FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device for forced snowmelt comprises a bath with a grating at the top to receive and melt the snow mass and an opening for melt water drainage, burners, gas cylinders with a pressure regulator, a gas pipeline and an igniter. Gas burners with an electric igniter are mounted at the bottom of the bath. The upper and lower bath bottom surface relative to its horizontal longitudinal symmetry axis, to the right and to the left, have a flat shape and a slope down to the right and to the left in the vertical plane towards the bath side walls. At that, slots are located between the said side walls and the bath bottom along their length and a melt chamber with a water drain hole is located under the bath bottom, below the gas burners.
EFFECT: design simplification, reduced cost of installation and operation.

Description

The invention relates to the field of cleaning streets and roads from snow mass and can be used in municipal services, transport and industrial enterprises and other territories.
Known snow melting installation containing a base on which a melting chamber is mounted, closed on top with a grill and having an inclined bottom, pipes for supplying and discharging water from the chamber, located in the latter, and a melting intensification device made in the form of a main shaft mounted in the chamber with rigidly fixed on it with blades of various lengths, an additional shaft with blades placed between the blades of the main shaft, which are equipped with sprockets rigidly fixed to them, interconnected and with a chain drive and a profile cam mounted from the main shaft mounted on the tank wall, a roller mounted on the end of the grate, and interacting with a cam, a tray pivotally mounted at the interface between the inclined bottom and the vertical wall of the chamber, while the end of the grating opposite the roller is pivotally fixed a hole for the indicated tray is made on the camera and in the vertical wall of the camera, and the hole around the perimeter is blocked by the wall of the tray (AC of the Russian Federation No. 949046, 08/07/82, bull. No. 29).
The disadvantages of this snow melting installation are the need to provide it with heated water for melting the snow and electricity to drive its melting intensification device, which is not always possible and economical.
Closest to the proposed installation is a unit for forced snow melting, containing a bath with compartments for receiving and melting the snow mass, separated by a perforated partition in the form of a grid, one of which is made with the possibility of loading snow mass through the grate in the upper part and with pallets for garbage collection in the lower part, and in another there is a device for heating water with combustion products of liquid or gaseous fuels by submersible burners and an insulated compartment for melt water, I inform which is located in the lower part with a compartment for snow mass and through an opening with the lower part of the compartment for heating water, and in the upper part has a drain hole associated with treatment facilities, a pump for taking water from the bath from the surface layers and supplying it through the nozzle of the pipeline located along the perimeter of the indicated compartment for snow mass for irrigation, a device for removing water from the bath in the form of an additional pump, the suction pipe of which is made with the possibility of water intake from its surface layers, and the discharge pa cuttings is connected to the heating system tank of diesel fuel, fuel pump, fuel line, an air blower to the suction and discharge lines, gas cylinders for ignition submerged burners with a pressure regulator, a gas pipeline and the gas igniter (RF patent №2173744, 20.09.2001).
The disadvantages of this installation for forced snow melting are its complexity and high cost, as well as high operating costs.
The technical result of the proposed installation for forced snow melting is to simplify the design, reduce installation costs and operating costs.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed installation for forced melting of snow, containing a bath with a grate in the upper part for receiving and melting the snow mass and an opening for draining melt water, a burner, gas cylinders with a pressure regulator, gas pipeline and igniter, gas burners with an electric igniter is installed under the bottom of the bath, and the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom of the bath relative to its horizontal longitudinal axis of symmetry to the right and left are flat and slope to the right and left down in the vertical plane towards the side walls of the bathtub, and there are slots along these side walls and the bottom of the bathtub and below this bathtub bottom, below the gas burners, there is a melt water chamber with a drain hole, which simplifies the design of the installation for forced snow melting, reduces its cost and operating costs.

The installation includes a bath 1 with a grate in the upper part (not shown in the diagram), under the bottom 2 of which there are gas burners 3 connected by gas pipelines through a valve 4 and a pressure regulator 5 with gas cylinders 6, an electric ignitor (not shown in the diagram) and the melt water chamber 7 located under the gas burners with a drain hole 8. The upper and lower surfaces of the bottom of the bath relative to its horizontal longitudinal axis of symmetry to the right and left (section AA of the drawing) are flat (they are flat) and slope to the right and left to from a vertical plane in the direction of the lateral (longitudinal) wall 9 bath, and between these side walls and the tub bottom along their length are groove (slit) 10 for draining of melt water from the contact zone (melting) bath bottom with snow in thawed water chamber. For access to gas burners of oxygen and removal of gases, the installation has ventilation windows. Ignition of gas burners is carried out by an electric igniter from the electric network or through a transformer from the vehicle’s power supply system (not shown in the diagram) of the installation for forced snow melting. In the back wall of the bath there is a hatch (not shown in the diagram), through which the bottom is cleaned with a profile scraper installed in a non-working position near the front wall (left) of the bath and with handles for moving it along the bath bottom profile located at this hatch bathtubs from garbage. Cleaning the chamber for melt water from sediment and small impurities can also be carried out through hatches (not shown in the diagram) with scrapers or installing trays in it for collecting garbage with periodic removal when filling through these hatches, emptying and installing them again. To intensify the process of melting snow, the bath can be closed with lids (not shown in the diagram). Installation for forced snow melting has a base 11.
Installation for forced snow melting is as follows. The bath 1 is filled (for example, with a loader in the case of its ground installation) with snow through a receiving grate, on which objects larger than its cell remain. They are deleted by the operator. Then the gas valve 4 is opened and the gas burners 3 are lit with an electric igniter, which begin to heat the bottom 2 of the bath. Upon contact with the hot bottom of the bath, the snow melts, and the melt water formed during this melting immediately flows through the slots 10 between the side walls 9 and the bottom of the bath 2 into the melt water chamber 7, thus eliminating the formation of a water layer between the hot bottom of the bath and the snow mass , reducing the intensity of melting snow. As a result of this, the melting of snow occurs almost due to its direct contact with the hot bottom of the bath, and further heating of the resulting melt water by the hot bottom and the heat consumption for this are excluded. The use of a non-flat bottom in the bath increases the area of its contact with snow and increases the productivity of the installation. When melt water passes through the slots between the side walls and the bottom of the bathtub, it is carried away by sand inclusions that can occur in contaminated snow. In this case, they can settle and accumulate in the chamber for melt water in the form of sediment. Settled melt water from the chamber 7 through the drain hole 8 pipe and sleeve (not shown in the diagram) can merge, for example, into the sewer or other places (containers).
When utilizing snow by melting, the proposed installation for forced snow melting can be installed and operated on a trailer and, if necessary, be transported with this trailer by a vehicle to a designated place for snow disposal.
When applying the proposed installation stationary, instead of using gas cylinders, it can be connected to a gas pipeline, etc.
In the installation, you can also use a different type of fuel (liquid or gaseous) and the corresponding type of burner.
The use of the proposed installation for forced snow melting simplifies its design, reduces its cost and operating costs.

Installation for forced melting of snow, containing a bath with a grate in the upper part for receiving and melting snow mass and a hole for draining melt water, burners, gas cylinders with a pressure regulator, gas line and igniter, characterized in that gas burners with an electric igniter are installed under the bottom bathtubs, and the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom of the bathtub relative to its horizontal longitudinal axis of symmetry to the right and left have a flat shape and a slope to the right and left down in a vertical plane towards the side walls bath, and between these side walls and the bottom of the bath along their length there are slots and under this bottom of the bath, below the gas burners, there is a chamber for melt water with a drain hole.
