Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to methods for producing isomerization catalysts for paraffins based on bayerite aluminum hydroxide, and more particularly, to methods for the preparation of trihydrate labyrinth. Bayerite is used for the synthesis of catalysts for the conversion of petroleum fractions, especially for the isomerization of normal paraffins - butane, pentane and pentane-hexane fractions (Bursian NR Technology for the isomerization of paraffin hydrocarbons. - L .: Chemistry, 1985. - 192 p.). The key parameters for the effectiveness of isomerization catalysts are the content of bayerite and eta-oxide obtained from it (activity from the content of bayerite / eta-oxide increases linearly) and the sodium content (depends significantly on this parameter up to 0.01% Na 2 O). Therefore, patents for methods for producing bayerite and eta-alumina based on it are considered.
A known electrochemical method for producing aluminum hydroxide of bayerite and a catalyst based on it, including anodic dissolution of aluminum metal in a chlorine-containing electrolyte solution, washing, holding and drying the precipitate at a given anode current density (50-300 A / m 2 ) (RU. Patent No. 2412905, IPC C01F 7/42, 2011). This method is unsuitable for obtaining pure bayerite, and is also fraught with high energy consumption.
Патент №2465205, МПК C07F /02, 2012).There is also a method of producing highly dispersed aluminum hydroxide, mainly bayerite, by treating a hydroxide sol in a coaxial electrolyzer, and metal titanium with an oxide-ruthenium coating and a stainless steel cathode X18H10T (RU. Patent No. 2465205, IPC C07F / 02, 2012 are used for anodic dissolution) )
The specified method allows to obtain nanosized particles of aluminum hydroxide of constant composition with a monophasic bayerite structure and aluminum oxide, including that used as a catalyst based on it with a particle size range of 10-500 nm. However, this method is also unsuitable for preparing pure precipitation of aluminum hydroxide and is difficult to implement in an industrial environment.
ч.There is also known a continuous method for producing hydroxides or aluminum oxides and at the same time hydrogen, consisting in the fact that a suspension of powdered aluminum in water is prepared from finely dispersed metal aluminum with a particle size of not more than 20 μm at a certain ratio of water: aluminum Al: H 2 O = 1: 4 -16 weight parts
ч. (RU. Патент №2223221, МПК CO1F 7/42, 2004).The resulting suspension is continuously fed into a high pressure reactor, where a suspension of powdered aluminum is sprayed into water at a temperature of 220-900 ° C and a pressure of 20-40 MPa at a ratio of suspension to water of 1: 50-100 weight.h. After leaving the high-pressure reactor, the gas is fed into the condenser and hydrogen is removed from it, and aluminum hydroxide or alumina is transferred to the suspension sump. Moreover, the aluminum hydroxide Bayerite form is prepared at a temperature of 220-250 ° C, a pressure of 30-35 MPa and a ratio of Al: H 2 O = 1: 12-14 weight.h. (RU. Patent No. 2223221, IPC CO1F 7/42, 2004).
The disadvantage of this method is that it is complex and extremely explosive, and also involves the use of extremely scarce raw materials - pure aluminum metal.
There is also known a method of producing highly dispersed hydroxide of a bayerite structure and eta-oxide based on it by activating hydrargillite and hydrating the products of activation of hydrargillite. Etha-alumina obtained from bayerite is used as a catalyst, including in the process of isomerization. The processing of sols of aluminum hydroxide is carried out by thermal decomposition at pH = 7-11, the ratio of liquid to solid 1-10: 1 and a temperature of 10-80 ° C. Then, the pseudo-amorphous structure of the product is destroyed and, when bayerite is obtained, heat treatment is carried out at a temperature not exceeding 180 ° C (RU. RF Patent No. 2237018, IPC C01F 7/02, 2003).
This method has several disadvantages that prevent its widespread use in industrial production, namely: the complexity of the process and high energy costs for the activation of hydrargillite and the hydration of activation products, as well as for mixing. In addition, the method depends on the parameters of the original hydrargillite, which are not always constant within narrow limits, and therefore this method involves the adjustment of the parameters.
Closest to the claimed technical solution (prototype) is a method for producing highly precipitated precipitated aluminum hydroxide, comprising mixing alkaline aluminate and neutralizing solutions. As a neutralizing solution using an aqueous solution with a density of 1100-1300 kg / m 3 containing bicarbonates and carbonates of alkali metals. Neutralization is carried out to a residual Na 2 O content in the mixed solution of 1-15 g / l. The resulting gel is maintained until it is completely decomposed and the solid phase of aluminum hydroxide is isolated. Next, bayerite is calcined at elevated temperature to obtain eta-alumina (RU. Patent No. 2355638, IPC C07F 7/34, 2009). According to this method, precipitated aluminum hydroxide of a bayerite structure is obtained, corresponding in its particle size distribution to the requirements for highly efficient supports of various catalysts.
The prototype method is characterized by low cost of production and rather ease of implementation. However, the disadvantage of this method is the high content of related impurities - alkali, alkaline earth metals and carbon and low activity of the catalysts obtained from the prepared bayerite.
The technical result of the proposed method is to obtain aluminum hydroxide with a content of not less than 75% bayerite (the accompanying phases are pseudoboehmite and amorphous hydroxide) and not containing significant amounts of alkali metal impurities (not more than 0.025 wt.% Na 2 O). The method is carried out by simple technology and does not require high high energy costs.
The result is achieved by the implementation of the proposed method, including precipitation from an aluminate solution with nitric acid or sodium carbonate at high pH = 10.4-10.8, aging (aging) of the precipitate in the mother pulp for 2-2.5 hours, followed by acidification of the pulp to a sufficiently low pH of 9.1–9.2 is the point of zero charge (TNZ) of bayerite, filtering the precipitate with water washing, drying at 100–150 ° C, calcining at 500–550 ° C and, after platinum is applied, re-calcining and chlorinating .
An essential distinguishing feature of the claimed invention is the pH of the TNZ 9.1-9.2. The resulting aluminum hydroxide contains not less than 75% bayerite, (pseudoboehmite and amorphous hydroxide serve as concomitant phases) and does not contain significant amounts of alkali metal impurities (not more than 0.025 wt.% Na 2 O). A characteristic test for determining the quality of a bayerite-based catalyst is isomerization of -butane (Bursian NR The technology of isomerization of paraffin hydrocarbons. - L .: Chemistry, 1985. - 192 p.). Test test conditions: temperature 75 ° C, catalyst loading - 3 cm 3 , bulk feed rate of n-butane - 1 hour -1 , pressure - 1 atm.
Obtained by the claimed method, the catalyst is suitable for use as a component of oil refining catalysts, in particular, for the isomerization of n-paraffins.

Take 1.65 l of a solution of sodium aluminate with a concentration of 10 g-eq / l and 1.2 l of a solution of nitric acid with a concentration of 10 g-eq / l. The solutions are poured into a container with constant stirring, while circulating and maintaining a constant pH value of the suspension of 10.7-10.8 for 2 hours. The pulp is then allowed to age for 2.5 hours at the same pH without stirring. After that, the pH of the pulp was quickly adjusted to a value of 9.1, then the precipitate was washed from sodium ions and nitrate with water and dried at 150 ° C. In the obtained powder, the Na 2 O content was 0.015 wt.%, And the bayerite content was 88 wt.%, The rest was pseudoboehmite. Next, calcination is carried out at a temperature of 500-550 ° C in a stream of dry air to obtain aluminum oxide.
