Abstract
1. Пружинный виброизолятор для технологического оборудования с переменной массой, содержащий основание, опорную платформу и расположенный между ними упругий элемент, выполненный в виде цилиндрической равночастотной пружины, имеющей переменный шаг t, обеспечивающий постоянство собственной частоты системы при любых нагрузках P из заданного диапазона: P≤P≤Pза счет своей осадки δ:,где Pи Pсоответственно минимальная и максимальная нагрузки, при которых сохраняются условия равночастотности;P - нагрузка, удовлетворяющая условию P≤P≤P;δ- заданная начальная осадка пружины, отвечающая минимальной нагрузке P, и условию равночастотности: постоянству частоты собственных колебаний виброизолируемой системы при изменении массы этой системы в заданных пределах, отличающийся тем, что он содержит равночастотную пружину, нижний фланец которой закреплен на упругом основании, а верхний - на опорной пластине, а на опорной платформе посредством крепежных элементов закреплен виброизолируемый объект с переменной технологической массой, причем платформа связана с опорным узлом, закрепленным на опорной пластине виброизолятора с помощью осесимметричных с равночастотной пружиной регулировочных болтов, жестко соединенных со втулками, охватывающими регулировочные болты гайками, а каждый из опорных узлов содержит вибродемпфирующие втулки, коаксиально установленные регулировочным болтам, при этом нижний фланец равночастотной пружины виброизолятора закреплен на упругом основании, которое посредством, по крайней мере, трех стоек с винтами и с коаксиально расположенными снаружи стоек, эластичными втулками, соединено с нижней платформой1.
