Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to reconstructive medicine and is aimed at reproducing mechanical effects on the spine, which carries out an experienced doctor chiropractor.
In manual therapy, electromechanisms are known that are used for mechanical effects on human tissue. The most common vibration massage devices. For example: Bersenev’s vibrating apparatus, Tonus massager, VMP-1 vibrating apparatus, Charodey vibro massager, Nozomi massager, Okulov vibrating apparatus and many other apparatuses that are both analogs and prototypes of the apparatus proposed.
All of these devices are deprived of the ability to determine the response of tissues to their effects. The absence of the specified function of the devices does not allow them to be configured for exposure similar to the effects of an experienced doctor.
The aim of the invention is to measure the response of human tissues to the effects of the apparatus. In turn, these measurements allow the device to reproduce the effects that an experienced doctor has.
The indicated goal in pulse-impulse devices is achieved by equipping them with smart sensors that record the amplitude and frequency of elastic vibrations of the ligamentous muscle tissues that arise as a result of such an action and the introduction of a regulator connected to the outputs of the sensors that controls the frequency of the effects.
1.The indicated goal is realized by the apparatus, the circuit of which is shown in Figure 1.
Impulse-shock apparatus contains:
4,- on the motor shaft mounted crank mechanism (KShM) 3, with an
6,- on the crank crank on the bearing 5 mounted
7,- the engine housing on the human body is fixed by a

2.- the sensors are connected to the inputs of the
The device has the following modes:
- настройка амплитуды ударных воздействий, - setting the amplitude of the shock,
-самонастройка частоты ударных импульсов,- self-tuning of the frequency of shock pulses,
The amplitude of the shock pulses is adjusted by adjusting the length of the arm of the
During the operation of the mechanism, the patient relaxes the muscles, increases the elasticity of soft tissues. This leads to a decrease in tissue stiffness, and therefore to a decrease in the frequency of their own elastic vibrations. In order for the apparatus to perform shock effects with frequencies equal to its own, the engine speed controller is connected to an intelligent sensor in which the frequency of elastic vibrations is recorded. In the speed controller, the engine speed changes depending on the frequency of natural oscillations. The device constantly adapts to the frequency of elastic natural vibrations of tissues.
Thus, it is shown that the proposed apparatus implements manual adjustment of the amplitude of the master strokes and the adjustment of the strength of the static effect, and the frequency of the strokes adjusts to the natural frequencies of elastic vibrations of the soft tissues of a person.

Due to the distinguishing features, in conjunction with the well-known, it is possible to determine the response of tissues to shock, self-tuning of the shock effects of the apparatus on the frequencies of natural vibrations is achieved. Thus, the apparatus reproduces effects on body areas similar to the effects of an experienced chiropractic doctor. Additionally, the apparatus implements the objective duration of the procedure, which ends with a sufficiently reduced natural frequency of elastic vibrations.
