The level of technology

Currently, there is a stick-packaging, which is not intended for direct ingestion of the product into the human oral cavity, as it does not provide the necessary hygiene, especially in terms of catering.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that this package allows you to ensure hygienic consumption of the contents directly into the human oral cavity. Packaging [FIG. 1] consists of a sterile inner container with the product and an outer bag.

The outer bag has a bursting thread, which divides the bag into an upper (tear-off) part and a lower part, in which the product container remains after the package has been broken. After removal of the upper part of the bag, a sterile 20-mm long pipe is formed in its place, which is used to transport the product into the human oral cavity. [FIG. 2]

The implementation of the invention

The inner container is made with the requirement of sterility for contact with human food.

The inner bulk container is made of waxed paper, rolled up in a tube in two layers and has sufficient rigidity so that after removing the upper part of the bag a sufficiently stable opening is formed for the free exit of the product.

The inner container for liquid products is made of a material on a heat-sealing base and has only a vertical seam. The tightness of the upper and lower parts of the container is ensured only by compressing the walls of the package.

The container is held in the lower part of the package due to friction against the walls of the package. The length of the container is less than the length of the package by twice the width of the transverse seams. The container circumference is such that it allows it to effortlessly enter the package in an empty state, but has some friction in the filled state.

The outer bag is made of heat sealable material. It has one longitudinal and two transverse seams. At a distance of twenty millimeters from the upper transverse seam, a tensile thread is applied to the package from the inside. The explosive thread is applied before the formation of a vertical seam and has a free end for grip. The other end of the thread is attached to the top of the bag.

Neither the bottom nor the upper seams of the package capture the container, they only tightly close the tip of the container, so tearing off the upper part of the package does not require significant effort.

To distinguish it from ordinary stick packs, the lower part of the bag is painted in different colors depending on the content. The upper part of the package is not painted.
