the calorie content of basic nutrients - 1.6 kcal or 1326.9 kJ.
The physiological condition of fish at the proposed feed was evaluated by biochemical parameters. The biochemical composition in the blood of fish grown was performed by conventional methods.
- с. 18-22).The determination of the amount of hemoglobin was carried out by the hemiglobin cyanide method. Blood hemoglobin, when interacting with iron-hydrogen sulfide potassium (red blood salt), is oxidized to methemoglobin (hemiglobin), which forms hemiglobin cyanide (cyanomethhemoglobin) with acetone cyanohydrin, the color intensity of which is proportional to the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood and is measured photometrically at a wavelength of 5-50 nm at 540 nm (540 nm) at 540 nm (see Prince G.N. Kalashnikov. Blood Composition in Fish. - M.: Nauka, 1939. - pp. 18-22).
3:The concentration of hemoglobin in the blood was calculated by the formula 3:
Е.J. Van Kampen, W.G. Zijistra. Determination of hemoglobin and its derivatives // Adv. Clinica Chimica Acta. - 1965. - p. 141-187).where C is the concentration of hemoglobin in the experimental sample, g / l; E o - the optical density of the experimental sample, units opt. density; E to the optical density of the calibration sample, units wholesale density; 120 - concentration of hemoglobin in calibration solution, g / l (see E.J. Van Kampen, WG Zijistra. Determination of hemoglobin and its derivatives // Adv. Clinica Chimica Acta. - 1965. - p. 141-187).
4:Determination of protein content in blood plasma was performed by the biuret method. The concentration of total whey protein in the blood was calculated by the formula 4:
Т.Е. Weichselbaum. An accurate and rapid method for the determination of proteins in small amounts of blood serum and plasma // Am. J. Clin. Pathol. Acta. - 1946. - Vol. 7. - p. 40-49).where C is the concentration of total whey protein in the experimental sample, g / l; E is the optical density of the experimental sample; E to - the optical density of the calibration sample; 60 - concentration of total whey protein in the calibration solution, g / l (see book T.E. Weichselbaum. An accurate and rapid method for the determination of proteins in small amounts of blood serum and plasma // Am. J. Clin. Pathol. Acta. - 1946. - Vol. 7. - p. 40-49).
5:The determination of total lipids in the blood serum of fish was determined by the colorimetric method at a wavelength of 510-550 nm and a temperature of +15 to + 25 ° С. The calculation of the content of total lipids in blood serum was performed according to the formula 5:
6:where C is the concentration of total lipids in blood serum, g / l; E o the optical density of the experimental sample, units opt. density; E to the optical density of the calibration sample, units opt. density; 8-concentration of total lipids in the calibration solution, g / l (see book. Yu. A. Baryshkova, Yu. E. Veltishcheva, Z. N. Fomina, I. N. Kremleva, L. G. Mamonova. Determination of total lipids in serum using sulfophosphovaniline reaction. - M.: Laboratory, 1966. - S. 350-352). Cholesterol in the blood serum of fish was determined by the colorimetric method. The calculation of cholesterol concentration was carried out according to the formula 6:
Р. Trinder. Determination of glucose in blood using glucose oxidase with on alternative oxygen receptor // Am. J. Clin. Biochem. - 1969. - p. 24-33).where E CR - unit optical density of the test sample; E to - the unit of optical density of the calibration sample; 5.17 mmol / L - cholesterol concentration in the calibrator (see Prince R. Trinder. Determination of glucose in blood using glucose oxidase with on alternative oxygen receptor // Am. J. Clin. Biochem. - 1969. - p. 24 -33).
- 92 с.).The determination of ESR is carried out using the T.P. Panchenkova. The results are expressed in millimeters / hour (see prospect GG Golodets. Laboratory workshop on the physiology of fish. - M.: Pishchepromizdat, 1955. - 92 S.).
The tested artificial feed for domestication was used for feeding within 60 days of domestication at the daily rate established by the feed tables (for carp) (see pr. Ponomareva SV, Lagutkina L.Yu., Farmer fish farming. - M : Kolos, 2008 .-- p. 65, table 7). The feed in the form of pellets was set manually at a daily feeding rate of 4% of the body weight of the fish at a water temperature of 24 ° C
3).The effectiveness of fish getting used to feeding with the artificial composition of the known food and offered for 60 days was evaluated by the average daily growth rate of tench individuals (Table 3).
From table 3 it is seen that individuals fed on the proposed feed more intensively, the average daily growth rate ranged from 0.41 to 0.50, which differed significantly from the prototype. The growth rate of the group of females turned out to be more intense than that of males grown mainly on the proposed feed with natural additives and partial replacement of fishmeal with bloodworm and tubule.
During the domestication period, it was noted that individuals of the tench were reluctant to consume the well-known prototype food, due to which they reduced weight and survival - 60% against the proposed one - 100%, respectively.
Growth and survival data confirmed a beneficial effect on the proposed tench feed.
Clinical examination (external signs, behavior, reaction to food) of tench individuals showed the restoration of affected areas (scaly cover, caudal fins), which leads to healing, successful domestication, and active nutrition, which allows the use of tench individuals in the future fish breeding process.
The physiological and biochemical status of the line when converting wild individuals of the line to artificial conditions of detention was evaluated by blood counts.
Table 4 shows the main biochemical blood parameters of the adapted individuals, significant differences were noted, which indicates the good quality of the proposed feed.
0,05.Note: * - differences are significant at: p <0.05; ** - differences are not significant p> 0.05.
From table 4 it is seen that the main biochemical blood parameters of fish individuals who consumed the proposed food, improved, indicating a good quality of artificial food.
The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was in the range of 1.75-2.25-4.50 mm / h, the highest value of this indicator was recorded in non-riverine individuals not adapted, the lowest - in domesticated on the proposed feed. Increased ESR values (≥5.0 mm / h) indicated the presence of an inflammatory process.
The value of total whey protein was significantly higher than that domesticated on the proposed feed in comparison with the prototype (p <0.05) - 5.1 g / l in comparison with river and 4.7 compared with the prototype, which indicates a high resistance of the body and adaptive capabilities at the stage of adaptation to artificial feed.
The low protein content on the prototype indicates a decrease in the intensity of protein metabolism, which led to a decrease in the mass of individuals in this experimental group.
Показатели холестерина и липидов характеризовались величинами одного порядка, что подтверждено статистически (р>0,05).Indicators of cholesterol and lipids were characterized by values of the same order, which was confirmed statistically (p> 0.05).
According to the level of hemoglobin, no significant differences were found between river and adapted to artificial feed. The proposed feed allows you to improve the quality of "wild" individuals of tench and increase the efficiency of the transfer to artificial nutrition and the process of formation of the breeding stock.
