Criticism of analogues
The use of levamisole as an immunomodulator in patients with atopic dermatitis, according to the data, did not give a pronounced clinical effect, various therapeutic agents of general action give a rather limited effect.
Известные способы лечения больных с ХРТГ и хейлитами следует рассматривать как симптоматические, а не патогенетическое лечение, которое должно предусматривать в первую очередь лечение основного заболевания (базисную терапию).Known methods of treating patients with HRTG and cheilitis should be considered symptomatic rather than pathogenetic treatment, which should include primarily the treatment of the underlying disease (basic therapy).
As a prototype taken the method of treatment of HRTG and cheilitis, described Rybalkina EA (“The Importance of Neurovascular Disorders in the Development of Chronic Recurrent Lip Cracks, Justification for Treatment”. Moscow, 2002). According to the prototype method, animals against the background of a lip crack model with sensitive denervation received conventional treatment (levamisole) for 15 days (control). Locally, a napkin moistened with a 0.1% solution of the proteolytic enzyme trypsin, chymotrypsin was applied to the crack and the red border. After removal of the enzyme, moistened with a warm 1% hydrogen peroxide solution, the crusts covering the crack and rough epithelium of the red border of the lip were washed. An ex tempore ointment for 20 minutes is applied to a wet crack and the entire red border of the lip for 20 minutes:

Лечение по способу-прототипу следует рассматривать как симптоматическое, а не патогенетическое лечение, которое должно предусматривать в первую очередь лечение основного заболевания (базисную терапию).Treatment according to the prototype method should be considered as symptomatic rather than pathogenetic treatment, which should primarily include treatment of the underlying disease (basic therapy).
The purpose of the invention
The aim of the invention is the correction of microcirculation and acceleration of tissue repair, reduction of postischemic leukocyte tissue infiltration.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The essence of the proposed method of treatment is as follows. An experimental animal, a chinchilla rabbit, weighing 2.8-3.0 kg, after irrigation with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution of the skin wound, the wound was applied with a swab moistened with a 10% solution of perftoran emulsion with an exposure of at least 20 minutes, an additional injection of 1 ml 10 % solution of perftoran with a thin needle, creating a depot of perftoran at the base of the wound. Injections were repeated every other day during the course of treatment for 15 days.
An example of a specific implementation of the proposed method
е. При сравнении с аналогичным показателем после лечения по прототипу, видно его превышение на 6,6% (Р<0,05).Positive dynamics, superior to the control treatment, are observed in relation to the indicator of microcirculation intensity (a), which reaches up to 3.0 ± 0.06 bp by 15 days. When comparing with the same indicator after treatment according to the prototype, it is evident that it is exceeded by 6.6% (P <0.05).
An analysis of the rheography of the lower lip of rabbits, carried out 15 days after the proposed treatment of CTG, revealed a further correction of regional blood circulation with a maximum approximation of the indices to intact values (Table 1). From table 1 it is seen that the IPS decreases from 72.6 ± 5.33% (after 7 days) to 70.2 ± 3.37% (P <0.05), which is 7.1% more than the similar values in the control ; PT decreases from 7.7 ± 3.44% (7 days) to 6.9 ± 2.41% (after 15 days), which is more than the control values by 20.2%; IE increases from 88.5 ± 2.15% (7 days) to 89.1 ± 1.87% (15 days), which is 11.8% more than the similar indicator of control treatment (P <0.05); RI increases from 0.05 ± 0.002 Ohms to 0.06 ± 0.002 Ohms, which is 2 times more than in the control.
1 микрофото).In contact biomicroscopy of the lower lip of rabbits, performed 15 days after treatment with CTG complex with PF, homogeneous, continuous blood flow without aggregates in microvessels is observed (Fig. 1 microphoto).
There are no microbleeds in the tissue, no stasis and thrombosis are noted. In some parts of the visual field, the contours of the microvessels are fuzzy, “blurry,” which speaks for the preservation of separate (local) zones of perivascular edema.
Features of the invention, distinctive from the prototype
Prototype method
A clinical examination of the lower lip of rabbits 3 days after surgery and treatment by the prototype method shows pronounced hyperemia of the mucous membrane, especially around the defect, as well as swelling of the lip, while the mucous lip of the undamaged areas looked pale or bluish in places. Electrothermometry of the lips showed a slightly smaller than without treatment, an increase in local temperature - up to 37.5 ± 0.9 ° C (3.1% less; P <0.05). The performed LDF revealed an insignificant (compared with the untreated group) increase in the level of microcirculation (PM) (from 13.4 ± 0.41 conventional units to 13.8 ± 0.41 conventional units), and blood flow intensity (σ ) even slightly decreased (from 2.3 ± 0.05 conventional units before treatment to 1.8 ± 0.07 conventional units after treatment). The rheography of the lower lip of rabbits also revealed a positive dynamics of the indices, although their values, compared to the same period without treatment, did not differ sharply. So IPS decreased to 85.0 ± 3.11% (without treatment - 87.4 ± 4.15%); the vascular tone index (PT) decreased to 10.9 ± 3.40% (without treatment of PT - 12.6 ± 0.95%); the vascular elasticity index (IE) increased to 66.3 ± 2.31% (without treatment - 65.6 ± 3.51%); the rheological index (RI) did not differ much from the same indicator without treatment and amounted to 0.02 ± 0.0020 m.

The positive effect of the application of the proposed method
Among the “non-gas-transport” properties of perfluorane, a number of authors attribute the membrane-stabilizing effect, which is due to the influence of perfluorane on the processes of lipid peroxidation in cell membranes and activation of the antioxidant defense system. The pronounced microhemodynamic effect of small doses of perftoran is due to the improvement of blood circulation conditions and the elimination of spasm of the peripheral bed. Previously, in the treatment of HRTG, the perftoran emulsion was not used. The author used the presence of endothelium in perftoran - a protective, antioxidant, decongestant, immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic effect in the treatment of dental diseases. The above properties of perftoran allow it to be used in the complex treatment of HRTG and cheilitis with the aim of correcting neuro-trophic, microcirculatory lesions, improving local metabolic processes and repairing lip tissue, and therefore, as a wound healing and angioprotective drug.
