Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the development of low-permeability carbonate reservoirs in horizontal wells with periodic injection of carbon dioxide.
10.07.2009).A known method of developing an oil reservoir, including the selection of oil through production wells, pumping a working agent through injection wells, determining the injectivity of injection wells and taking it into account when assigning operating modes of injection wells. According to the invention, injectivity and injection pressure are measured on injection wells after establishing a constant mode of operation of the wells, i.e. after a long downtime of up to 10 hours, the determination of injectivity is carried out no earlier than 3 hours, after a long downtime of about 10-15 days, the determination of injectivity is carried out no earlier than 2 days, with an increase in the injectivity of injection wells with an injectivity of more than 40 m 3 / day, working continuously perform their transfer to short to 1-4 months cyclic mode until the return to the previous pick-up and malopriemistye injectors operating in continuous mode with a pick-up order of 15-20 m 3 / day, converted to Tap cyclic operation to improve their pickup, after which the wells again in a constant pumping mode (RF patent №2361072, Cl. E 21 B 43/20, publ. 10.07.2009).
Closest to the technical essence of the proposed method is a method of developing a carbonate reservoir by horizontal wells, including drilling horizontal wells, descending on a pipe string into the horizontal part of the pump trunks, acid treatment of the reservoir through filters with different perforation densities, selection of well production. In the known method, two columns of pipes with a diameter of 1.5-2 inches are lowered into the horizontal wellbore, which is open, on one of which a pump is installed in the center of the wellbore, series-connected filters are placed along the entire length of the wellbore, perforation density N n of each nth filter section is performed according to the relation: N n = N min · k max / k n , where k max is the maximum permeability of the collector along the horizontal barrel, k n is the permeability of the n-th part of the collector, N min is the density of the perforation holes of the filter section on the contrary willow collector with maximum permeability. Technical water is pumped into the annulus to the mouth, after which, when the pump is stopped, acid is supplied to the pipe string with filters, pressed through with technical water in an amount not less than the volume of the pipe string, through which acid is pumped, after the reaction of the acid with the rock, products are taken through the pipe reactions before the appearance of oil, then the pump is put into operation in a horizontal well, when the oil production rate drops by more than 50% of the oil production rate after acid treatment, the acid injection process is repeated, and the volume of process water for the sale of acid choose from the condition of at least 2 volumes of industrial water, which was used in the previous processing cycle (RF patent 2595114, CL Е21В43 / 27, publ. 08.20.2016 - prototype).
A common disadvantage of the known methods is the low efficiency of developing poorly permeable carbonate reservoirs for each of the methods separately, which leads to low oil recovery.
The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing oil recovery of low permeability carbonate reservoirs.
The problem is solved in that in a method for developing low-permeability reservoirs by periodic injection of carbon dioxide, which includes injecting a working agent and taking products periodically through one horizontal well by lowering two parallel pipe columns, one of which is equipped with a pump and the other with a filter, according to the invention, wells with a horizontal end with a bore diameter of 5-7 inches are selected that open a reservoir with an average absolute permeability of 0.001 mD to 2 mD, or drill from a vertical wells, which opened the reservoir with the indicated permeability, horizontal lateral wells, all wells are producing, wells are pumped into each of the wells in the central part of the horizontal well on the main pipe string, through which the products are selected, after the period of operation and the condition q w ≤ 0 is reached 5 · q w 0 when P ≤ P us h ≤ 0,3 · Sq P 0, where w q - current well production fluid, q w 0 - initial fluid flow rate after start-up in the extraction wells to the corresponding selection cycle - injection, P s - the current bottomhole pressur e, P 0 mp - initial reservoir pressure P us - the saturation pressure of the hydrocarbon gas oil, into a horizontal wellbore tubing string lowered additional 1-2 inches in diameter with a filter length not less than half the horizontal length of the barrel, additional pipe string above the producing roofing zapakerovyvayut formation, and if necessary, the main pipe string is changed to a pipe of a diameter such that it is possible to carry out tripping operations of each pipe string separately through an additional pipe string pumped working agent, which is used as the carbon dioxide - CO 2 CO 2 injection lead to a gradual increase in flow from 0 to Zak q max, wherein q Coll max - maximum flow rate of CO 2 at injection pressure P = Coll (0,6-0 9) · P furnace, where P horn - the vertical overburden stress, when the q max Coll injection was stopped and the well is left for a redistribution manifold pressure at 5-50 days, then allowed to additional extraction through the pipe string, wherein the fluid flow rate is increased gradually from 0 to (0.5-0.9) · q add max , where q add max - maximum flow rate liquid at bottomhole pressure equal to P us , the cycles of injection, expectations and selection are repeated.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Low-permeability here refers to reservoirs with permeability ranging from several thousandths to several units of MD (10 -3 μm 2 ), characterized by strong heterogeneity. An example of such collectors is domanic deposits on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The oil recovery of a poorly permeable carbonate reservoir, developed by horizontal wells, is significantly affected by the effectiveness of the created reservoir pressure maintenance system. As you know, the main problem for such reservoirs is that after the start of the selection of well production, reservoir pressure rapidly drops. Hydraulic fracturing and acid injection allows increasing oil production for a short time only at the beginning of development. Water injection for oil displacement and BPD is difficult due to the low permeability of the reservoir. Therefore, a correctly designed application of gas methods in this case is more justified. However, existing technical solutions do not fully allow this task to be completed. The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing oil recovery of low permeability carbonate reservoirs. The problem is solved as follows.

The method is implemented as follows.
At the field,
In each of the
6.After a period of operation and achievement of condition (1), an

где qж – текущий дебит жидкости скважины, м3/сут,where q W is the current flow rate of the well fluid, m 3 / day,

An
A working agent is pumped through an
Upon reaching Coll q max download is stopped and left for 1 hole pressure redistribution in the
(1).The cycles of injection, expectation and selection are repeated when condition (1) is satisfied.
According to studies with oil saturated reservoir permeability less than 0.001 md, injection of CO 2 is difficult because the pore channels dimensions are comparable with the dimensions of molecules of CO 2. Moreover, the upper limit of 2 mD is determined based on the fact that, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 700-R, for given values of permeability and less, collectors are classified as hard-to-recover reserves and they have reduced rates of mineral extraction tax (MET), which allows you to carry out activities for the injection of CO 2 effectively, from the point of view of the economy.
The choice of wells with a horizontal end with a bore diameter of 5-7 inches is due to the fact that, firstly, the inflow to horizontal wells is higher than vertical wells due to the greater contact of the
6.According to calculations, the diameter of the
6.The length of the
Well shutdown at a fluid flow rate of more than 50% of the initial one with subsequent transfer to the working agent for injection, according to the calculations, is impractical, because for most low permeable collectors at q x> 0.5 · q w 0 is provided the bulk of the selection of oil. At the same time, the bottomhole pressure created directly affects the fluid flow rate. Therefore, the condition for stopping a well with a fluid flow rate at P us ≤ P s ≤ 0.3 · P pl 0 is determined according to studies as the most optimal, because when P s > 0.3 · P PL 0 the whole potential of the reservoir’s energy state is not used, and when P s <P we increase the risk of production losses due to oil degassing and a decrease in its viscosity.
2.The use of carbon dioxide for PPD in low-permeability carbonate reservoirs is most justified, because This gas most easily penetrates hydrophobic cracks deep into the reservoir (unlike water), and also easily dissolves in oil. However, the negative impact of CO 2 on metal equipment should be considered. To avoid corrosion to be pumped CO 2 through the pipe string, resistant to corrosion. The use of a
A gradual increase in CO 2 flow rate from 0 to q Zak max at injection pressure P Zak = (0.6-0.9) · P horn, according to studies, allows to increase the coverage factor and almost completely restore reservoir pressure, at least in the selection zone. At injection pressure P zak <0.6 · P horn, the efficiency of gas penetration deep into the formation decreases, which leads to a decrease in coverage and oil recovery, and at P zak > 0.9 · P horn, uncontrolled auto-fracture of the formation can lead to a sharp water cut in the well.
According to the calculations, the well shut-off for pressure redistribution in the reservoir for less than 5 days is inefficient, because pressure for the majority of poorly permeable reservoirs does not have time to redistribute, and for more than 50 days it no longer leads to a change in pressure.
A gradual increase in the fluid flow rate from 0 to (0.5-0.9) · q add max at a bottomhole pressure equal to P us , reduces the emission of carbon dioxide from oil. When the flow rate is less than 0.5 · q add max the intensity of the selection is significantly reduced, which reduces the economic efficiency of the proposed method. With a flow rate of more than 0.9 · q add max for most low-permeable reservoirs, the process of oil degassing increases, which leads to a decrease in oil recovery.
According to the calculations, such a periodic cycle of the well’s operation: carbon dioxide injection — waiting period — product production — carbon dioxide injection, etc., makes it possible to select the largest amount of reserves by injecting СО 2 with each cycle into
Similar operations are carried out on other horizontal wells of the reservoir. Development is carried out until the complete economically viable development of the reservoir.
The result of the implementation of this method is to increase oil recovery of low permeability carbonate reservoirs.

The carbonate reservoir is represented by Domanic deposits of the Mendym-
In each of the
After 1 year of operation in one of the wells, 1 fluid flow rate decreased from the initial q w 0 = 30 t / day to q w = 0.5 · q w 0 = 0.5 · 30 = 15 t / day at P s = 0, 3 · P pl 0 = 0.3 · 16 = 4.8 MPa> P us . Through an additional column of
Then, well 1 is put into production through the main column of
(1).The cycles of injection, expectation and selection are repeated when condition (1) is satisfied.
Similar operations are carried out on other horizontal wells of
