Abstract

FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power locking and sealing devices. Power locking and sealing device comprises a body with a cavity formed in it by a conjugated cylindrical and conical parts. In the capsule there is a spring-loaded carriage with three balls placed in each of its two cross-sections in contact with the conical surface of the capsule. Smaller diameter balls are located in the front of the carriage from the top of the capsule cone. At the junction of the cone with the body, there is a centering ring, in the latter, as well as in the body, in the carriage and in the wall, coaxial holes of at least a diameter of the blocking steel cable are made. One end of the locking cable is pressed into the recess in the body, and its second end is made narrower. End wall of the capsule is removable in the form of a washer fixed in the annular groove in the body. Back of the carriage is a stabilizer of its position, made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the inner cylindrical part of the capsule, with the possibility of free sliding of the carriage. Cylinder of the stabilizer has a conical bevel towards the inlet. Indicated carriage spring is at one end installed in the end hole in the stabilizer, and the other end of the support in the end wall, from the side of which parallel to the axis of the capsule in the body is made through hole of two parts, the first of which corresponds to the diameter of the blocking cable, and the second has a larger diameter and in it the end grip of the cable is made in the form of a locking washer with teeth oriented in the direction opposite to the direction of pulling out the free end of the cable and made with the possibility of their introduction into the cable in its forward stroke.

Description

The invention relates to the field of general engineering, in particular to constipation with jamming in one direction of the blocking cable and sealing closures with the possibility of establishing their unauthorized unlocking.

Closest to the invention are hardware products used in transport engineering for sealing doors and hatch covers of rolling stock of railways, water transport, vehicles, as well as used for stationary objects.

A power locking and sealing device is known, comprising a housing with a cavity formed therein with mating cylindrical and conical parts, in which a capsule with an outer surface of an identical cavity surface is placed, while the end face of the cylindrical surface is closed by a wall, a spring-loaded carriage with each its two cross sections of three balls in contact with the conical surface of the capsule, and balls of smaller diameter are placed in front of the carriage from the apex side the capsule, in the place of interfacing with the case a centering ring is installed, in which, in the case, in the carriage and in the wall, coaxial holes are made with a diameter not less than the diameter of the blocking steel cable, one end of which is pressed into a recess in the case, and its second end is made narrowed (patent RU 2314445, F16G 11/04, publ. 10.01.2008).

This technical solution has an inherent set of features that is closest to the set of essential features of the invention, it has an appointment that matches the purpose of the invention and is closest in terms of the result achieved, therefore it is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantage of this is the lack of reliability of the fixation of the cable.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixing the cable.

Below are disclosed all the general and particular essential features of the invention, characterizing their causal relationship with the specified technical result, sufficient for implementation by a person skilled in the art.

Power locking and sealing device (ZPU) contains a housing with a cavity formed in it by the mating cylindrical and conical parts. A capsule with an outer surface identical to the surface of the cavity is placed in the cavity. The end face of the cylindrical surface is closed by a wall. A spring-loaded carriage is placed in the capsule with three balls placed in each of its two cross-sections in contact with the conical surface of the capsule. Balls of smaller diameter are placed in front of the carriage from the side of the top of the capsule cone. A centering ring is installed at the interface between the cone and the housing; in the latter, as well as in the housing, in the carriage and in the wall, coaxial holes are made with a diameter not less than the diameter of the blocking steel cable. One end of the blocking cable is pressed into a recess in the housing, and its second end is made narrower. The specified end wall of the capsule is made removable in the form of a washer fixed in an annular groove in the housing. The back of the carriage is a stabilizer of its position, made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the inner cylindrical part of the capsule, with the possibility of free sliding of the carriage. The stabilizer cylinder has a tapered bevel towards the inlet. The specified spring of the carriage is installed at one end in the end hole in the stabilizer, and the other end is supported in the end wall, from the side of which parallel to the axis of the capsule in the housing there is a through hole of two parts, the first of which corresponds to the diameter of the blocking cable, and the second has a larger diameter and it made the end grip of the cable in the form of a blocking washer with teeth oriented in the direction opposite to the direction of pulling the free end of the cable and made with the possibility of their introduction into the cable and its forward motion. The specified locking washer is fixed in its working position by a pressed-in plug. The blocking cable is made in length, providing the possibility of free coverage of the sealed elements and the technological gap when blocking the second end of the cable. The front of the carriage can be made in the form of two cylinders of different diameters for large and small balls.

Power locking and sealing device comprises a housing 1 with a cavity 2 formed in it by the mating cylindrical and conical parts.

In the cavity 2 there is a capsule 3 with an outer surface identical to the surface of the cavity 2.

The end face of the cylindrical surface 4 is closed by the wall 5.

In the capsule 3 there is a spring-loaded carriage 6 with three balls placed in each of its two cross sections I-I and II-II, of a larger diameter 8 and a smaller diameter 9 in contact with the conical surface 7 of the capsule 3.

Balls of smaller diameter 9 are placed in front of the carriage 6 from the top of the cone 7 of the capsule 3.

In the place of mating of the cone 7 with the housing 1, a centering ring 10 is installed.

In the latter, as well as in the housing 1, in the carriage against the wall 5, coaxial holes are made with a diameter not less than the diameter of the blocking steel cable 11.

One end of the locking cable 11 is pressed into the recess 12 in the housing 1, and its second end is made narrower.

The specified end wall 5 of the capsule 3 is made removable in the form of a washer, mounted in an annular groove in the housing 1.

The back of the carriage 6 is a stabilizer of its position, made in the form of a cylinder 13 with a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the inner cylindrical part 4 of the capsule 3, with the possibility of free sliding of the carriage 6.

The stabilizer cylinder 13 has a tapered bevel L towards the inlet.

The specified spring 14 of the carriage 6 is installed at one end in the end hole in the stabilizer, and the other end is supported in the end wall 5, from the side of which parallel to the axis III of the capsule 3 in the housing 1 there is a through hole of two parts, the first 15 of which corresponds to the diameter of the blocking cable 11 and the second 16 has a larger diameter and it has an end grip of the cable in the form of a blocking washer 17 with teeth 18 oriented in the direction opposite to the direction of pulling out the free end of the cable 11 and made with the possibility of their nedreniya in the cable 11 during its forward motion.

The specified locking washer 17 is fixed in its working position by a press-fit plug 19, the bottom of which does not reach the narrowed end of the cable 11 by a value of δ when the second end of the cable 11 is locked in the closed state of the ZPU.

The locking cable 11 is made in length, providing the possibility of free coverage of the sealed elements 20 and 21 and the technological gap between the cable 11 and the housing 1.

The front of the carriage 6 can be made in the form of two cylinders 22 and 23 of different diameters for placement of large 8 and small 9 balls, respectively.

Comparison of the claimed technical solution with the prior art known from the scientific, technical and patent documentation as of the priority date in the main and related sections did not reveal a tool that has features identical to all the features contained in the claims proposed by the applicant, including the purpose of the application. That is, the set of essential features of the claimed solution was not previously known and is not identical to any known technical solutions, therefore, it meets the condition of patentability “novelty”.

This technical solution is industrially applicable, since its purpose is indicated in the description of the application and the title of the invention, it can be manufactured industrially and used to prohibit the unauthorized opening of sealed objects.

The technical solution is workable, feasible and reproducible, and the distinguishing features of the device allow to obtain the desired technical result, i.e. are significant.

The invention, as described in the formula, can be carried out using the tools and methods described in the prototype - patent RU 2314445, which became public until the priority date of the invention.

Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".

An analysis of the known technical solutions in the art showed that the proposed technical solution does not follow explicitly from the prior art for the specialist, since solutions having features matching his distinctive features are not identified, and the known effects of the distinctive features on the identified solutions are not confirmed the technical result indicated in the application materials.

Those. the claimed solution has features that are not found in the known technical solutions, and the use of these features in the claimed combination of essential features makes it possible to obtain a new technical result - improving the reliability of fixing the cable.

Therefore, the proposed technical solution can only be obtained through a creative approach and is not obvious to the average person skilled in this field, i.e. has an inventive step in comparison with the existing level of technology.

The implementation of the claimed invention is achieved by the implementation of this purpose.

ZPU is collected in the housing 1, where the capsule 3 is inserted with the carriage 6, balls 8 and 9 and the spring 14.

The capsule 3 is permanently fixed in the housing 1 by the wall 5.

In the recess 12, one end of the cable 11 is permanently pressed.

Further, the free end of the cable 11 is passed through the lugs 20 and 21 of the locking elements of the movable closures and extends through the holes in the centering ring 10, the carriage 6 of the wall 5.

After passing the cable 11 through the housing 1 to the required length, a reverse jerk of the cable 11 is performed. The cable 11 moves the balls 8 and 9, which, rolling along the movement of the cable 11, move the carriage 6 and jam the cable 11.

Due to the stabilization of the position of the carriage 6 by the cylinder 13, the balls 8 and 9 are evenly pressed into the cable 11 and jammed reliably, eliminating the possibility of reverse stretching of the cable 11.

Then the free end of the cable 11 is inserted through the hole 15 into the blocking washer 18, clamped by a pressed plug 19 in the hole 16, by a reverse jerk of the cable 11 by a value of δ, while leaving a technological gap between the cable 11 and the housing 1.

In this case, the teeth 18 cut into the cable 11, and the reverse traction of the cable 11 is impossible.

Thus, the reverse extension of the main branch of the cable 11 located in the carriage 6 is excluded due to its blocking by balls 8 and 9, and the direct extension of the same branch is also impossible due to the blocking of the end of the cable 11 by a blocking washer 18.

This significantly increases the reliability of the fixation of the cable 11 when using the claimed locking and sealing device.

Claims (3)

1. Power locking and sealing device containing a housing with a cavity formed in it by mating cylindrical and conical parts, in which a capsule is placed with the outer surface of an identical cavity surface, while the end face of the cylindrical surface is closed by a wall, a spring-loaded carriage is placed in the capsule with each its two cross sections of three balls in contact with the conical surface of the capsule, and balls of smaller diameter are placed in front of the carriage from the side of the top of the cap cone sula, in the place of interfacing of which a centering ring is installed, in the latter, as well as in the housing, in the carriage and in the wall, coaxial holes are made with a diameter not less than the diameter of the blocking steel cable, one end of which is pressed into a recess in the housing, and its second end made narrower, characterized in that the specified end wall of the capsule is removable in the form of a washer, mounted in an annular groove in the housing, while the back of the carriage is a stabilizer of its position, made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the inner cylindrical part of the capsule, with the possibility of the carriage sliding freely, moreover, the stabilizer cylinder has a conical bevel towards the inlet opening, while the indicated carriage spring is installed at one end in the stabilizer and the other end is supported at the end wall, from the side of which a through hole of two parts is made parallel to the axis of the capsule in the housing, the first of which corresponds to the diameter of the blocking cable, and the second has a larger diameter in He made an end grip of the cable in the form of a blocking washer with teeth oriented in the direction opposite to the direction of pulling out the free end of the cable and made with the possibility of their introduction into the cable during its forward stroke, while the specified blocking washer is fixed in its working position by a pressed-in plug.
