Abstract
Description
The method can be used in DC inserts. There is a known / 1 / method of controlling two rectifier blocks containing two identical bridge rectifiers, powered by transformers with different connection groups, by alternately controlling different half-bridges. The disadvantage of this control is the presence of 5.7 harmonics in the harmonics of the mains current.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved results is / 2, 3 / a way to control two rectifier blocks, in each of which four half-bridges - with series connection, powered by heterogeneous pairs of half-bridges, forming a bridge from transformers with different connection groups, consisting in phase change control pulses in a symmetrical manner. The disadvantage of this method is the relatively large consumption of reactive power. To mitigate this drawback, it would be possible to apply a synthetic control method, that is, a combination of the two previous ones, namely: alternately managing different bridges. However, in high-power high-voltage installations this would cause a distortion of the insulation voltage of the output poles of the bridges. In such installations, in order to equalize the insulation voltage of the bridges and protections, resistors are used that are connected between the common points of the bridges and ground. It would also increase the energy loss in these resistors.
The technical result of the invention is to increase energy performance by reducing the consumption of reactive power.
The technical result is achieved in a circuit with two rectifier blocks, each of which contains two bridges with series connection, powered by transformers with different connection groups, consisting in changing the phase of the control pulses in an alternate manner, in which two half-bridge are in the maximum angular mode, and two others - in an adjustable one, due to the fact that these pairs of half-bridges are powered by different transformers and in different blocks the set of these pairs is inverse.
In FIG. 1 shows a single-line diagram of a rectifier installation for implementing the method.
Two power units are connected to the busbars 1 of the network, each of which has
In FIG. 2 shows the dependence of the angle of inclusion of the HC from the control signal of the control unit 26 settings. In this case, curve A refers to
