Пример 7. Эффективность и безопасность предлагаемой композицииExample 7. The effectiveness and safety of the proposed composition

Эффективность и безопасность применения предлагаемой комбинации по примерам 1-6 у лиц, занимающихся тяжелыми физическими нагрузками, была показана в опыте на 18 добровольцах. Критерии включения: мужчины в возрасте от 18-30 лет, без соматической патологии, активно занимающиеся тяжелой атлетикой (бодибилдингом), с массой тела от 71 до 122 кг, которые были разделены на 6 групп по 3 человека в соответствии с весовыми категориями: до 74 кг; до 83 кг; до 93 кг; до 105 кг; до 120 кг; свыше 120. Добровольцы подвергались интенсивной физической нагрузке в соответствии с весовой категорией (см. табл.1).The effectiveness and safety of the proposed combination according to examples 1-6 in people involved in heavy physical exertion was shown in the experiment on 18 volunteers. Испытуемые получали комбинации в течение месяца 3 раза в день: утром во время завтрака, непосредственно перед тренировкой и вечером за 1,5-2 часа перед сном. Перед началом исследования в течение всего курса применения комбинаций компонентов у испытуемых замерялись показатели их физического состояния и активности по количеству повторений физических упражнений (жим штанги от груди в положении лежа, приседания со штангой и становая тяга), аппетит (степень выраженности субъективного ощущения потребности в принятии пищи, частота и объем потребляемой пищи), а также степень восстановления организма после упражнений на основании анализа качества сна (по анкете балльной оценки субъективных характеристик сна), частоты сердечных сокращений (в норме через 2 часа после тренировки, в положении сидя частота сердечных сокращений должна быть ниже 75 ударов в минуту), субъективного общего самочувствия (по методике диагностики оперативной оценки самочувствия, САН) и прогресса в выполнении физических упражнений (возможен только при полном восстановления). В течение всего времени наблюдения проводился мониторинг возможных нежелательных реакций и осложнений. Переносимость компонентов, входящих в состав композиций, в течение всего времени приема во всех группах испытуемых была хорошей, нежелательных реакций и иных осложнений выявлено не было. Отмечалось улучшение качества сна (среднее количество баллов после месяца применения композиций: 18,1); улучшение показателей восстановления, уменьшение времени, необходимого для восстановления после тяжелых физических нагрузок (увеличение количества повторов упражнений с течением времени (через неделю, месяц)).Tolerance of the components that make up the compositions was good during the entire time of administration in all groups of subjects, undesirable reactions and other complications were not identified.
