Инфекции, передаваемые половым путем, и, соответственно, воспалительные заболевания органов малого таза, в частности хронический простатит, показывают высокую заболеваемость в Российской Федерации. Опубликовано 27.11.2011], в котором путем комплексного лечения афалу вводят по 1 таблетке 4 раза в день сублингвально в течение двух месяцев и дополнительно проводят сочетанное физиолечение, чередуя процедуры трансректальной лазеротерапии при длине волны 0,82 нм и мощности 10 мВт через день с процедурами трансректальной электростимуляции, продолжительностью каждой процедуры составляет 10 мин, на курс 7-8 процедур. Однако этот способ при всей продолжительности комплексного лечения (2 месяца) не позволяет добиться элиминации возбудителей инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, являющихся, в большинстве случаев, причинами появления новых случаев заболевания простатитом, а также возникновения рецидивов хронического простатита. Из анамнеза: в возрасте 28 лет перенес уретрит и простатит, вызванный Trichomonas vaginalis. Был выставлен диагноз хронический уретрит и хронический простатит. Лечение получил. Отмечал эффект. В последующем отмечал обострения, связанные, в основном, с беспорядочными половыми связями, а также малоподвижным образом жизни.Example 1. Patient A., 43 years old. В секрете предстательной железы были выявлены 12-16 лейкоцитов в поле зрения. Сосудистая плотность до лечения составляла 0,68±0,06 сосуда на кв.см. После проведенного комплексного обследования и обнаружения Chlamydia trachomatis, являющегося одним из возбудителей инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, и был выставлен диагноз «Хронический простатит».
