Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно к равночастотным виброизоляторам, применяемым для значительного снижения возникающих при эксплуатации различного оборудования, преимущественно с переменной массой, динамических нагрузок.The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to equal-frequency vibration isolators, used to significantly reduce various equipment arising from the operation, mainly with variable mass, dynamic loads.
The closest technical solution to the claimed object is an equal frequency spring vibration isolator according to.with. USSR No. 299681 [1] (prototype), containing a base, a support plate, an elastic element located between them, made in the form of a cylindrical spring, which has a variable pitch, ensuring the constancy of the natural frequency at any load from a given range.

δ1 - заданная начальная осадка пружины, отвечающая минимальной нагрузке Р1, и условию равночастотности: постоянству частоты собственных колебаний виброизолируемой системы при изменении массы этой системы в заданных пределах, он содержит равночастотную пружину, нижний фланец которой закреплен на упругом основании, а верхний - на опорной пластине, а на опорной платформе, посредством крепежных элементов, закреплен виброизолируемый объект с переменной технологической массой, причем платформа связана с опорным узлом, закрепленным на опорной пластине виброизолятора с помощью осесимметричных с равночастотной пружиной регулировочных болтов, жестко соединенных со втулками, охватывающими регулировочные болты гайками, а каждый из опорных узлов содержит вибродемпфирующие втулки, коаксиально установленные регулировочным болтам, при этом нижний фланец равночастотной пружины виброизолятора закреплен на упругом основании, которое посредством, по крайней мере, трех стоек с винтами и с коаксиально расположенными снаружи стоек, эластичными втулками, соединено с нижней платформой виброизолятора, а под упругим основанием нижнего фланца равночастотной пружины, осесимметрично ей, размещен цилиндроконический демпфер, например из эластомера, установленный своей цилиндрической частью на нижней платформе каждого виброизолятора, а коническая часть связана с упругим основанием равночастотной пружины.δ 1 - a given initial spring draft, corresponding to the minimum load P 1 , and the condition of equal frequency: the frequency of the natural vibrations of the vibration-insulated system is constant when the mass of this system changes within specified limits, it contains an equal-frequency spring, the lower flange of which is fixed on an elastic base, and the upper one on the support plate, and on the support platform, by means of fasteners, a vibration-insulated object with a variable technological mass is fixed, and the platform is connected with the support unit mounted on the support the vibration isolation plate with the help of axial-symmetric adjustment bolts with an equal-frequency spring, rigidly connected to the bushings, the nuts covering the adjustment bolts, and each of the support nodes contains vibration damping bushings, coaxially mounted with the adjustment bolts, while the lower flange of the equal-frequency spring of the vibration isolation base, which is fixed by means of an elastic at least three racks with screws and with coaxially located outside racks, elastic bushings, connected to the lower platform vibration isolator, and under the elastic base of the lower flange of the equal-frequency spring, axisymmetrically placed a cylindrical damper, for example from an elastomer, mounted with its cylindrical part on the lower platform of each vibration isolator, and the conical part is connected with the elastic base of the equal-frequency spring.

Это отвечает условию равночастотности: v=const, т.е. постоянству частоты собственных колебаний виброизолируемой системы при изменении массы этой системы в заданных пределах.where δ 1 - a given initial spring draft, corresponding to the minimum load P 1 . This corresponds to the condition of equal frequency: v = const, i.e. the constancy of the frequency of natural vibrations of the vibration-insulated system when the mass of this system changes within specified limits.
На опорной платформе 11 закреплен виброизолируемый объект 12 с переменной технологической массой (например съем стружки с заготовки при металлообработке, уменьшение массы навоя в ткацком оборудовании и т.д.).
