Abstract
Description
State of the art
The group of inventions relates to the field of the construction industry and is intended for the production of composite profile elements with a mesh structure that gives the material compressive and bending rigidity with low weight.
In most traditional technologies, wood, metal, plastic (hereinafter referred to as “standard materials”) are widely used in the production of profile elements, which determines their characteristics. Along with indisputable conveniences when using standard materials, their use has a number of significant limitations, first of all, it is susceptible to corrosion, decay, burning, high cost. It should also be noted that metal is a heavy material, and wood is considered as a renewable resource, but today more forests are cut down than grown, and this trend will continue for a long time.
Closest to the technical nature of the proposed group of inventions is the traditional method, which provides for the production of fiberglass sheet material and profile elements with full or full walls, which affects the increase in fiberglass consumption and, accordingly, increase the price of the final product.
The task to which the claimed group of inventions is directed is to implement a product that meets modern requirements in terms of cost, manufacturability, durability, ease of transportation and installation.
Disclosure of the invention
The present group of inventions includes nine options:
первый вариант - композитный профильный элемент полнотелый квадратного сечения с сетчатой структурой;the first option is a composite profile element, a full-bodied square section with a mesh structure;
второй вариант - композитный профильный элемент полнотелый прямоугольного сечения с сетчатой структурой;the second option is a composite profile element, a full-bodied rectangular section with a mesh structure;
третий вариант - композитный профильный элемент полый квадратного сечения с сетчатой структурой;the third option is a composite profile element of a hollow square section with a mesh structure;
четвертый вариант - композитный профильный элемент полый прямоугольного сечения с сетчатой структурой;the fourth option is a composite profile element hollow of rectangular cross section with a mesh structure;
пятый вариант - композитная двутавровая балка с сетчатой структурой;the fifth option is a composite I-beam with a mesh structure;
шестой вариант - композитный швеллер с сетчатой структурой;the sixth option is a composite channel with a mesh structure;
седьмой вариант - композитный профильный элемент полый круглого сечения с сетчатой структурой;the seventh option is a composite profile element of a hollow circular cross section with a mesh structure;
восьмой вариант - композитный профильный элемент полнотелый круглого сечения с сетчатой структурой;the eighth option is a composite profile element, full-bodied of circular cross section with a mesh structure;
1).the ninth option is a composite angle with a mesh structure (see FIG. 1).
The problem is solved due to the fact that composite profile elements with a mesh structure are performed with filling the cavity between the walls of the faces with a mesh structure (see FIG. 2, the mesh structure is shown schematically). The walls of faces and the walls of the mesh structure are made of composite materials (composites), consisting of fiberglass and a binder, or carbon fiber and a binder, or basalt fiber and a binder, or a multicomponent fiber and a binder.
The parameters of the wall thickness of the mesh structure and the wall thickness of the faces are calculated and accepted depending on the required final parameters of the composite profile element with a mesh structure. In FIG. 3 shows a composite profile element of a hollow rectangular section with a mesh structure with the designation of the parts.
The directivity of the channels of the mesh structure with respect to the profile element itself is longitudinal. The orientation of the composite fibers in the walls of the outer faces with respect to the channels of the mesh structure can be longitudinal, transverse, or at an angle depending on the required technical characteristics of the product. It is also possible to make the walls of the outer faces of several layers of the composite with different directions of the fibers. The direction of the composite fibers in the walls of the mesh structure and in the walls of the inner faces (if any) with respect to the channels is always longitudinal.
By changing the orientation of the composite fibers in the walls of the external faces, it is possible to widely control the mechanical properties of composite profile elements with a mesh structure.
Preferably, the directivity of the composite fibers in the walls of the outer faces of the composite profile elements with a mesh structure is varied to obtain better bending properties of the profile element.
A high technical result consists in the optimum ratio of the wall thicknesses of the faces and the walls of the mesh structure, as well as the optimal transverse size of the channels (cells) of the mesh structure, which ensures the stability and strength of the walls of the mesh structure and faces.
In this group of inventions, types of mesh structures are used in the form of cross sections of channels of the mesh structure - cells: with a square shape, with a rhombus shape, with a hexagonal shape, with a deltoid (rhomboid) shape, with a triangle shape, with a combined shape (combining different cell shapes in single mesh structure). It should also be noted the possible heterogeneity of the cross-sectional pattern of the mesh structure, since when the channels of the mesh structure adjoin the walls of the faces, truncated cell shapes are possible or the heterogeneity can be dictated by the requirements of the technical result.
The essence of the group of inventions is illustrated by drawings, which do not cover and, moreover, do not limit the entire scope of the claims of this technical solution, but are only illustrative materials of a particular case of execution:

The implementation of the invention
Composite profile elements with a mesh structure are made in two ways:
Первый способ - методом пултрузии;The first method is by pultrusion;
The second method is a combined pultrusion method with a winding method.
In the first method, the walls of the mesh structure and the walls of the faces of composite profile elements with a mesh structure are made simultaneously by pultrusion. Fibers (glass fibers or carbon fibers or basalt fibers or multicomponent fibers) are fed from the spool frame to the binder bath, and then pass through a heated die. The binder surplus is removed in the die, the walls of the mesh structure and the walls of the faces of the composite profile element with the mesh structure are profiled with rejection of the binder material. After that, the cured profile element is automatically cut to the required lengths.
Of the advantages of the manufacturing process under discussion, one can indicate
- быстрый процесс пропитки и отверждения композита, большая скорость изготовления;- fast process of impregnation and curing of the composite, high speed of manufacture;
- автоматизированное управление содержанием связующего в композите;- automated control of the binder content in the composite;
- хорошие структурные свойства профиля, так как имеет направленные волокна и высокое содержание волокон:- good structural properties of the profile, as it has directional fibers and a high fiber content:
The second method uses a combination of pultrusion and winding methods. The essence of this method of manufacturing a composite profile element with a mesh structure is that the mesh structure and the walls of the inner faces (or without the walls of the inner faces if the composite profile element is solid) are made by pultrusion, and the walls of the outer faces are made by winding on a prefabricated mesh and walls of internal faces (or without walls of internal faces, if the composite profile element is solid).
When winding on a prefabricated mesh structure with walls of inner faces (or without walls of inner faces, if the composite profile element is solid) or a prefabricated composite profile element with a mesh structure, fibers (fiberglass, or carbon fibers, or basalt fibers, or multicomponent fibers) passed through a bath with a binder, then through the tension rollers, which serve to tension the fiber and remove excess binder, followed by winding. The fibers are wound on a mesh structure with walls of internal faces (or without walls of internal faces, if the composite profile element is full-bodied) or on a fabricated composite profile element with a mesh structure with the required angle and speed of winding.
From the advantages of the second discussed manufacturing process, one can point out the good structural properties of composite profile elements with a mesh structure, since the composite fibers in the walls of the outer faces can have different orientations, and when the walls of the outer faces of the composite profile are made into several layers of winding, the orientation of the fibers can be varied for acquisition by the composite profile of the necessary qualities.
It should also be noted the possibility of applying additional materials to the walls of the faces of composite profile elements with a mesh structure to give the necessary visual qualities and protection.
Thus, the claimed composite profile elements with a mesh structure can be quickly and technologically manufactured to replace profile elements from traditional materials, and a composite profile element with a solid or hollow rectangular or square cross section with a mesh structure can replace a widespread use of a wooden board or wooden beam, respectively.
