Abstract
Description
The invention relates to power electronics, in particular to devices for connecting three-phase batteries of cosine capacitors used to compensate for reactive power in industrial power networks.
A device is known for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network using a valve converter with a control system. Capacitors are connected in phase with the thyristors of the valve converter, and the voltage is supplied to them using a circuit breaker. (Soloduho Y. Yu. Status and prospects of introducing static reactive power compensators into the electric drive (generalization of domestic and foreign experience). Reactive power in networks with non-sinusoidal currents and static devices for its compensation. - M.: Informelectro. 1981. - 88 p. Fig. 24, a, p. 63, and Fig. 8, p. 32). The valve converter (three-phase thyristor switch of alternating current) can be turned on, both before and after capacitors relative to the network with a circuit breaker. In both cases, the physical processes for connecting capacitors to the network are identical. However, for reasons of ease of use, when connecting an individual capacitor bank, it is advisable to include it after the capacitors. When the circuit breaker is turned off, capacitors are discharged to resistors. Before the subsequent switching on of the capacitors, they are additionally discharged to the ground. Discharge resistors are connected in parallel with capacitors. In high-power high-voltage installations, discharge resistors are directly connected to capacitors and they are not disconnected throughout the entire operation time. In low voltage installations, discharge resistors are connected to capacitors through the contacts of an additional electrical apparatus.
The disadvantages of the known device with a thyristor controlled connection of capacitors to a three-phase network include their complexity and relatively low reliability.
И. Ю. 20.03.2016., БИ №8).There is also known a device for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network, which is taken as a prototype (Climate BC, Tarakanov V.I. Ways to turn on three-phase electrical equipment and their implementation. Journal "Electrical systems and control systems". Voronezh, 2015, No. 2, Fig. 6 , p. 27.). The prototype device can realize the connection of both inductive loads (Three-phase load switching method. Patent 2510070 RF / BC Climate, V.I. Tarakanov. Publish. March 20, 2014., B.I. No. 8) and capacitive loads (Switching method three-phase capacitors Patent 2577769 RF / BC Climate, V.I. Tarakanov, A.Yu. Getopanov. Publish. 20.03.2016., BI No. 8).
In the known device (prototype), after turning on the circuit breaker, the three-phase voltage of the network is supplied to the capacitors through a gate converter, which is made on thyristors and, using a special synchronized and phased analog-to-digital control system, first connects two phases and then the third phase of the capacitor bank to a three-phase network.
After the voltage across the capacitors reaches a steady state, the valve converter is bypassed by the contactor, and after the circuit breaker is turned off, the capacitors are discharged to resistors that are connected in parallel with the capacitors.
However, this device also creates difficulties in the operation of reactive power compensators and reduces the reliability of the power supply system as a whole. Especially this drawback manifests itself in relation to high-voltage power supply systems.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to simplify the device for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network and increase the reliability of both the device and the power supply system as a whole. When setting the problem, a three-phase network is considered, both with a zero wire and without it.
As a result of solving this problem, the cost of production, operation and repair of devices for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network will be significantly reduced, the service life of capacitors will increase, and the operational reliability of the power supply system will increase.
The solution of the problem for a three-phase network without a neutral wire is achieved by the fact that a rectifier diode is used, made according to a three-phase bridge circuit, a reactor is connected between the cathode and anode groups, and a three-phase contactor with a short-circuit jumper, a diode shunt, is connected to the input of the diode rectifier rectifier after completion of the process of charging capacitors.
The solution of the problem with respect to a three-phase network with a zero wire is achieved by the fact that a dual reactor is connected between the cathode and anode groups, the middle point of which is connected to the zero wire of a three-phase network, forming two three-phase zero diode rectifiers from the above-mentioned groups, while the middle point of a double reactor connected to a short-circuit jumper of a three-phase contactor.
MatLab.The essence of the invention is illustrated by the following description and the accompanying drawings, where in FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the device, and in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 oscillograms of physical processes when connecting capacitors to a three-phase network, obtained by simulation of a device in a MatLab environment.
1) входят следующие элементы: 1 - трехфазная сеть (с нулевым или без нулевого провода); 2 -потребитель (трансформаторная подстанция с RL- нагрузкой); 3 - автоматический выключатель; 4 - конденсаторы; 5 -диодный выпрямитель (с катодной и анодной трехфазными группами); 6 - реактор (или сдвоенный реактор для сети с нулевым проводом); 7 - трехфазный контактор с короткозамыкающей перемычкой (короткозамыкатель); 8 - разрядные резисторы; 9 - контакты дополнительного электрического аппарата, 10 - нулевой провод (изображен пунктирной линией).The structure of the device (Fig. 1) includes the following elements: 1 - three-phase network (with zero or without neutral wire); 2 -consumer (transformer substation with RL-load); 3 - circuit breaker; 4 - capacitors; 5-diode rectifier (with cathodic and anodic three-phase groups); 6 - reactor (or dual reactor for a network with a zero wire); 7 - three-phase contactor with a short-circuit jumper (short-circuit); 8 - bit resistors; 9 - contacts of an additional electrical apparatus, 10 - neutral wire (depicted by a dashed line).
The elements of the device are connected as follows.
7.The input terminals of the

It has been shown by numerical experiments in the MatLab environment that due to the natural properties of the device, a smooth symmetrical inclusion is made with the completion of the process of increasing the current and charge voltage of the capacitors (Fig. 2, Fig. 4) to their steady-state values over several periods of mains voltage. The charge time of the capacitors is set by the reactor inductance 6. As a result of the simulation, it was also found that for the circuit of the device with a zero wire and for a circuit without a zero wire with a symmetrical voltage of the network and a symmetrical load, the same parameters of the phase capacitors and the same parameters of the semi-windings of the double reactor, the processes of voltages and currents on capacitors in starting and quasi-stationary modes are identical.
In FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 in relative units shows the voltages and currents on the elements of the device for which the following notation is introduced:
Here U 1 and U 1H are the mains voltage and its nominal value, U c is the voltage across the capacitors, Ud and Ud0 are the rectified voltage and rectified voltage at the rated mains voltage, I 1 and I 2 are the mains current and consumer current, Id and Id0 - rectified current and rectified current at the rated voltage of the network, I s and I L - capacitive and inductive components of the current network.
The device (Fig. 1) works as follows.
4.A transformer substation with an active-
4).When you turn on the
6.After charging the
Thus, a device for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network can be characterized as a hybrid electronic-electric device, which at the initial stage with relatively high speed forms the process of soft connection of capacitors by an electronic device, and at the final stage an electric device shunts a three-phase bridge diode rectifier, cutting off the electronic part devices from the circuit of the power supply system.
From the oscillograms (Fig. 3) it can be seen that the speed of the processes of connecting and disconnecting capacitors does not exceed a tenth of a second, and in the stationary mode of operation of the capacitors (at a specified time interval from 0.2 to 0.3 seconds), the network current has sinusoidal shape, reduced amplitude and coincides in phase with the voltage of the network. In the above numerical experiment, it was shown (Fig. 5) that after connecting the capacitors, the current phase of the network decreased from 60 to 0 degrees, and the current and power consumed from the network decreased by half. Reducing the current reduces losses in power lines, and unloading the network from reactive power eliminates the voltage loss and creates a vacancy for the transfer of useful, performing work, active energy.
The scope of the proposed device are reactive power compensators in industrial power networks.
The most appropriate field of application may be high-voltage power supply systems with installations built on the principle of indirect compensation of reactive power, in which capacitors are connected to the network for a long time.
The proposed technical solution, as more reliable for power supply systems, can replace known devices for connecting capacitors to a three-phase network, in which power converters are used on controlled semiconductor devices with a microelectronic control system.
