Abstract
Description
The invention relates to small arms, and in particular to devices that allow the use of combat and depleted small arms for training purposes.
Known sleeve for single shooting from small arms, comprising a housing with a mount to the weapon and an additional sleeve with a Central hole, the additional sleeve is made with the possibility of self-regulation of its position relative to the housing, and on its outer surface from the side of the attachment to the weapon is made a cone, mating with the conical surface of the barrel or the arrester, while the housing and the additional sleeve form a self-aligning system relative to the cone of the barrel or arrester (See RF patent for invention №2186314, IPC F41A 21/32 (2000.01), 18.12.2000 g.) - which is a prototype of the invention.
This sleeve for idle shooting does not allow to shoot with missile equipment, therefore, there is no way to assess the accuracy of aiming at the time of the shot, which reduces the quality of tactical training using small arms.
The objective of the invention is the creation of a training nozzle, which will allow the use of combat and depleted small arms for training purposes with the ability to assess the accuracy of aiming and hitting.
The technical result when using the present invention is the firing of combat and enriched firearms with missile equipment with little energy, acceptable for tactical training.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the training nozzle is used with a weapon in conjunction with a blank cartridge and light throwable equipment. The training nozzle consists of a body with an element for attaching it to the weapon in its muzzle, a barrel for missile equipment located in the housing, output channels for removing most of the powder gases, a gas channel designed to pass a smaller part of the powder gases affecting the missile equipment, an element of placement of a missile equipment, a feeder, a rammer, an element of fixation and tightening of a missile equipment and an element of narrowing a channel of a barrel of a weapon.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing.
In FIG. 1 shows a training nozzle for military weapons, a gun barrel and missile equipment.
Training nozzle works as follows.
The
The nozzle barrel is made as a unit with the body or installed separately. The element of the location of the missile equipment is a cavity in the body or a removable container, a magazine, a clip, a turret type drum, a disk. The gas channel is intended for the passage of a smaller part of the powder gases, which betray kinetic energy to the missile equipment and throw it out of the nozzle barrel. The gas channel can be combined with a rammer (Fig. 1) or can pass separately in the housing. Also, the gas channel can be made partially in the rammer and partially in the housing with the possibility of overlapping and can open in a certain position of the rammer. To do this, in the rammer, which is a cylinder, perform channels starting from the ends and exiting through the outer plane of the cylinder. On the part of the inner surface of the housing in which the rammer is located, a cavity is made in such a way that in a certain position of the rammer it combines the outlet openings of the rammer channels and does not impede the passage of gas. Muzzle energy depends on the configuration of the gas channel and is calculated individually for each type of weapon and ammunition used. The feeder has a spring, which can be either simple or cocked. The rammer is equipped with a compression spring and is arranged to move along the longitudinal axis. The fixing element is a rubber sleeve with an inner diameter equal to or less than the diameter of the missile equipment, the same sleeve equipped with a segmental protrusion on the inner surface will also be a tightening element, which can be performed separately. The tightening element can be adjustable, that is, for example, have an adjusting screw located in the housing above the segmental protrusion, narrowing the cross section of the sleeve. The element of narrowing the channel of the barrel of a weapon is necessary for using a training nozzle with military weapons, for the operation of automatic weapons. For use with rifled weapons, an element for narrowing the bore is not required, since the rifled weapon has elements for narrowing the bore (pins). An element of narrowing the channel of the barrel of a military weapon may be a partition with an opening of the desired diameter or a rammer partially entering the channel of the barrel of the weapon and made elongated. The partition can be made as a unit with the body or be removable. If the partition is made at a distance from the barrel, then this forms an expansion chamber, necessary for the automation of some types of firearms. As throwing equipment used
